Frantino is concerned at yet another wound on Doc, he doesn't look good. He'll move forward next to Doc and ready an action to attack if the bug comes within range of his long arms. (I don't see which direction the blightspawn went after attacking Doc, Frantino will want to establish a location between the mosquito and Doc.) He'll spare a quick glance at Doc to make sure he stowed the wand of cure light in the agreed upon location in case we need to access it.

@NASIR As I was preparing the blightspawn's action, I realized that it has constant freedom of movement. So... it's movement isn't impeded, but it does take the entangled penalties from the first bag. HOWEVER, the entangled condition doesn't stack.
I say this now, because you may want to restate your action, as the tanglefoot bag won't impede its movement or double the penalties.
