Sorry, I was confused, I didn't realize that immediate actions count as swift. Dar will not use LoH if it costs a move action (if you allow the retcon ... I only realized because you said Dar was out of action economy).
If allowed to retcon the additonal LoH, Dar would still have move + standard + Haste, right?
