Kasumi stomps her feet, reaching out and grabbing the air in both hands before wrenching it to the side. As she does, the wall suddenly extends, sliding across the room to close it off from where the thud came from.

You can mark the holes on the map, or position Mivvy yourself. I don't know where the holes are at the moment. I am working on the fact that arrows need to travel in a straight line out of a hole so that if I stand between the holes, I can't be targeted.

Keene notices a secret panel in the wall. Upon pulling it, a door opens into a very narrow hallway! Peeking inside, it appears someone has been using this hallway to take pot-shots at the party through the walls. Kasumi's magic must have foiled their plans and forced them to retreat further within.

Kasumi walks through her wall and ponders. "I suppose we could give chase, if we're the running-into-an-ambush sort. Not a lot of other options, though, if we want to find out what was shooting at Fen."

Fen recovers his wounds and the party begins to explore the tight hallway. It appears whoever was in here decided to make a hasty retreat. Continuing through you find that this leads into the kitchen. Perhaps once this room was used to prepare opulent dinners for memorable events, but now the tables are all but bare. Scraps of meat and cheese give proof that a meal was eaten here recently, but otherwise the kitchen seems unused. One of the long tables still smells like it was used for butchering, and the multicolored stains darkening its chipped surface make that even clearer.
It doesn't take much effort to notice the dust trail in here indicating that this room has been traversed through. Those of you trained in survival can see three different types of footprints. The first belonging to a rat, which you can confirm with the tail print. The second being a soft boot. The final print looks as though it were a heavy metallic boot.
Two smaller rooms are adjacent to the kitchen area.

White this room has no traps, you do discover that it is littered with secret doors. There also appears to be a chest in the room to the south, as well as a small cot. It appears the chest has just been ransacked. You are catching onto the correct trail to find whoever this assassin is. The trail of whoever this person is leads to the room to the south from the chest.

Kasumi rounds the corner as well, and she grins as she sees the rat-- and her, all in fox form.
"Weapons down or I'll fill this hallway with fire!" she barks, raising her hands menacingly.
She also casts a very quick spell, and the rat's quiver seems empty though if he tries to interact with it he'll need to pass a DC15 Will save to realize it's not.
She also casts Glue Seal on any undrawn weapon she can see (such as a sword in a sheath). He'll need a Strength check or a Combat Maneuver to remove it (DC16).
