He yells over the tactical comm channel again, <<"There must be something on the bridge controlling this silver substance through the surveillance cameras.">>
Max is the only one of us with engineering.

Maxamas recognises the 'puddles' - they are Nanobot Mimics!
All the surprise of a mimic, all the joy of a swarm.
Defensive Abilities swarm defenses; Immunities construct immunities, swarm immunities.
swarm is immune to attacks and effects that target a single creature (including single-target spells), with the exception of mind-affecting effects if the swarm has an Intelligence score and an ability similar to a formian’s hive mind.
swarm takes half again as much damage (+50%) from effects that affect all targets in an area, such as grenades, blast and explode weapons, and many evocation spells.
swarm takes normal damage from an attack or effect that affects multiple targets (including lines and fully automatic mode attacks).

DIVINE JUDGMENT (SU) 4th Level (replaces 4 level class stuff) Deity, Desna, Chaotic good
Choose chaos, evil, good, or law; your choice must correspond to a portion of your or your deity’s alignment (or both, if possible). If both you and your deity are neutral, you can choose any one of the four.
As a move action, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to pronounce a creature you can see an enemy of your faith. Until the target is dead or the next time you take a full 8-hour rest, all your weapon attacks bypass that target’s DR and ignore its energy resistances as though your weapons had the fusion corresponding to your chosen alignment (even if the target isn’t a dragon or outsider): anarchic (chaos), axiomatic (law), holy (good), or unholy (evil).
If this ability can do nothing against these creatures, then he stays put, but if if it can do something, he will pronounce the black one his enemy.
Not sure if half damage from grenades counts as damage reduction or resistance.

![]() |

Well Maxamas stays put, he is useless, unless he opens the cockpit door, and he doesn't want to stand in the swarm right now.

Over the team's radio frequency J'Shun yells, "We have to get to the bridge. Get one of those doors open!"
