[A] Open door
"You all should be ASHAMED!"
[AA] Shakur casts 3rd level Fear, targetting all the baddies (If he can see and/or target the newcomer, he will.)
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Jevar pulls out his aeon stone—while the light from the stone only seems to annoy the cannibals downstairs they are dazzled while in the are of its bright light, it completely blinds Dashed Red, who sees it from the top of the stairs!
Hastened by Jevar’s magic, Kolgradd goes all-out on the cannibals! Technically, Shakur’s turn would happen before Kolgradd’s, so Kolgradd should have the effects of inspire courage (though I understand not including it). Blue takes the first hit straight to the chest, but the second one knocks the cannibal out! Green then takes the third attack to the chest, but is otherwise still standing.
Boodiddly continues his harmonization.
Shakur opens the door and sends a wave of pure fear over the cannibals! But when the cannibals see the Pharasmin casting a spell, they all hiss and growl as they make strange hand movements and hold up strange fetishes against the cleric. ↻ Isolationist Superstition; the spell won’t reach Dashed Red due to not technically being at the top the stairs until after Shakur’s turn (and due to the height difference).
Red: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 1 = 17
Green: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 6 + 1 = 9
The cannibals are all shaken by the strange magicks of the newcomer—Green being particularly so! Green practically stumbles over himself as he rushes away, going up the stairs and out of sight! Triggers from Kolgradd; technically Red will also trigger an AoO from Kolgradd, but I’m guessing that Kolgradd will want to take the AoO against Green since he has the lowest AC (frightened 3 lowers AC) and is guaranteed to trigger from him because he’s fleeing for 1 round. I’m also just taking Green off the map for a bit, because he will be back next round.
The cannibals do not take kindly to Jevar’s strange magical light, and completely ignore Kolgradd in favor of swarming the wizard! Red triggers from Kolgradd in the process.

Jevar manages to dodge away from the cannibals’ bites, but Red manages to catch the wizard off-guard as he digs his jaws deep into Jevar’s arm that is holding the aeon stone—only minusculely lessened by Boodiddly’s song!
The cannibals' frightened conditions then each reduce by 1 at the end of their turns.

Yup, that definitely changes what Jevar would do...
The wizard spent a brief moment imagining his next moves. He thought he'd try that nifty command spell again and see if he could control the savages like playthings. Perhaps he'd even get up in another's face and distract it for Kolgradd! When he snaps-to from his zoned-out daydream he sees that those savages are gone, and an entire new row of them has formed in front of the Dwarf.
Thinking he could make quick work of this, he steps over and sends a bolt of electricity through the well-formed line.
◆ Step W
◆◆ Cast (somatic, verbal) lightning bolt down through: dashed yellow, dashed red, dashed blue, dashed teal
Electricity damage (DC 22 basic reflex save) to dashed yellow, dashed red, dashed blue, dashed teal: 4d12 ⇒ (8, 12, 12, 8) = 40
GM Xavier Kahlvet
So…the rules start getting weird and vague, so I’m going to make a call here: the lightning bolt (and by extent any line effect) must go away from you, so I’m saying that you can’t get Dashed Yellow into the area of that lightning bolt (though you can still get the other three you mentioned, which would still make the spell very worth it).
As the only one able to see it coming, Dashed Red makes several hand signs to ward off Jevar’s magic. ↻ Isolationist Superstition
Dashed Blue: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24
Dashed Cyan: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
The cannibals are hit hard with the bolt of lightning—Dashed Cyan being knocked completely to the ground in a convulsive fit!

Blue vs Jevar FF: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

Blue vs Jevar; 2nd: 1d20 + 12 - 5 ⇒ (12) + 12 - 5 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Suddenly, a growling incantation emanates from the stairs as something casts a spell. At that same moment, black smoke appears right in front of Kolgradd, rising out from the corner where the wall meets the floor. Kolgradd hears heavy panting as it is clear that something is now there that wasn’t there before!
Black vs Kolgradd FF: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (9) + 17 = 26
Damage: 2d10 + 7 ⇒ (4, 2) + 7 = 13
The noble on the ground Red loses every and all semblance of a courtly and sophisticated persona as he simply looks up in terror and screams ”WHAT THE F*CK IS THAT?!?!”
Now visible standing over Red is a hunched quadrupedal beast. The beast has dark skin, spikes growing off its back, and a pair of murky glass orbs for eyes that glow with a baleful light. The creature is surrounded by black smoke—the ends of its tail and tongue dissipating off into the smoke!
Jevar: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 12 + 1 = 18
Kolgradd: 1d20 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 13 + 1 = 30
Shakur: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 14 + 1 = 32
Jevar takes 3 sanity damage; everyone else takes 1.
The beast looks past the dwarf and starts growling and moving its legs in specific motions as it casts a spell! To be clear, this is one action; triggers from Kolgradd
Kolgradd AoO: 1d20 + 17 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 17 + 1 = 28
Damage: 2d12 + 4 ⇒ (1, 6) + 4 = 11
Kolgradd is unsure how to properly explain it, but when his maul approached the beast, the hammer’s geometry starting…fluctuating. Shifting shapes of his hammer becoming more and more polygonal, then more spherical, then back again, like the geometry of a video game glitching not that Kolgradd the character knows what a video game is. By the time his hammer hits the beast, it leaves the most minor of marks. When he pulls his hammer away, though, it returns to its regular form. That’s a very long-winded way of saying that Kolgradd ran into damage resistance.
In the blink of an eye, the beast vanishes, and next to Jevar black smoke start emanating from where the wall of the manor meets the ground. The smoke coalesces into the shape of the beast’s claw and slices at the wizard!
Black vs Jevar; 2nd, agile: 1d20 + 17 - 4 ⇒ (10) + 17 - 4 = 23
Damage: 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (6, 2) + 7 = 15
But it narrowly misses the wizard thanks to Boodiddly’s song. The rest of the beast coalesces from the smoke to be right next to Jevar!
Very important spoiler below; no NOT forget about this!
Give me a DC 25 basic Fortitude save vs 4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 6, 3) = 15 slashing damage. Please include this in your post.

