Maybe? I guess it depends on whether you can do a 5ft step during a full attack action. If so, then yes. Something to keep in mind for next time, if that's the case.
By my reading, your interpretation is correct. It is a full-round action to do spell combat. You can 5-ft move before or after.

Cabe, we'll say you hit with the MM before you attempt the melee strike.

I'll take it! :D

Yuzu stands her ground even as it shakes beneath her feet as the minotaur’s massive bulk hits the grass in front of her. She turns her blade, then brings it back down on the minotaur’s neck in a silent, mournful coup de grace.

The minotaur goes completely slack as the head and neck are separated.

Cabe shakes his head sadly at Janira's lifeless form. "We must bring her back with us for a proper burial." He turns to the others. "Can anyone help me?"

![]() |

Yuzu, now well-splattered with minotaur blood, walks over to Janira, crouches, and touches her with a faint yellowish glow. If she's alive, it should stabilize.

![]() |

The yellow glow washes over Janira. She remains motionless and without breath.
Bury here? Return her to the Master of Scrolls? Other action?

Yuzu sighs, visibly fatigued by the unfortunate turn in their mission but not in, like, a stat-affecting way.
"Janira is dead. Our mission is incomplete. We should go back in," she says, casting a forlorn eye back toward the cave.

![]() |

Cabe has seen enough battlefield violence to know death when he sees it, but remains silent, allowing the others to come to the same conclusion in their own time and in their own way. Once Yuzu speaks, Cabe frowns. "She deserves a proper burial in the city. But... Yuzu is correct. We haven't finished." He looks down at the halfling, visibly frustrated. "I would not leave her body exposed to scavengers, however. Perhaps we could wrap her? Take her inside the cave entrance, at least? That way there is less chance of wandering animals finding her before we complete our task."
He sighs. "The one time in my life I regret not wearing a cloak."

![]() |

Suna and Sita look sadly on the dead small fleshy one. They don't understand fleshy ones well enough to know what this one might want to happen with her body, but will help with whatever signs of respect the others think approprate.

Feels like 3 votes to move back in, so we will proceed.
The party respectfully wraps Janira's corpse and carries it back to the cave network. You easily find your way back to the pools although Uori has since left. There are copious coves to store Janira's body while you enter the other cave.

If I were to try and tumble through multiple enemy spaces, would that require separate Acrobatics checks for each, or just one? Or would I even need to roll it since I'm invisible?

![]() |

They had not pinpointed your position before. Move and attack as you like.

![]() |

I assume skeletons are a DC 10 Knowledge check, since they're less than CR 1? If not, ignore the roll and I'll change my action accordingly, I just figured knowing they were weak to bludgeoning weapons was probably common knowledge.
Untrained Knowledge (religion): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Whew. Barely.
Cabe slips unseen past the skeletons and draws his mace, quietly channeling power into it and preparing to strike as he feels the magic of the potion slowly drip off him like warm water.
Move 25ft, move action to draw, swift action to enhance mace to a +1 light mace. Really cannot wait to have a +1 BAB lol. 1st CL potions are so underrated (except CLW of course). May have only been one round of invisibility, but so useful.

Will they be moving after or have they just been alerted to our presence and cannot move this round?
They have moved and are updated on the map. You are up.

Not sure about the map...

The abnormally thin skeleton is hard to hit. Bites and maces unable to connect with the thin bones of the enemy. Salvadore masterfully employs the appropriate magics to release the skeleton from its necromantic influence.
End Combat

You make the trip back to the Pig's Paunch with no further incident and with Janira's corpse in tow. You enter the inn where Kreigton Shaine awaits at the table where you first met him.
Welcome ba... Oh. Oh dear. What happened? His smile falls away immediately.

![]() |

Salvadore takes out and opens one of his scroll boxes from his backpack. Taking out one of his scrolls, he reads off what transpired during their journey. The attack of the hippogriffs, and the attack of the Minotaur, with Janira bravely leading it away and ordering us to finish the mission by exploring the cave. The sketches of the murals Salvadore made. The encounter with the Merman and the information shared. The detailed description of the creatures encountered, including the loss of Janira. Then finally the trip back to the Pig's Paunch.
"I'm sure the others will have their detailed reports ready shortly."

![]() |

Cabe remains silent for Salvadore's reading. After, he has little to add aside from some additional tactical information from the battles, as well as the ritual he'd deduced at the shrine to Aroden.
Afterward, he bows his head. "She was very brave. To stand toe to toe with a beast as powerful as that, alone?" He shakes his head. "It's a rare feat. I have faced minotaurs twice now, both times with a full team of Pathfinders, and it was a struggle both times. She was clearly stout of heart. It is a sore loss."

Yuzu takes a seat and closes her eyes as the others recount the adventure. Once all is quiet, she recites:
"Kobolds there were in cavern rivers' bank
mining for treasure in avarice glow
picked their spears to dig instead meat and veggies' flanks
for treasure was theirs with no time to stow
fair adventurers came to their own blades
and met upon the ankle-deep water
in dimly-lit cave as sunny-made glades,
the heroes of our story don't falter
but kobolds are a dangerous quarry
man's ankle falls upon a hid wire
darts eject to make man's vision starry
kobolds always prepare to draw men's ire
the rest, I must say, was swift as it could
two kobolds well-sliced lost their life's blood
a minotaur, then, a brute in the trees
returned from before with our Janira
bellowing loud to put us at unease
half of a man, and half of a steer-a
as brave adventurers ran to save her
the beast let loose with greatest of greataxe
far too late as the beast death's blow gave her
intestines spilled and bones with poor fate cracks
with righteous fury and indignation
I, with somber blade and comrades now six
arrived to aid the bull's earned castration
or any punishment we could affix
With sling and spell and seed and my good steel
laid low the beast that tempered our sweet zeal
Skeletons, then, there remained to be dealt
with halfling corpse weighed heavy our burden
our hearts remorse and pity was all felt
as bones clattered and pain we conferred in
I must admit my fangs found no purchase
as silent tears slicked my hard incisors
battle empty as our friend now mirthless
discovery's joy dead now inside her
bite's hesitation to split bone like hers
ribs break apart with metal and wood club
marrow spattered Mapache and I's furs
as bones fell empty, undeath's cold life snubbed
We stood then seven as eight minus one
The Azlanti cave charted, mission done"

This is quite the accounting. Yuzu, I've committed your poem to memory and will submit it to our chroniclers. Master Shaine closes his eyes and makes a brief incantation. Janira's body is lifted by an unseen force.
Master Shaine turns back to you. I will see to her resurrection. As for you, I welcome you to the ranks of the Pathfinders. May I present to you a personalized wayfinder to signify you as a Pathfinder in the world. Remember always our principle duties: explore, report, and cooperate. Good luck on your future adventures.
Scenario complete. Thanks for playing.

Cabe watches Janira's body waft away, startled. They have access to resurrection magic? I knew they had extensive resources, but... damn.
Cabe bows to Master Shaine. "Thank you. And yours as well." He turns and offers a hand to each of his companions. "I enjoyed our time together, tainted as it was by tragedy. Thank you, all."
After saying their goodbyes, Cabe finds his way home to clean his equipment and see to his wounds, and reflect on how he has grown from this encounter.
... to SECOND LEVEL! Woot!
