Hello, all! If you could put down your standard PFS info (player name, PFS ID, Day Job rolls), that'd be swell.

![]() |

Me too! Thanks for the invite.

I was going to progress things, but first: is there some sort of big document with errata for early scenarios? It either just clears up the leftover 3.5 inconsistencies or makes the game a bit harder. Or maybe it's just for Season 0. Or it only exists in my twisted imagination? Discuss.

![]() |

Hmmm ... I just know the the change in Pathfinder Society: Secondary Success Conditions.
Did you check pfsprep?

![]() |

Ah, I'm pretty sure that's what I was thinking of. Not too intrusive of an edit, and it solves the faction mission debacle. Thanks!
I could be persuaded...you're all too high level, though.

![]() |

Goodness, I don’t know that I’ve ever played at a table where the characters gave each other this many side eyes. Again, if Torku is too much, let me know and I’ll tone him back.

![]() |

I've had one or two such tables, but not in a fun way. This one is fine, though! Will update within two hours when I get back from work.

![]() |

All good for me! Stuck in Zoom meetings all day. Will post soon!

![]() |

All good!! :-D

![]() |

If only the standard distance for two people to stand away from each other was just 1 more foot, this all could have been avoided!

![]() |

Well, you now know the DC is 22. It's been missed by 1 a few times now, so that's fun.

![]() |

All of my good skills are for feats of derring-do! Having a hard time figuring out how to apply Acrobatics to this situation.
Oh well—sometimes it’s Vulpina’s time in the spotlight and sometimes it’s really not!

![]() |

Yeah, it stinks when that happens.
I mean, I'm sure it stinks to be useless again. XD

Coming from an expert in the area of useless like Torku, that's touching. Thanks, though I am certain this is just a temporary stop over for Korum. He isn't looking to buy as much real estate here as Torku has, who seems to be quite comfortable.
Seriously, enjoying the banter between these two.

You guys are crazy good! Especially considering how polite you are in real life!! :-D

Don't worry - we've still got plenty of mileage on the paladin who tried to negotiate with zombies. XD

![]() |

Thank you Dana. I really enjoy Pbp because it allows for richer characters and stronger interactions. Too often a real F2F table can be overrun by a strong personality. On the boards, everyone has an equal shot to interact. The quips and digs also benefit from time to think and digest, allowing for stronger story-telling. There is also the caveat that players need to monitor themselves to ensure everyone is having a good time.
I usually try to check in and ask a table if a character of mine need to be dialed back or reigned in. I hope this helps to create a more enjoyable atmosphere for all players (GM's too!).

And it doesn't really come off much better by saying I thought they were just dire wolves. In either case, still evil. Yeah, gonna be a while before this is expunged from the record, lol.

Save some concluding roleplay and talk with the Venture-Captain, that is the scenario! I'll try to have Chronicles out today or tomorrow.
I hope everyone enjoyed the scenario. I did! Having GM'd it now, I have my gripes, but those are mostly artifacts of all the early scenarios (very linear, some questionable moral decisions, very easy combats for those of us in the future).
You had:
I also feel like my posting consistency was spotty, but I'm not sure. We finished the game in about a month. Do tell me if there was anything you liked or might have rather seen.

![]() |

A bit of an early ask, but so I don't forget: do we want to keep at the GM rotation? I'm not sure what characters I have at or around 3-4. I do want to run The Infernal Vault still, though it has a lot of the issues I described here. I might want some time to tweak the dialogue so it at least feels more open-ended.

![]() |

Thanks for everything! :-) Thanks also for providing these details.
I would love to continue the GM rotation!
I am open for everything.

![]() |

Thanks GM and everyone. A fun game with some really fun PCs!

![]() |

Fun PCs who slightly loath each other's guts. XD
I'd love to continue these games. I don't have the bandwidth to take the next GM rotation (having promised to run an introductory PbP game for a friend), but perhaps the game after that can be my turn.

![]() |

Chronicles! Do let me know if there's anything you want changed. I included your XP, current Prestige, and gold if they were listed.
I won't close the thread for a bit, at least until we've figured out what (if anything) we're doing next.

![]() |

I only have one complaint and it’s my own fault!
I never added my gp from my last chronicle (been on my phone instead of a PC for a while). I’ll have to get that updated.

![]() |

Have you rolled it? I didn't see any in the thread, but I might have missed it, sorry. You don't seem to have any of the usual skills, but with vanities that wasn't enough of an issue to throw me off.
I'm about to head off for work, but that gives you time to request edits I'll get done tonight.

![]() |

A couple of Chronicle issues
I started with 10 XP, so this will be #11
Starting Fame & Prestige: 20F & 13P
Starting Gold: 2,555
As to are 'Where do we go from here' question, how do you guys feel about 10-16: What the Helms Hide? I would be willing to give this a run.

![]() |

Heal and Survival can be Day Job skills with certain vanities, which I think cost 4 Prestige. The standard choices are Craft, Profession, and Perform.
Sorry about the slip-ups, I was also only putting down current Prestige when I found it. I can add Fame if so desired. Just need to wait until evening.
Is that scenario repeatable? I couldn't quite tell when I played it, but I have.

GM Nowruz |

I have played that one too.
Thanks for offering TriShadow! ;-)
I just checked pfstracker.
