Oxnard Kettlebeak |
There's a break here of about 10 in game minutes before the next even triggers, and it comes such that you do NOT have pre-warning- so please post both what you want to do with Doranus in the meantime and other other between event actions and I'll kick off the next section later this evening.
Tenibri |
Tenibri approaches the compelled dwarf, and examines him with detect magic. "Yes," he suggests, "something like a dominate person spell if my guess is right."
He thinks, then continues. "I'm skilled at dispelling magic when it happens, but ending this spell now is beyond my abilities." (Tenibri has a counterspell special ability that works like dispel magic, but doesn't have dispel magic itself.) "However, the spell will naturally end in a matter of days... depending on the strength of the caster. And he might naturally throw it off earlier if we can keep him away from the caster."
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
As you check on Doranus, and are helping the mongrelmen clean up and strike chains, ten minutes pass. . . then, suddenly, a group of duegar riders, led by a female duegar are attacking!
On their beetle mounts they've surrounded you, and as mongrelmen go to battle with them, the leaders again find themselves squared off against the pathfinders!
Duegar Rider: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Thulmaga: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Angoldir: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Agryxis: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Laishi: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Sigvery Moon: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Tenibri: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Round 1
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Agryxis, Laishi, and Angoldir will go before any of the bad guys.
Angoldir |
Angoldir finishes helping the other Pathfinders tie up Doranus before standing back up. "We shouldn't let our guard down - there could be m-"
A sudden crash and clatter interrupts the storyteller. Turning to look, he sees the dwarf atop the beetle ahead. "And they are here. Prepare yourselves." Quickly he pulls out another vial of clear liquid and swallows it before studying the duergar's mount.
Knowledge (nature?), Inspiration: 1d20 + 9 + 1d6 ⇒ (13) + 9 + (3) = 25
Using extract of shield as a standard action and Studying the beetle as a move action.
Laiashi |
"Yep... there they are." Laiashi takes cover up the stairs and waits around the corner.
Readied action, shortsword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Sneak attack if applicable: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 5) = 9
Confirm crit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Extra damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Aryxis |
Before the next wave arrives...
Aryxis steps forward... ”I have some skill in dispelling magic particularly if they are psychic in nature”
Use Unravelling power which acts as Dispel Magic
Aryxis |
Seeing foes appear from all around, Aryxis once again summons an ethereal force to protect him.
Cast Shield
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Sorry again for the delay guys; the range in Wisconsin did not treat me well on time
Agryxis CL Check: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 Agryxis fails to dispel the dominate!
You would have had time to try again, but it requires DC 18 on your CL check- also if you have anything that gives a bonus past your 6 CL it would have succeeded so let me know.
Round 1
Agryxis casts shield.
Laishi prepares herself and positions to attack.
Angoldir drinks his shield extract.
These are dark spitter beetles!
They are immune to acid and mind affecting, have light sensitivity, and a breath weapon that is a 15 ft. cone of acid, and can trample.
The female dwarf advance and casts a confusion spell catching Sifvery Moon and Laishi! DC 18 Will negates
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Pending Sifvery Moon before the Riders- need the will save first, if made act as normal, otherwise D100
Confusion chart:
01-25 Acts normally
26-50 Does nothing but babble incoherently
51-75 Deals 1d8 points of damage + Str modifier to self with item in hand
76-100 Attacks nearest creature (for this purpose, a familiar counts as part of the subject’s self)
Sifvery Moon |
Will Save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17 Doh!
Actions?: 1d100 ⇒ 7
Sifvery's eyes cross briefly as she shakes the fuzzy from her head.
She levels her bow at the female caster and fires two arrows in rapid succession.
Ranged Attack, deadly aim, rapid shot: 1d20 + 8 + 1 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 8 + 1 - 1 - 2 = 16
Damage, deadly, PBR: 1d8 + 1 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 1 + 4 = 11
Ranged Attack, deadly aim, rapid shot: 1d20 + 8 + 1 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 8 + 1 - 1 - 2 = 25
Damage, deadly, PBR: 1d8 + 1 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 + 4 = 7
Wait! Was that an enchantment? If so, Sif gets +2 to that Will save and succeeds... won't matter this round, but maybe for next.
