GM Deneve |

Mechanically speaking and for cover purposes, the sea serpents are considered Size: Small.
Rearing its head in anger, the red sea serpent twists its head towards Inzo and shoots a jet of water at him. 1st action.
Watersprout: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Young Sea Serpent algae: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6
The water jet smashes right into Inzo.
Inzo, please roll a DC 18 Fortitude Save.
You don’t have your wits about you, and you attack wildly. You are flat-footed, you don’t treat anyone as your ally (though they might still treat you as theirs), and you can’t Delay, Ready, or use reactions.
You use all your actions to Strike or cast offensive cantrips, though the GM can have you use other actions to facilitate attack, such as draw a weapon, move so that a target is in reach, and so forth. Your targets are determined randomly by the GM. If you have no other viable targets, you target yourself, automatically hitting but not scoring a critical hit. If it’s impossible for you to attack or cast spells, you babble incoherently, wasting your actions.
Each time you take damage from an attack or spell, you can attempt a DC 11 flat check to recover from your confusion and end the condition.
Rearing back, the red sea serpent hisses and extends its sharp spines, rushing at Bert. 2nd & 3rd actions
Spine Rake Dmg: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
creature the serpent is adjacent to at any point during
its movement takes 1d4+2 slashing damage (DC 14 basic
Reflex save)
Bert, basic reflex save DC 14 for half damage. Don't forget you have a +1 from Orla.
The purple sea serpent slithers next to Bert, flanking him (Step, 1st action) and releases a vicious bite at his face. (Strike, 2nd action)
Jaws, reach 10 ft.: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
It misses as Bert blocks with his battleaxe, the serpent's drool sliding along the shaft of his axe. Not giving up on its prey so easily, it rears back and goes for a second attack (Strike, 3rd action)
Jaws, reach 10 ft.: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Jaws Dmg: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
The jaws find their prey and sink into Bert!
Bert is now grabbed by the sea serpent's jaws.
Using Grab extends the duration of the monster’s Grab until the end of its next turn for all creatures grabbed by it. A grabbed creature can use the Escape action to get out of the grab, and the Grab ends for a grabbed creatures if the monster moves away from it.

Round 1

Bert -4 (Pending Spine Rake Dmg)
Inzo -6
Red Serpent -9

@Hammick
@Kutu
@Gabros
The sea serpents are no longer flat-footed.

I assume I have the battle ax in hand
"Oh, little sea snakes. Ye should be in the water."
Action 1: Hunt Prey on red serpent with MONSTER HUNTER Recall knowledge Nature: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Action 2: Move to flank red serpent
Action 3: Attack with battle ax red serpent Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Slashing Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
I think that is how it is done. This is my first 2nd ed, game so if I did something wrong let me know.

![]() |

fortitude save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Inzo starts acting erratically - mechanically: confused

![]() |

Those damn crafty serpents!
Action 1: Throws javelin at the left hand serpent. Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 71d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Action 2: Moves to flank the left hand serpent.
Action 3: Takes out scythe.

![]() |

Reflex DC14: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Putting the full effort into the crashing swing of his battle-axe, Bert is caught off-guard by the slithering serpent. Its razor-sharp spines screech off his armoured torso and into the meat of his thigh. "Agh!"

![]() |

For clarity, the divine boost to Bert’s AC and saves are just against the purple serpent.

![]() |

Well at least they did not attack us in the water
Gabros brings his bow to bear before diving into the fray.
Action 1: Ranged attack on Red Serpent
Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 6
Action 2: Drop bow and draw rapier
Action 3: Stride to far side of red serpent

GM Deneve |

Hammick readies a blow against the red sea serpent, his brain churning what he remembers about the creatures. "Psychotropic algae in their ballast organ, sharp spike ridges, great swimmers...wait, wasn't Inzo just-" Alas, he can't recall much right now as adrenaline pumps through his body. His axe comes down on the serpent, it quickly coils up and dodges out of the way, red-golden eyes gauging him, serpentine tongue darting out.
Kutu, on seeing his friends in danger, throws his javelin at the purple serpent, the latter quickly ducking, its serrated mouth digging deeper into Bert's flesh. Its eyes never leaving Kutu as he flanks it and takes out his scythe. Bert looks really worse for wear now, yet his dwarven blood keeps him standing and ready.
Without missing a beat, Gabros takes aim with his bow. His arrow flies true and lodges itself between the scales of the red serpent. Dropping his bow, he rushes past Inzo, barely registering the goblin looks distraught. He surrounds the creature, rapier drawn and ready.
The red serpent is bleeding profusely on the deck and it looks just as bad as poor Bert.
Initiative Order - If you're tagged, you may act.
Round 2
@Orla
@Bert -10
@Inzo -6 (3 rounds Confusion remaining)
Red Serpent -15
Purple Serpent -6
Hammick
Kutu
Gabros
Bert and both serpents are currently flanked right now. They all have a -2 circumstance check to AC.

