The sorcerer hisses in a profane manner when struck. Sounds that ought to be words flood out of the qlippoth-spawn's mouth, but they defy comprehension. A fusion of mortal rage and holy fervor guide the sorcerer's blade as he retaliates.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25
Damage 1: 2d10 + 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6, 4) + (5) + 5 = 20
Attack 2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Damage 2: 2d10 + 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2, 5) + (3) + 5 = 15

The damage from Brynn's channeled energy, together with the enthusiastic strikes from Jax, is enough to dispatch the two vampires into mist. They flee swiftly away.

The hall falls silent, although the overpowering stench of dismembered undead remains. Lucvi manages two steps down the stairs before doubling over, retching, although she hasn't eaten enough recently to bring anything back up. "Uck... s-sorry."

INTERVAL THREE

You have time to work on another barricade. It takes 2 people five minutes to prepare one, or 1 person ten minutes. Move your counters on the map accordingly.

"We should hunker down. We'll get picked off if we stay here in the open." Says Brynn as she strides to the north west. "Let's set up in the room in front of the basement. That way we can protect both ourselves and the professor. I think we should consider leaving the doors open so we can shoot with spell, bow, or glaive."

Brynn heads to room 10 and begins building a barricade to block a side door.

"Good plan, Brynn. I'll stand in the doorway to take on any creatures that try to get through."

Roz helps Brynn with the barricade, then stands with glaive at the ready.

Grand Lodge

RETIRED: Saved the Isle of Kortos and now busy creating a very large family with his wives.

"Come little scholar!" Ashlion booms, clapping the luckless Lucvi on the back. [bigger]"Many undead left to slay!"

He moves into the room with the women and begins piling furniture against the windows.

Barricade the windows. Someone else draw curtains in the other rooms so its not obvious which one we're in?

Jaksics rushes into the room to the right and makes it so that the curtains cover the windows before pushing the bed against the window-side wall.

Will start with room 11 and, if given time, room 7 and then 6. If the guy and gals in room 10 are almost done with their barricade, he'll return so that it can be finished in time ... with him inside the room.

Round 12

With Lucvi's help, Ash is able to construct a barricade in the next five-minute interval. Brynn and Jax, however, are only part-way through constructing their own barriers when there is a *crash* from the dining room area as something (or several somethings) break through the window.

Party is up - post actions for Round 12

Just in case you missed it, Roz did help me make the barricade.

Brynn stops building and grabs hold of her staff. "We've got company." She says. She takes out some prayer beads that she holds in her left hand.

The sudden noise causes Jaksics to freeze. He tilts his head to the side and, as his ears register that the crash was but a prelude for what's to come, the sorcerer scowls. "Curses, already?!"

If possible, Jaksics will try to get to his companions. If not, well, he'll hold the doorway of room 11 and cast Heroism on himself.