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 1
Sifvery moon fires, hitting Thulmaga once.
The riders act- the first moves forward and attacks Agryxis:
mwk warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (2, 6) + 3 = 11
Spitter Beetle Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (8, 6) + 6 = 20
Thanks to his shield spell, both miss!
The other two have to double move.
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Sifvery Moon: confused
Laishi: confused
thulmaga -7
Will be looking for Tenibri, Agryxis, Laishi, and Angoldir next
Aryxis |
Earlier...
Feeling like he was close to breaking through whatever enchantment was controlling the dwarf, Aryxis takes a deep breath and, with a grunt, tries again...
Unravelling CL vs DC 19: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Present Time...
With his ethereal shield working overtime, Aryxis offers his opponent a sly grin before launching a savage attack of his own...
Swing w/ PA: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29, Damage: 2d6 + 16 ⇒ (5, 2) + 16 = 23
Confirm Crit: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13, Bonus Damage: 2d6 + 16 ⇒ (3, 4) + 16 = 23
Laiashi |
Confusion: 1d100 ⇒ 60
Deal damage to self.
The magic takes hold of Laiashi's mind, and she swings her weapon wildly at a phantom opponent but the blade slashes her own arm instead.
Self-inflicted damage: 1d8 ⇒ 6
Angoldir |
Confusion is almost always an enchantment effect, so I would assume the bonus would apply.
Seeing the pair of riders coming towards him and Tenibri - and their rescued dwarf - Angoldir grimaces. Where is that bulette? he wonders, scanning the ground hopefully for ripples or the trace of an adamantine-covered fin. "It might be safer to stand behind me," he suggests softly to the wayang as he moves to the fore, swordcane held defensively in front of him.
Move and Full Defense (AC currently 27). Bodyguard if needed below.
Swordcane vs AC 10: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 Success - Angoldir grants an ally a +4 bonus to AC against the triggering attack
Swordcane vs AC 10: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15 Success - Angoldir grants an ally a +4 bonus to AC against the triggering attack
Swordcane vs AC 10: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29 Success - Angoldir grants an ally a +4 bonus to AC against the triggering attack
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
So that 19 successfully dispels the enchant on Doranus!
Round 1
Bite: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (7, 5) + 12 = 24
Old Ironfin snaps, but misses!
Round 2
Agryxis swings and hits with a nasty blow! To clarify- were you intending to target the Duegar or the beetle?
Laishi hits herself!
Angoldir positions himself for defense!
Thulmaga moves forward a few steps, then looking at Sifvery Moon casts a spell! DC 18 Fortitude Save or become BLIND (Blindness/Deafness spell)
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Sifvery Moon: confused
Laishi: 34/40, confused
thulmaga (red duegar) -7
For the record- Confusion is an Enchantment (compulsion) (mind affecting) spell so anything that gives a bonus against those applies
Pending Tenibri in round 1 still, and now Sifvery Moon after her fortitude save before the riders
Sifvery Moon |
Fort Save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
Because of the bonus vs enchantment, Sifvery is not confused. She is, however, now quite blind.
"Hey, who turned out the lights?"
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Sifvery can still act with the penalties for blindness here
Tenibri |
Sorry, I've lost track of the map again; can you please repost the link? I'm thinking Tenibri will likely cast a summon, but I don't know where to place it.
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 1
Tenibri moves out of the way.
Round 2
Sifvery Moon switches to a spear.
The riders and their mounts strike!
The one by Agryxis breathes on him!
Acid Damage: 2d4 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4
Then the rider strikes:
MWK Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12 miss!
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 2) + 3 = 6
The other two breath on Angoldir!
Acid Damage: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7
Acid Damage: 2d4 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4
And their riders strike at him!
MWK Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19 miss!
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 3) + 3 = 12
MWK Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18 miss!