![]() |

"I'll give ye somethin' to chew on," Bert roars to the purple sea serpent that has latched onto him. He tries to hold it still with the edge of his shield while his axe hews away at it.
Action 1: Strike: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13 | Damage (S): 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Action 2: Strike: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 | Damage (S): 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Action 3: Raise Shield (+2 AC, will Shield Block the next damaging attack)
The first strike is too close to call - maybe an ally's distraction sees it land, maybe it slices just wide - but at the second blow Bert lets out a satisfied, furious laugh of triumph. He heaves his shield into place, either to wedge it beneath the purple serpent's jaws if it continues to gnaw at him, or to intercede if the red one lashes out again.

![]() |

I'm going to use the order of the 1st page in the google slides for order of PCs + 2 the two serpents for random targetting.
So...
1 Orla
2 Bert
3 Kulu
4 Hammick
5 Gabros
6 Serpent Purple
7 Serpent Red
3x targets: 3d7 ⇒ (4, 1, 2) = 7
Hammick, Orla, Bert, in that order.
Inzo goes reeling, spinning from the jet of water straight into his eyes. "I can't see! The saaaaalt! It's awful. He's stumbles, rubbing at his eyes. Within a few moments you can see his motor skills reducing as he falls to his knees, and then stands back up, wobbly.
Take this ya seaslug!
Strike at (Hammick): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 | damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Strike at (Orla): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23 | damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Strike at (Bert): 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16 | damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Flat DC11 check to stop being confused: 1d20 ⇒ 13
WHAT. a hit, a crit, and then a very near miss? Come on confusion. Also Bert probably has cover of +1 AC, but Orla and Hammick definitely don't. It's a clear shot! At least I'm no longer confused

** Inzo Attacks! SPOILER **
Sorry! I missed this. The attack rolls will be the same, so use the die rolls and flavour as they will remain the same regardless of which way you go.

![]() |

So did I get hit once for 5 hp or three times for 13 hp?
Sorry did this post early, I was not going to be able to post until late tomorrow and did not want every one to wait.
Taking a hit from one of his so called team mates. [i]I knew we should never trust a gobbi.[/b]
"That is what started the Dwarf / Goblin wars before, Inzo. Don't do that again Inzo or ye will feel the bite of me ax!"
Hammick quickly draws his hatchet, knowing that the best way to kill this monster is to chop it up into tiny bits
Action 1: Interact / draw hatchet
Bringing the battle ax down hard on the sea sepant.
Action 2: Attack with battle ax red serpent Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Slashing Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Swinging his hatchet, he tries a back swing on the beastie.
Action 3:Attack with Hatchet red serpent Attack: 1d20 + 6 - 3 ⇒ (9) + 6 - 3 = 12
Slashing Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

![]() |

Because of that natural 20, Hammick, you would have been hit for 16 pts of damage total.
Orla prays loudly to Desna.
"Oh Mystery of the Heavens, strike down those that would keep us from our timely travels!"
Two actions: cast Moonbeam at purple serpent.
Spell Attack, Silver, Magic, Divine, Fire: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 251d6 ⇒ 2
If that is a Critical Hit: 1d6 ⇒ 6 pts of extra damage
She then raises her butterfly shield.
One action: raise shield

GM Deneve |

I'll go with what Inzo rolled.
Just as Hammick gets ready to strike his target once again, a shuriken comes flying and penetrates his armor. He manages to see a wobbly Inzo blinking rapidly. He takes 5 points of damage.
Around the same time and without warning, Orla receives a shuriken straight to her chest! She takes 6 points of damage Another shuriken goes flying towards Bert, but the dwarf's raised shield deflects it just in time.
Inzo, blinking rapidly, wipes his eyes and I imagine is just as surprised by his actions as those who were on the receiving end of them.

