            This is what we have for funds.
Anybody able to cast scroll of heals? If not we can pick up some minor healing potions. But if someone is able to cast the heal spell we can get a few bigger heals off for the same price.

            Oof indeed. I think Allania is dying 2 and bleeding. We may only have a round to deal with that before she expires and Hulgur is likely going to go down at the end of his turn too.
Do we have any healing left in the party? If not, it's not looking good.

            Yup, currently Dying 2 due to the crit. Luckily her initiative moves to just before the ooze so you will have a moment to get to her. She could easily die this round if she fails her flat roll.

Correct, only 12xp. Unfortunately the module boosts its challenge difficulty to 3 after this.

            What are our current resources?
I think problem with just adding a potency rune without a striking rune is that the weapon is no longer a valid target for magic weapon.
So usually I hold off on upgrading weapons until +1 striking is a possibility.

Two Orc Knuckle Daggers (Disarm, Agile) 1d6 + Strength
4 Lesser Acid Flasks
4 Lesser Alchemist Fires
4 Lesser Bottled Lightning
4 Minor Elixir of Life
5 Bulk worth of plundered items valued at 100gp to a collector but 25gp to the caravan.
So in the end you have..
45 gold, 28 silver, 4 Copper, 105gp worth of plundered objects.
A lot of potions and two Knuckle Daggers.

            I don't need much in terms of scrolls. Maybe one with Dispel Magic, or some other catchall. I think a +1 Striking Rune would be a better investment for someone, and that'll take a good percent of our cash.

            +1 striking is 100gp, and that's if we can get a striking rune. Is that possible, Worg?
If not, We could drop some funds into several scrolls of Magic Weapon.
Likewise, I would want a scroll of Dispel Magic in the group, as well as a couple 1st level Heal scrolls, Just in case.

            Yeah, when I was looking at funds it seemed the +1 Striking Handwraps for me would be too hefty a price.
The utility and healing of scrolls sounds good though.

            So I think we need to make a choice as a group.
I think getting Gobil +1 handwraps is a good idea if they are available.
That leaves Allania's blade and perhaps shield as well as Hulgur's staff that could be enchanted. It looks like we could afford to ehance 2 other items if we could get the handwraps but that would burn through most of our funds. So the need for magic weapon might not completely go away.

            Bort's wagon of supplies unfortunately doesn't have a +1 Rune of Striking, but they do have plenty of scrolls of magic weapon.

            Since we do have plenty of folks that can cast magic weapon, that might be our best choice. Oils of potency could also be used, since they last for a full minute.
At this point, I am questioning my choice of not giving Screech an alchemist dedication, with all of the bombs!
The bombs should go to martials, as they are martial weapons. And we should make use of them.
We should divide out the elixirs of life, to everyone but Screech. He doesn't tend to get in melee.
Here's a suggestion, now that we have a 3rd level caster.
30gp  3x Level 2 heal scroll (emergency healing GOOD)
10gp  3x Magic Weapon scroll
10gp  3x Magic Missile scroll (mostly so that Screech can do a little more consistent damage, when it gets critical)
That's 50gp, which we can sell 2 bottled lightning and cover.
This will increase our combat potential a good deal, I think, and goes a long way to saving Screech's spells for healing (Sooth) instead of attacking. For some reason, I think we'll need that.
With two decent healers (Merin and Screech) we should be in pretty good shape.
GM, any way you can list out the potions remaining? Or by those, you meant the bombs?

            I'm not seeing any tactically good option here.
If I move to engage, I get swarmed. If I move to where I won't get swarmed, I leave the casters open to getting rushed.
We probably should have spent the round moving somewhere to create a bottleneck.