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 3) + 3 = 11
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Agryxis: pending 4 acid damage (DC 14 reflex half)
Angoldir: Pending 7 and 4 acid damage (DC 14 reflex half- two separate saves)
Sifvery Moon: blind
Laishi: 34/40, confused
thulmaga (red duegar) -7
Orange rider -23
The whole party can act again now!
Angoldir |
Reflex vs DC 14: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27 (Success - 3 damage)
Reflex vs DC 14: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21 (Success - 2 damage)
Have we exhausted Ironfin's good will? Angoldir thinks to himself as he covers his face against the twin blasts of acid. Unwilling to abandon his rescued charge behind him, the storyteller remains in his defensive position and keeps an eye on the battlefield around him.
Total Defense again - AC currently 27.
Laiashi |
Confusion: 1d100 ⇒ 84
Attack nearest creature... sorry Sifvery.
Laiashi looks around. Standing right at the top of the stairs is an enemy elf! How did she get behind me? However, this enemy seems conveniently blinded and unable to see Laiashi's blade coming. She dashes up the stairs.
Shortsword vs Sifvery Moon, flat-footed: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Damage + sneak attack: 1d6 + 5 + 3d6 ⇒ (2) + 5 + (3, 4, 4) = 18
Debilitating Injury, Sifvery takes a -2 AC this round and an extra -2 vs me.
Angoldir |
Well, the stairs are possibly difficult terrain going up. If that's the case, then Sifvery, Tenibri, the orange duergar, and the orange beetle are all the "same distance" away. Maybe Laiashi would roll a d4 to see who she considers "closest"? What does the GM think?
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Thanks for reminding me on Ironfin
Bite: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (5, 3) + 12 = 20
ironfin attacks again, but clumsily misses!
Yes, I'll allow it- D4 1=Sifvery Moon1d4 ⇒ 3
Laishi starts towards the stairs, but in her confused state decides the beetle in front of her is easier to strike. . .
Aryxis |
In the midst of his own battle, Aryxis is unable to help out his allies. He lets loose with another big swing at the dwarf...
Swing w/ PA: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22, Damage: 2d6 + 16 ⇒ (6, 1) + 16 = 23
Sifvery Moon |
Not realizing how narrowly she escaped a shortsword in the side, Sifvery continues to hold her spear menacingly.
Wtih one hand, she fumbles in a pocket to retrieve a wand of shield and casts it on herself.
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 2
Tenibri begins casting a summons. He said he was planning this, but hasn't posted again so I will assume he summons round 3 and can use that summons with his action on round 3
Agryxis Reflex vs. acid: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Round 3
Agryxis next swing unseats the duegar, leaving his mount uncontrolled but still hostile.
In her confused state, laishi stumbles forward and stabs the beetle.
Angoldir takes on his defensive stance.
Inspired by her success, Thulmaga creeps forward, just feet away from Sifvery Moon, and looks down on the battle before her, casting another blindness spell on Agryxis!
DC 18 Fortitude
Sifvery Moon casts from her wand trying to protect herself.
The riderless beetle tries to bite agryxis:
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (1, 4) + 6 = 11
While the other two riders continue attacking Angoldir:
Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Damage: 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (6, 5) + 9 = 20
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (4, 6) + 6 = 16
Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Damage: 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (6, 4) + 9 = 19
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (7, 3) + 6 = 16
But all the attacks miss!
Bite: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32
Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (7, 5) + 12 = 24
Target: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Ironfin takes a massive bite out of one of the bugs fighting angoldir!
Finally coming fully to his senses Doranus shouts, "Ah! Thank you for freeing me from that witches magic! How can I help?" He will join the fight next round
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Agryxis: 43/45
Angoldir: 34/39
Sifvery Moon: blind
Laishi: 34/40, confused
thulmaga (red duegar) -7
orange Bug: -5
Blue bug: -24
That brings up the party again; Agryxis is pending save vs. blindness
Laiashi |
Confusion: 1d100 ⇒ 95
Attack nearest creature. Unfortunately now Aryxis is now equidistant from the beetle.
