Tarvoth summons an ant which bites at and misses an archer (Borvius!). Weed ineffectually performs some type of scheme. Dardanius fires an arrow and hits an archer, while both he and Turran move down the hallway towards the barricade. The hallway floor collapses downward to a deep pit at the foot of the barricade!

The hallway slopes steeply downward (5' per 10') for 20' until it dumps into the pit which is 5' wide (width of hallway) by 10' long. A quick glance shows the 20' drop leads to what looks like a cell with an iron bound door.
Jumping it would take essentially a natural 20 as you would be jumping 10' up AND 10' across.
Tarvoth can get within 30' without danger of the sliding down the ramp, but that is just reaching the far edge (2' narrow ledge).

Don't worry about your bad roll. Mysterious Storyteller rules that while you get to use your previous climb roll (and barely scramble out of the pit), you can't do so while holding your bow, so you climb with bow holstered (technically 2 move actions to climb that far and 2 rolls but ~hand wave~) and get to the 2' ledge and unholster (move action) and will be able to attack next round.

            Round update:
Weed fires wildly and wide with an arrow, hitting air.
Dardanius amazingly scrambles out of the prison pit to the 2' ledge in front of the barricade, readying his bow but in sight of the foe.
Tarvoth gets perilously close to the sliding slope and pulse heals, while his ant clambers over the barricade in vain pursuit of the archer taking AOO from Borvius: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 211d12 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10.
Turran I think took enough damage to fall to his probable death, but Mysterious Storyteller rules that Tarvoth's healing washes over him and brings him back to life as he falls, giving him a chance to grab the edge of the ledge if he wants (make a good 'to hit' or acrobatics roll). Otherwise he takes 2d6 falling damage.
So just need Tarvoth's action to complete the round.

TURRAN is somehow able to grab the ledge with his free hand, holding on to his scimitar, and uses the force of his fall to swing himself back up and land prone on the ledge (total cover from foes while prone behind barricade).
Borvius hacks at Dardanius (who has cover +4 AC) greataxe: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 251d12 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14 and the skulk arrows at him 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 251d8 + 2d6 ⇒ (2) + (3, 4) = 9
The archer waylaid by the ant drops his bow and slashes out with a shortsword. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 101d6 ⇒ 5 while the other archer fires into its side arrow: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 2 = 101d8 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + (6) = 7.
Weed fires another errant arrow.
Actions needed from Dardanius, Tarvoth, and Turran.

I was going with flat footed as he had just completed a harrowing 20'+ climb and got to the top and skulk is attacking from the 'side' while Borvius is head on. If you guys think that is unreasonable (as compared to The Flash undead spiders for instance) ignore the sneak damage.
I'm open to interpretation and you will need the help even with Turran the acrobat still being alive.

First, I wanted to note my deep appreciation of both those comments
Second I have Dar's AC at 26 (+4 from Turran's spell and +4 from partial cover). Reading the last message and assuming he is flat-footed AC is then 23. Just want to make sure these numbers are right. Before continuing.
Dar is at -23/23 HP (Disabled 0 HP?) I think he gets to lay on hands (swift)
Lay On Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 1 F*$# the RNG
-22/23 HP
I want to retcon something now. I didn't think the barricade was melee distance. I don't want to provoke AOO's so Dar unsheathed his rapier rather than his bow.
He attacks Borvius
Rapier: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
TL;DR If Dar dies, can I RP the skulk instead? Maybe then we'd get Borvius.

Unfortunately I can completely buy that he is flatfooted after the climb and clinging to the ledge while switching weapons, I just didn't think it would be possible to flank him given that he is on opposite side of the barrier to both attackers. Spiders are notorious for being so swift.

            Clarity on the round:
Weed misses with another arrow.
Tarvoth's ant stings the wounded archer, dropping him, while his companion shoots an arrow at it as it disappears. Tarvoth pulse heals.
Dardanius dexterously scrambles up from the pit, swings up onto the ledge drawing his rapier, and lands a slash on Borvius. Upon further review, Dardanius can waive the sneak damage (7 points).
Turran falls from his wounds, only to be healed, grabs the edge of the ledge and uses his momentum to leap back prone on the ledge. He activates Black Blade: standing will trigger an AOO, but you can climb over the barrier and attack without further AOO but you will take a -2 modifier to your attack roll because of the difficult footing.