Boodiddly
Just to be clear: Boodiddly is not currently inspiring courage - only defense.
Boodiddly swallows a yelp before he sounds too much like the nobleman inside. "Uh, that's not normal..." he stutters.
Recall Knowledge [A]. Waiting on results before posting rest of turn.

Just to be clear: Boodiddly is not currently inspiring courage - only defense.
Pretty sure that was a copy-paste error on Jevar's part.
Boodiddly
"...oh." Boodiddly's face grows pale. "Everybody, outside! It's dependent on sharp angles in the environment to move and function! Get to flat ground!" The gnome demonstrates his advised course of action by moving away from the building and hiding behind a conjured shield of force.

Pretty sure that was a copy-paste error on Jevar's part.
Yup, left the label in on accident (but, had removed the bonuses for inspire, so no harm).
Jevar completely forgets about the nobles, backing away from the door and the very odd "dog".

Shakur Hektat
Shakur just stares at the smoke-creature and eyes it for a moment before throwing a Jealous Hex at it. He then quickly closes both doors in front of him, readying to heal himself. "Go. Run further. Save yourselves!" he shouts, mockingly dramatic about it.

Boodiddly shouts about angles and protects himself.
Kolgradd smashes the head of the noble and moves outside.
Jevar shoots an enfeebling ray, but the creature dodges away from it.
Shakur sends a hex at the creature then closes the doors.

Quote from my previous spoiler:
As you stare into the beast’s eyes, you see endless infinities of all that is, was, and will be. Your mind unconsciously attempts to make sense of these infinities, your body gives way to stop you from trying to understand; bloodless-yet-painful wounds rip open on your body, distracting you from comprehending the infinities in the beast’s eyes—perhaps for the best of your sanity.
Everyone succeeded at their save, so they take half (7) damage.
Blue and Green both Delay until after Black to represent their hesitation to reengage.
The “hound” once again growls incantations as it casts a spell and disappears into smoke! And I just realized that this technically triggers Recognize Spell.
Smoke billows out from the corner where the wall meets the ground right next to Jevar and Shakur, and the head of the “hound” climbs out from the angle and bites at Shakur!
Black vs Shakur: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (9) + 17 = 26
Damage: 2d10 + 7 ⇒ (5, 9) + 7 = 21
The creature bites into the Pharasmin then turns towards Kolgradd and growls once more, casting a spell at Kolgradd! Boodiddly knows this spell immediately—he knows the spell, after all—it’s slow!
Kolgradd Fort; inspire defense: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 12 + 1 = 21 Meets it, beats it. Thank your bard for that +1 and you’re slowed 1 for a round.
As time momentarily slows around the dwarf, the “hound” swipes at Jevar with its claw!
Black vs Jevar; 2nd, agile: 1d20 + 17 - 4 ⇒ (20) + 17 - 4 = 33
Damage (doubled from crit): 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (1, 8) + 7 = 16
The creature cleaves straight into Jevar, causing a massive wound to open up on the wizard’s body!
”Risi was saying stuff about Melisenn’s weird-looking pet; this is probably it!”
Green and Blue come out of Delay.
Blue opens the door and does a Noble’s Ruse at Shakur.
Blue Feint vs Shakur: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Free Strike because that’s a success on the Feint.
Blue vs Shakur FF: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Damage; sneak attack: 1d6 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 5 + (5) = 13
Blue then desperately tries not to look at the “hound.” ◆ Avert Gaze. I’ll resolve the gaze after Green goes.
Green dashes forward and does a Noble’s Ruse in an attempt to finish off the wizard!
Green Feint vs Jevar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16
Green doesn’t feint Jevar, so he tries to just hit him.
Green vs Jevar: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Blue; Averted Gaze: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 6 + 2 = 26
Green: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Green, likely thinking that the hound is on his side, does not care about the hound, and looks directly into its eyes as bloodless wounds burst open all over his body! Blue likewise unconsciously peeks over at the creature, lesser wounds opening on his body!

Any chance I could hero-point that ray of enfeeblement? OTOH, I suppose I should save it for impending death... yeah okay.
Yeah perhaps he should've just strided further away but I don't think we knew what this thing's reactions were yet...
Right... thanks for the heal. he replies sluggishly to Shakur.
This time Jevar simply turns and runs. When he gets a ways away he stops, and still facing away from the action begins an incantation drawing an acid arrow into existence. He spins and releases it towards the "hound," continuing and facing the nobles after.

Technically yes; I was just going to roll them at the start of the hound’s turn for simplicity. That said, because Boodiddly critically succeeded he no longer has to make saves against it.
Boodiddly crit succeeded
Jevar is too far away
Kolgradd succeeded
Shakur: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 12 + 1 = 25 Success
Boodiddly throws a sharp rock at the “hound,” but as it reaches the creature, the rock’s geometry starts going wonky like Kolgradd’s maul before it.

Reroll: 1d20 + 17 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 17 + 1 = 34 That will hit, but not crit, so the action isn’t disrupted. Kolgradd’s maul once again does the weird geometry thing, so he ran into resistance.