Aryxis (1) or Beetle (2): 1d2 ⇒ 1
Unable to distinguish friend from foe, Laiashi turns her swords on the elf.
Shortsword 1 vs Aryxis: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Shortsword 2 vs Aryxis: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
[Ooc]Sorry... At least they aren't sneak attacks?[/dice]
Aryxis |
A quick rub of his eyes and a grunt forces away the darkness filling his vision. He glared at the ugly beetle and Laiashi equally before turning his full gaze on the beetle and following up with his sword.
Fort Save vs DC 18 Blindness: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Swing: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18, Damage: 2d6 + 16 ⇒ (5, 3) + 16 = 24
No worries... with my Shield spell up both attacks are misses anyway
Angoldir |
Finally coming fully to his senses, Doranus shouts, "Ah! Thank you for freeing me from that witches magic! How can I help?"
”Your axe would be most welcome here,” Angoldir replies, studying the eastern duergar. ”Do not put yourself at risk needlessly though, and I will do what I can to keep you safe.” He jabs cautiously with his bladed cane, recognizing that the Pathfinders cannot win this fight solely by defense.
Sword Cane, Studied Target, Fighting Defensively: 1d20 + 9 + 3 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 9 + 3 - 4 = 26
Piercing damage, ST: 1d6 - 2 + 3 ⇒ (2) - 2 + 3 = 3
Studying right duergar and attack - AC currently 25.
Sifvery Moon |
Hearing the spellcaster casting so close, Sifvery tries to make use of her spear.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 Not even going to bother with the conceal rolls... ugh!
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 4
Agryxis cracks the bug, chopping its exoskeleton to leave the green goop oozing on the floor. . .
Laishi strikes at him, but his magical protections deflect her attacks.
Angoldir studies, and strikes a duergar!
Thulmaga steps in behind Silfery Moon, and taking advantage of her blinded state attempts to shove her down the stairs!
CMB: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
She connects, pushing Silfery Moon forward! Reflex Save here to avoid falling down the stairs
The remaining riders/bugs again try to swing at Angoldir!
Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
Damage: 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (5, 3) + 9 = 17
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (2, 2) + 6 = 10
Warhammer: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24
Damage: 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (5, 2) + 9 = 16
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Damage: 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (2, 1) + 6 = 9
But his defenses remain too strong!
Bite: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31
Damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (6, 2) + 12 = 20
Old Ironfin's final bite leaves the blue Duergar on the floor as the bulette eats the damage bug! This was the final round for help from him
Doranus draws his warhammer and attacks:
Warhammer: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25
Damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
and hits!
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Agryxis: 43/45
Angoldir: 34/39
Sifvery Moon: blind
Laishi: 34/40, confused
thulmaga (red duegar) -7
Purple Duegar: -11
That will bring up the party again!
Aryxis |
Invoking his mental powers, Aryxis brings on a burst of speed and races up the stairs past his elvish companion to unleash yet another mighty swing.
Spend 1 mental focus to Use Sudden Speed to get a 30ft movement speed bonus as a swift action.
the orange bug is dead right?
Swing: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27 Damage: 2d6 + 16 ⇒ (2, 4) + 16 = 22
Tenibri |
I'm back; thanks for your patience! Unfortunately, there are two instances of Tenibri on the map (Slide 4, I'm assuming); @GM, can you please delete the one that shouldn't be there? I'll be back in the action when I know where I'm acting from. Thanks!
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Yes- removed the orange bug.
I removed the extra Tenibri, but you had at least one action where you moved so if you'd rather be elsewhere feel free to reposition there- also per your previous post I assumed you did a summoning so that summons would appear at the start of your turn
Tenibri |
Tenibri, as an occultist, actually summons at Standard speed. I'm happy with Tenibri's position, so I'm bringing in the summons (round 2) and taking its actions from that round, and then taking Tenibri and the summon's actions this round (round 3 for us, since Tenibri acts at the bottom with everyone else's round 4). I'll try to make that all clear here in the posts; let me know if anything is confusing.
