JR spouts out some hopefully true and useful information about the wolves before giving the air a smell of burnt hair.

"Looks like 'Wolf Sweet Talker' is out of the question.. I'll do what I can to help!" His options a bit limited, the half elf summons in a jolt of electricity that bounces between the two engaged wolves.

Yaergren manages to get his axe free, but is not able to land the blow.

Then pruple comes in and attacks Yaegren. Sorry if this seems like I am picking on you, but they are wolves and they attack as a pack.

After Chulyin commands his jaguar to attack the wolf, he graciously heals Yaegren.

The jaguar then tries to bite the wolves, missing once.

Odvar drops Yaegren, probably because it is hard to talk with your mouth full. "Cut that out, cleric.
He then bites at Yaegren!

Ryk moves to get a better shot, and fires his bow.

He ends up missing, mostly because he is too close for his bow. He then tries to shake off the fleas, which he does.

Odvar is hurt by the spell and cat, but is not down. He turns to attack the jaguar.

JR's eyes go wide as the dog eats the cat "Wow, that's not good." He reaches out a hand and heals more of Yaegren's wounds then bravely takes cover behind the stout Dwarf.

Nina casts Daze on Odvar. "Fala!"

She then Strides to flank the Red Wolf with Yaegren.

Ryk shoots Odvar again, after backing up to get into more proper range.

Yaegren shakes his head and retches with unwise violence, but can't shake the fleas. This helps him fly into another burst of anger and swing his axe again.

The warg starts making some unusually horking actions, and the cat crawls its way back out the way it went in.

Then, Chulyin's spell finishes off the warg.

Nina will cast heal on the jaguar. I don't see it on the map, I assume it is adjacent to Odvar somewhere, and therefore within 15' of Nina?

Nina then bolsters her own defenses with shield.

Junior takes a step to clear himself of Yaegren then summons in a ball of flame in his palm. "The wind up.. and the pitch!" He slings it at the remaining wolf... a fast ball right down the middle!

Clearly, other travelers have fallen prey to the warg. A partially eaten corpse lies nearby. Most of its gear is shredded, except for four remaining lesser elixirs of life.

Nina would like 10 minutes to pray to Iomedae.

She can Treat Wounds after if we have another 20 min (and nobody else has done it).

"Thank you, Nina, but they have taught us to care for our companions," he says and then invokes a primal power to restore his jaguar to health.

He moves on to tend to Ro'ryk, refocusing while he does so.

Yaegren shakes off the worst of the fleas. The dwarf then offers to tend to Chulyin's pet. If taken up on his offer, he is oddly analytical about it all, as if talking about an organic construct, but gets the job done.

JR pulls out some medicinal herbs to help with wounds but seems everyone is well covered when it comes to healing. "Thanks guys, without you I'm sure I'd be like that one over there..." He points to the remains then starts pulling out the useful potions, casting detect magic and fully scanning the area for anything that pings.

"That guy clearly had a liking for Dwarf and Cat meat. Either way, hopefully the native wolves will keep their distance now that their leader is fertilizer."

I hope you all had a good weekend. I was busy with Paizo Con Online, and was very glad that I live in the outer suburbs of Minneapolis.

That they once honored a promise of peace with Bark suggests that they can be reasoned with. If we can learn what has disturbed them lately--if it was not the warg--maybe we will be able to help them."

Ror'Ryk manages to impress the team with this athletics (Crit success), and is competent at survival. The team makes their best time yet!

Between the walls of a ruined building stand a few hastily erected tents. Muddy footpaths run between the tents while carefully tended campfires emit only faint smoke.

You have found the orc camp. How do you approach?

"We must be careful on our approach," Chulyin says. He tries to recall if there is a universal gesture or symbol for parlay among orcs.

You see a heavily scarred woman with a broken tusk moving towards you, followed by several other orcs.

Yaegren adopts his usual diplomatic stance - avoiding notice. This time, he shrinks slightly behind Chulyin and Nina, his hands visible and empty.

"Does anyone speak orcish?" he asks the others before turning his attention to the approaching party and raising an empty hand in greeting.

"I am Nina Jaribu of the Pathfinder Society. We are on a mission to find a path connecting two human kingdoms. We were told that we could negotiate safe passage from your tribe, and that you once had an arrangement with a human named Bark.

We are prepared to secure the passage by treaty or by force. We prefer treaty."

She repeats the above in Goblin if they are not responsive.