GM Deneve |

The red sea serpent, badly wounded, rakes its spines and rushes out from its attackers seeking to escape at all costs. It leaves a slick trail of blood in its wake. Gabros, Hammick: Basic Reflex DC 14 for half damage.
Spine Rake, 2 actions: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
It then glares at Gabros and shoots a jet of water at him. (Third action.)
Watersprout, brutal: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Young sea serpent algae: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6
However, the waterjet falls short and splashes harmlessly on the deck.
The purple sea serpent is burnt by the Desna's moonbeam. Screaming in pain, it lowers its guard and receives a battleaxe gash deep in its scales. Angered it focuses its rage at Bert constricting him with its jaws. 1st action.
Constrict: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
It then releases him (Free action), extends its spines and and zigzags rushing over to its hurt brother. It also leaves a heavy blood trail on the deck.
Spine Rake, 2 actions: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Kutu, Bert, Gabros and Hammick: Basic Reflex DC 14 for half damage.
Both serpents appear to be in very bad shape and are heading towards the port railing.
Initiative Order - If you're tagged, you may act.
Round 2
Orla -6
Bert -16 (Pending Spine Rake Dmg)
Inzo -6
Red Serpent -15
Purple Serpent -16
@Hammick -5 (Pending Spine Rake Dmg x2)
@Kutu (Pending Spine Rake Dmg)
@Gabros (Pending Spine Rake Dmg x2)

Reflex: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
"No wasted movement," Kutu thinks to himself, but he's a second too slow. The spines strike him the shoulder and he grimaces in pain.
"Hrrrrr," he growls upset with himself and the serpents.
Kutu moves himself into position next to Gabros facing the purple serpent.
Taking his sickle he bangs it against his chest, locks eyes with the purple serpent and roars.
"FOR BLOOD AND HONOR!!" he yells as he swings his sickle.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 231d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Action 1: Move
Action 2: Intimidate
Action 3: Attacks

![]() |

Reflex 1: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
Reflex 2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Action 1: Stride to flank purple serpent
Action 2: Strike at purple serpent
Melee attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 5
If a crit deadly: 1d8 ⇒ 7
Action 3: Strike at purple serpent if it's still alive. If not, red
Melee attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Gabbros dives out of the way of the first serpent but finds himself in the path of the second.
With a roar of pain he clasps a hand to the gash in his side and moves quickly to flank the offending beast to drive his rapier into its side.
Then his blade rises and strikes once more.

![]() |

I just realised Kulu may have finished off that serpent. If so I would move to red and feint before I made the attack.
deception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

![]() |

please skip all my actions from above
Reflex save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18 so for half damage of 3 hp
he has taken 24 points of damage total.
With the rake of the sea serpent, Hammick fall to the deck, but just before he blacks out you can hear "Dam ye gobbi!"

GM Deneve |

Since Hammick's gone for most of the day, I'll roll his saves and run his actions as stated with some changes. E.g. the serpents moved where he thought they'd be static.
Hammick's Reflex Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Hammick's Reflex Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Interact, Move, Strike
Hammick gracefully dodges the worst of both spines, but is still badly hurt. Seeking to finish off the enemy, he takes out his battleaxe and strikes at the creature's neck! The sea serpent shrieks in pain, its eyes wide with fear as it seeks to escape these vicious creatures attacking its lair.
Kutu, meanwhile tries to intimidate the purple sea serpent with his battle cry, but as it doesn't understand Taladane, it only hears gibberish before the sickle dives into its flesh gravely wounding it.
Distracted by Kutu's attack, it barely has time to register Lord Gabros Orlovsky rapier dart out, seeing the human before it all turns to black. The purple sea serpent collapses on the deck, lifeless. Without missing a beat, Gabros does a quick feint at the red sea serpent. The creature is taken aback momentarily before regaining its composture.
Gabros is successful at parrying the red sea serpent. However, it isn't a critical success and on a success, the target is only flat-footed until the end of Gabros' turn.

[dice=Reflex save]1d20+8 so for half damage of 3 hp
he has taken 24 points of damage total. With the rake of the sea serpent, Hammick fall to the deck, but just before he blacks out you can hear "Dam ye gobbi!"
Whoa, Hammick, slow down. You were down 5 HP. Now, if we were to use your saves, you take half damage from the first spine rake. 5 damage rounds down to 2. The second rake attack would round down to 3. So total spine damage is 5. Adding that to your 5 damage means you're down 10 HP. You still have 12 HP left.
Don't forget to take into account that you were not crit by Inzo's confusion attack roll that I originally posted. I chose to go with Inzo's random selection of targets. That's why you only lost 5 HP and not 16 HP.
tl;dr You're alive, took some spine damage and hurt the red serpent. You probably are still mad at Inzo, though.

