I was thinking about hitting the necromancer with black tentacles. If I center it behind him, it will cut off his retreat and maybe cost him a round or two of spellcasting.

'Long' Beau does, in fact, have a Day Job. (I'd forgotten about the very expensive boon I'd purchased a while back.)
From the “Blakros Family Member” boon (20PP). Married into the Blakros family and gained a townhouse in Absalom’s Ivy district and a small staff of servants to care for it. Gained a +1 bonus on Knowledge (Nobility) checks and use that skill for Day Job rolls.
Day Job: Take 10 Knowledge (nobility) for 16 = 10gp.
