I've got a Skittershot sheet that needs boxes checked every time I play something on any character, any ideas on the best way to get that managed on PbP? My only thought was that a gm downloads it, signs the box in adobe, locks it, sends me a link back to it to grab and then I replace my first copy with the signed version. But that is a bit complicated so I'm open to other options.

If I remember correctly, it was said that you do not need to do that in PbP.
Since that type of sheet is easy to track.
You have the chronicle with a date where you played (or ended playing) Skittershot (or other things of the sort).
And then you have all the chronicles with dates after when you played Skittershot.
So you just check the boxes yourself (put in a date and scenario number?) and if asked show all the chronicles.

Should all fit.

Anyhow, to make things worse, I have certain low tech aspects, and will be doing your sheets by hand and then have my wife scan them!
So not the best for Adobe stuff...

I will add a Skittermander Box notation on your sheet.

Ah cool! I'll just do that then. I'm happy they are a bit easier on it than I thought. Regardless, it'll be a really long time till I get a Skittermander, most likely a Copaxi before then!

Yup

I've filled out the sheets.
Just to make sure all is okay:
• 1 xp & 2 fame for all
• for credits: all tier 1-2 (levels 1 or 2) except for Numina6 who it out of tier (level 3)
• all getting Day Job credits except for Hef Sadir (who is a lazy 4 arms! xD)
• Numina6: I just put"+ Digital Presence" near Fame box, and initialed it (let you fill it out)
• Hef Sadir: I put down the notation re. Box 1 of Skittermander
Tell me if something is missing, I'll wait a day for any feedbacks for mistakes or things to add and then put them up

Reporting game now--
--and it was reported with no problems (all numbers, names and factions checked out)
FYI: the event I use is UGL, which stands for Uchronies Game Lodge, one of the game shops in Paris, France where we run public PFS/SFS.

Just in case any others are interested (see you soon Numina6!) I am going to run a game of SFS 1-12.