![]() |

Orla strides forward and unleashes a bolt of lunar energy at the remaining serpent.
Stride. Cast divine lance.
Divine Spell Attack, good-aligned: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 91d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
The bolt rockets off in a random direction.

Reflex DC14: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Reflex DC14: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Bert brings his shield up, blocking the red sea serpent's spines. Hardness 5 absorbs the full hit. He hisses in pain as the purple serpent's jaws tighten, then suddenly slacken. This gives him enough warning to duck back and avoid the brunt of the purple spines as it takes off across the deck.
He totters off after the red serpent, mouth full of curses, and battle axe ready to cut.
Action 1: Stride next to the red serpent
Action 2: Strike: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29 | Damage (s): 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Action 3: Raise Shield
The axe falls with all the fury Bert can muster, straight at the serpent's skull. He drags his shield up once more, tucking his head behind the protective steel, just in case the fight has not been won.

![]() |

Actually, scratch that. I just saw I rolled a nat 1 for my first Reflex save, that means I should take double damage from the spine rake, correct? Shield absorbs 5, Bert & shield both take an additional 5, meaning the final spine rake knocks Bert unconscious.
An unconscious Bert dreams of critically hitting the pesky red sea serpent full in its frustrating face as his life force gradually ebbs away.

![]() |

"Bert!" Orla calls out as the stout dwarf falls prone.

![]() |

The shock on Inzo's face is palpable. In stark contrast to the grin he usually has, instead its replaced with an open maw, as if what he's seeing is inconceivable.
"Bert! We chopped so many trees togetha. I... I'm not letting you pass on."
Inzo grits his teeth, and focuses on the last serpent.
Action 1: Hunted prey on purple serpent
Action 2: Hunted shot (2x shuriken)
Action 3: Strike (1x shuriken)
-1 from soft cover, -2/-4 from hunted prey
Shuriken: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 7 - 1 = 12 | dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Shuriken: 1d20 + 7 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 7 - 1 - 2 = 21 | dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Shuriken: 1d20 + 7 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 7 - 1 - 2 = 13 | dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Inzo will then yell out "Someone help Bert! Orla, do you have divine blessin's which can bring someone back from the grave?"

GM Deneve |

Shurikens fly from Inzo's fingers, the first one missing its mark, yet the second one strikes true, slicing through the scales and hurting the red sea serpent. The third one strikes the scales, but doesn't do any damage.
The red sea serpent, frightened for its life and seeing the death of its kin, panics and shoots a jet of water at Hammick. (1st action)
Watersprout, brutal: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
The water jet goes wide and splashes harmlessly against the main mast.
The red sea serpent then jumps off the railing (2nd action) and swims off rapidly in the sea at full speed away from the Shoreseeker. (3rd action).
The red sea serpent is 40 feet from the railing, swimming at the water's surface.
Bert is bleeding profusely and he's getting cold on the deck. Captain Vriggdahl is screaming at her men to get a stretcher and be ready to move out. Lightning flashes in the distance.
Initiative Order - If you're tagged, you may act.

@Kutu -6
@Gabros -6
Combat is over unless Hammick, Kutu, Gabros wish to attack the fleeing sea serpent.

![]() |

Seeing the serpent swim out of his reach Kutu curses, "Damned serpent!"
Unable to reach the serpent Kutu rushes over to Bert. However he stays out of the way of those better equipped to save him.
Be strong Bert! You'll back to drinking again in no time.

![]() |

With a final glare at the fleeing foe Gabros assesses their current situation.
"Bert is not the only one who remains in peril. Hammick and Kutu, get the body of Grenskuldr back to the Wandering Hearth along with his gorget and axe. Orla, get Bert onto safer decks and back on his feet as fast as you can. Inzo, assist her in anyway she requires."
Bert will want to see sea serpent's body, possibly take a spine or two as a souvenir.
Gabros grabs the body of the purple sea serpent drags it across to the
Wandering Hearth .
"Well Captain Vriggdahl it looks as though the fun never stops aboard a cruise of yours. In what manner can we assist you?"
Gabros smiles and places a hand on his hip, a move he instantly regrets as the pain flares from the gash in his side.

![]() |

Orla quickly spins around, holding her Desnan holy symbol aloft. From her cloak, a fluttery mass of purple-winged butterflies float out, landing lightly upon the gathered group.
Full round action to burst heal on everyone.
Healing Burst: 1d8 ⇒ 3 Eh. Enough to stop bleeding effects. Orla will do more once we get below-decks on the Wandering Hearth.