Tenibri's arcane magic opens a portal to the plane of earth, and two elemental lurch through, immediately engaging the Pathfinders' foes. He then summons a whirl of glitter over the combat, potentially blinding some of them.
Standard: spend 3 arcane reservoir to activate conjurer's focus, casting summon monster III as a standard action (6 minutes duration)
Earth elementals (small) from summon monster II list: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Standard: cast glitterdust (Will DC 19 or blinded)
I think this hits both blue and pink, along with the pink beetle
Summoned Monster: Tenibri |
The elementals appear in a position to take advantage of a flank, and both immediately begin pounding the beetle trapped between them and the Pathfinders.
Full round (dark grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle
Full round (light grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle
Slam (dark grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (3) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 12
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 2 = 10
Slam (light grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 22
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 2 = 15
Full round (dark grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle
Full round (light grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle
Slam (dark grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 16
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 2 = 10
Slam (light grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (2) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 11
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 2 = 10
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 2
Tenibri summons two earth elementals which attack, hitting once.
Round 3
Will Save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Will Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Will Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 Tenibri blinds the remaining duegar riders and the beetle, and the elementals hit the beetle once more.
Sifvery Moon keeps her feet and finds herself on the steps. Sorry, was DC 10- the same as moving more than half speed per blinded condition
Round 5
Agryxis rushes over and smacks the purple duergar.
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Agryxis: 43/45
Angoldir: 34/39
Sifvery Moon: blind
Laishi: 34/40, confused
thulmaga (red duegar) -7
Purple Duegar: -33
Purple beetle: -25
Pending- Tenibri for round 4; Laishi and Angoldir for round 5 before Thulmaga acts again
Tenibri |
Tenibri summons a ball of icy snow, and throws it into the melee, trying to down the blinded rider.
Standard: cast snowball, targeting pink duergar
Ranged touch, into melee: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 5 - 4 = 12
Damage, cold: 5d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 3, 4, 5) = 23
Summoned Monster: Tenibri |
The summoned elementals continue to badger the beetle and her rider.
Full round (light grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle (or pink duergar if beetle is dead)
Full round (dark grey): Full attack vs. pink beetle (or pink duergar if beetle is dead, or 5' step and blue duergar if both pinks are dead)
Slam (light grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 29
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 7 + 2 = 11
Slam (light grey), crit?: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 13
Crit damage: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 2 = 12
Slam (dark grey), flank, power attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 8 + 2 - 1 = 25
Damage, B, power attack: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 2 = 13
Angoldir |
Angoldir continues pressing the attack on the mounted duergar, letting his guard down slightly in hope of ending this conflict quickly and freeing up his companions to aid Laishi and Sifvery.
Swordcane, ST: 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 9 + 3 = 28
Piercing damage, ST: 1d6 - 2 + 3 ⇒ (3) - 2 + 3 = 4
Laiashi |
Confusion: 1d100 ⇒ 78
Ugh. Nearest creature again. Is the blue one dead now? If he is, that would make it Angoldir (being slightly closer than the beetle).
Oxnard Kettlebeak |
Round 4
Tenibri hits the remaining rider with the snowball, killing it.
The elementals crush the remaining beetles.
I messed up last round's recap and applied the damage from Agryxius to a beetle instead of Thulmagra here- apologies; I believe the elementals can finish off both beetles here.
Round 5
Angoldir strikes the final duegar rider.
Laishi- only the blue duegar is left, but it does look closer than Angoldir here.
Thulmaga uses the staff she is holding to cast greater command telling Sifvery Moon and Agryxis to halt- DC 19 Will Save or stand in place taking no actions for 9 rounds
Turn order:
1. Agryxis
2. Laishi
3. Angoldir
4. Thulmaga
5. Sifvery Moon
6. Duegar Riders
7. Tenibri
Status:
Agryxis: 43/45
