Althea steps back behind her companion for cover and fires a bolt at the man. Concerned about hitting her friend though, she aims high and sends it sailing into the ceiling.
Unipressed, Quinn prepares for the fight as Sepentfang sends a pair of magical darts sailing into both enemies. His dutiful companion rushes to his side.
Thoril quickly grows to new heights and nearly severs an arm from one of your quarry.
"OUCH! Gotta take the big guy down first!" shrieks Pellius.
Stepping forward, both whack Thoril on either side of his head with their staffs. "YEAH! Take that beast!" cheers the woman.

Althea pops off another shot, this time the bolt flies true and buries itself in the shoulder of the one called Pellius. With a grunt, the foe collapses to the ground.
Two more translucent darts sail out form Serpeantfangs hands and strike the remaining foe. She, however, manages to sidestep the massive lizards blade.
BOT: Xiao continues to encourage his companions efforts with a rousing cheer.
Glancing towards her fallen comrade, the woman's eyes seem to go red. "You'll pay for that!" she shrieks, whacking the big creature on the snout. Carefully stepping away from the wall, vengeance fills her mind.

Tinker: A group of six jinkins working together over the course of an hour can create an effect identical to bestow curse on any living creature. This has a range of 60 feet, and the target creature must be either willing or helpless (but still gets a saving throw to resist). Alternatively, the group of jinkins can attempt to infuse a magic item with a curse. The nature of this curse is determined randomly; half of these curses make the magic item unreliable (each time the item is used, there is a 20% chance it does not function), while the other half give the item a random requirement. A jinkin can take part in a tinkering only once per day, and may only tinker with a creature or object that isn’t already cursed. Once a tinkering curse is in place, it is permanent until removed via an effect like remove curse. All jinkin tinkerings function as a curse created by a 6th-level caster.

After taking a moment to tend to your wounded and inspect the equipment left behind, you proceed to enter the small tube. Though it is quite a tight fit, all but the lovely Vivienne are able to make it without magical aid. A quick touch of her companion's wand and she squeezes through.
Upon arriving on the far side, there is no sign of the tiny beast. Cautiously making your way down the tunnel, you turn left...and left again. Stopping you find...
Fallen rubble from an earlier excavation clogs the channel, slowing the water flow and accumulating a mass of sewage on one side. A thick carpet of moss and fungus—clearly representing a wide variety of green, blue, and ochre-colored specimens—sprawls across the top of the debris and hangs from the ceiling, with several larger mounds of fungus clinging to the walls or stemming from the hole to the east. Wispy blue tendrils descend from the ceiling and almost touch the water, creating a thin, eerie curtain of plant matter.
Outlined the area in green on the map
The fungus growing out of the ceiling and walls is Azure Fungus. It's a potentially dangerous plant that is sensitive to touch and builds up electricity. This electrical charge is prone to exploding out of the plant when it feels threatened. It is immune to electricity and fire.

Without further interruption you continued onward through the tunnel. It begins to slope steadily downward as you trudge through the sewer.