GM Deneve |

"You want to help?", Captain Vriggdahl says to Gabros. "Then take your friend below deck and get out of my way! And keep that thing", she says pointing at the dead purple sea serpent's corpse, "off my ship!"
You can take the fang, but it won't carry over to your next game.
Thanks to Orla's quick action, Bert is stabilized and regains some color to his otherwise pale parlor. Sailors quickly lay a stretcher and lay Bert onto the stretcher, a light drizzle begins to wash the sea.
"Weigh anchor!", Captain Vriggdahl yells as the sails grow taut in the wind. The Wandering Hearth desperately outruns the storm for about an hour yet it is eventually overtaken by it. However, it's nowhere near as violent as the storm that brought you upon the Shoreseeker and the ship sails on. I imagine Orla and Inzo kept Bert strapped on in the lower deck during the worst of the storm, with Gabros, Hammick and Kutu aiding Captain Vriggdahl through the worst of the violent sea.
You have more than enough time to refocus and patch up thanks to Orla or any potions you might have.
After some days, you all arrive to the Iceferry district of Kalsgard with Hlavard Grenskuldr and the gorget at hand. Captain Vriggdahl thanks you for your help and her sailors let out a cheer as you leave the docks. "You're all welcome on my ship", Captain Vriggdahl says as you leave. "Just no more hunting sea serpents, eh?"
Once at the Pathfinder lodge, Venture-Captain Torrsen is delighted by your return and after the Frostfurs receive Hlavard and the gorget, he leads you to his office. “This will greatly please the Grenskuldrs. Thank you. I’ll make sure that you’re all on the list for a very special event coming up soon.”
Torrsen says nothing more about what this special event might be, though he does open up a nearby cabinet and takes down an armful of vials. He says, “Let’s just say these might come in handy”, and gives each of you a vial of lesser winter wolf elixir. "A ship sails to Absolom in a few days. We can easily arrange passage back to the Gran Lodge, or if you wish there's another assignment readily available. In more temperate waters.", he says with a wry smile.
So ends this chapter in the Pathfinder Chronicle regarding the recovery of Grehunde's Gorget, on Moonday 10th of Calistril 4720 AR.
Thank you for playing! I'll be uploading your chronicle sheets in the discussion thread.

Gabros claps his new found friends on the backs. ”Well done all of you! I am honoured to have journeyed with such fine companions. You are an honour to your society and I feel more sure that this is the place for me.”
So who’s up for another quest?

![]() |

"This mission left me with a warmer feeling for Kalsgard and my crewmates than I thought I would have experienced," winks Orla.
GM, can Orla use her Absalom Lore skill as a downtime activity to earn coin from Captain Vriggdahl with respect to comparing sea charts?
Downtime Roll (Performance or the above Lore skill): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

![]() |

Bert mumbles incoherently as he comes to mid-stretcher ride: "An' after I split that serpent like a weak saplin', pretty purple butterflies carried me off to rest like a grand hero up into the sky to a forest where the trees always fall in the direction you think they will an' the wood's never knotted an' all me kids were there an' happy..."
He hauls a hand up to wipe his face. The motion nearly throws him off the stretcher and into the sea. "Agh where am I an' why does everythin' hurt? Oh piss 'n' sour ale we're still on a boat."
"A fine boat...ship. Mighty fine ship," he adds, seeing Captain Vriggdahl nearby.
He unhappily - yet makes no move to head above - rides out the storm below the deck.
Later, in the Iceferry lodge.
"Thanks, m'lord-mate," Bert says to Gabros, with a faint hint of red about his cheeks. A grin splits his stony exterior as he looks at each companion in turn: "Ah, you're all alright by me. Brought me back alive 'n' all. Didn't leave me to be nibbled t' death by no sea-slugs."
He turns to Inzo, juts his chin out to wave his beard tauntingly: "I knew you'd try to get me beard, an' while I was distracted fightin' beasties, but I blocked your stabby throwin' thing. Ha! Have to do better than that mate."

![]() |

With Bert back and feeling better Kutu finally relaxes. He bundles himself up in his winter clothes and plops down exhausted.
Kutu wants to find the sailor who bet a silver on him, but decides against it. "All's well that ends well," he thinks to himself reluctantly looking into a drink some sailor offered him.

![]() |

Orla winks at Bert.
”D’ya wanna see if Desna can conjure up some drinks for us in celebration?”
The halfling races Bert, Inzo, and whoever else joins them to the nearest watering hole.
