Grugkt teeters on the top of igloo, but manages to keep his balance. The fey darting about around him tires a spell but it fizzles out. Grugkt's face creases in a grin. The eidolon tries to backhand the fairy, to swat it out of the air.

Yikes! Things certainly have taken a turn.
The blast of swirling colors washes over Cara, Geedra, and Asgrid and when they pass only Asgrid is left standing. The other two have fallen unconscious from the spell and Asgrid immediately retaliates by singing the sprite with acid. The fey yelps out and looks quite offended.
Grugkt takes a swing at the fey he is engaged with atop the igloo, but again the creature zips around his blows.
Kronek puts distance between himself and the eagle and spins in mid stride, sending the blade of his halberd up at the closest sprite. The fairy seems to have been not been expecting this, and shrieks out as the polearm crumples it into bloody wreckage. Critical hit by Kronek obliterates the sprite.
The sprite near Asgrid draws a tiny needle-like sword and dashes towards the dwarf, maniacal rage on her face as she stabs, obviously enraged that she was injured. The sword does nothing against Asgrid's ice armor, though, clinking harmlessly off of it.
The sprite engaged with Grugkt tries to get away to get another shot, but this time Grugkt's blow finds its mark, and batters the fey out of the air. 8 points of damage from Grugkt's AoO is enough to bring this fey down coupled with Geedra's earlier ear piercing scream.
The eagle pursues Kronek and rakes him with a claw. 3 points of damage to Kronek. After its attack, though, the eagle vanishes in a swirl of smoke, its time on this plane expired.
The atomie conversely becomes visible, appearing with arm outstretched to Kronek and hand glowing an icy blue! Kronek catches the fey out of the corner of his eye just as it is striking, and manages to evade the attack. Atomie misses with its touch attack with a natural 1.
To Asgrid and Grugkt. Have to leave for work now, so refer to last turn's map. The fey fighting Grugkt is dead, the eagle is gone, and the fey at the top-left igloo is dead, leaving only the atomie (adjacent to Kronek) and the remaining sprite (adjacent to Asgrid). The shrouded figure near the portal has yet to contribute.

Batting one sprite out of the air, Grugkt looks around for another target. Seeing the atomie appear, Grugkt launches himself at the fey, trying to pound it into the ground. If possible move towards atomie and make slam attack.

Asgrid blasts acid at the fey attacking her, but the spell goes wide and dissipates harmlessly into the wind. Grugkt likewise has ill luck, leaping from the igloo to join Kronek against the atomie, but the nimble fey avoids the pummeling fist, though looks quite unsettled to be thrown against two foes so much larger than it.
Geedra and Cara, you are both no longer unconscious at the ends of your turns this round, but unfortunately you are still stunned and blinded for 4 rounds.
Kronek turns on the atomie, his halberd colliding with the diminutive fey. The blow is mighty, but miraculously the atomie remains in the air, his winter-bound fortitude apparent. 17 damage to the atomie!
The atomie tries to cast another spell on the defensive, but loses it in the presence of his foes. Failed defensive casting concentration check. He draws a tiny sickle after having failed, looking quite worried.
The remaining sprite continues its angry assault, attempting to stab Asgrid again, but again only scratches her icy armor. The sprite looks furious, blue light flaring up around her.

Asgrid takes another shot at the sprite, this time with a spear. Unfortunately, it misses and drops harmlessly into the snow.
Grugkt ravages the atomie, slashing it twice with his sharp claws. Coupled with Kronek's blow, this attack is too much for the diminutive fey and he crumples into the snow a bloody ribbon.
Kronek is up. Just the one sprite left engaged with Asgrid...and the figure near the portal who has yet left its station.

Kronek pushes himself through the snow to reach the remaining sprite by Asgrid. With snow flying all over from his effort, he slides into his attack, swinging his bardiche into the fey creature.

I'm assuming the last sprite is toast, so this could be amended if that is not the case.
Grugkt pauses and looks for more foes. No fey, it seems at the moment, but his attention is drawn to the shrouded figure in the portal. He clambers forward over the snow and ice, sizing up his foe. The eidolon pounds its chest and roars in defiance, perhaps at times forgetting he is not actually a yeti.
Move closer to the portal, stopping 30 feet from the shrouded figure. Roar.

Kronek makes his way to the remaining sprite and his shattering blow reduces the fey to a bloody mist.
All seems calm for the next several seconds, as you look around and readjust on the situation. The fey are all dead in the snow, and Geedra and Cara regain their faculties as the color spray spell's effects wear off. Grugkt moves closer to the portal to get a better look at the figure there, and roars out a challenge.
The response is a gravely, guttural voice that at the same time is sharp and clear, crashing out over the camp.
"You bold...you come far into domain of pale queen! But no further! This place be your grave, and cold snows from portal will bury your bodies!" The figure moves forward, stepping up to the edge of the ring of icicles so you can see it clearly for the first time.
Nine feet tall, this blue-skinned brute looks quite formidable. A mixture of white-blue fur and moss grows along the creature's humped back, and down its long, gnarled arms. In its wicked claws it holds a big spear with hooks on either sides of the head. Tusks peek out from beneath the massive hook of a nose, and two eyes of the whitest white peer over it with a predatory gaze. The thing is wiry for its size, and looks like it might be quite nimble.

"He is pretty ugly." agrees Kronek. "Asgrid, you might want to get Grugkt back a few steps. He can go to one side and I'll go to the other. Let's pinch this between us and leave room up the middle for Cara to shoot and you and Geedra to cast." Kronek begins moving toward the opposite side of Teb Knotten from Grugkt. He has his bardiche ready to attack.

Asgrid looks over at Kronek as he shouts over to her. So far she has been silent throughout this fight, and she looks at the bloodrager like he's speaking complete nonsense. You get the impression she's not taken in a word of what he's asking. Instead, she turns and shouts to Grugkt, speaking in a voice that is equally unintelligible but by now some have come to recognise as Aklo. The eidolon stops where he is, still growling at the dark figure but waiting as the dwarf stomps over to him.
Sorry, in combat situations Asgrid can only speak and understand Aklo, the curse of the gods for her oracular abilities. Intention is, full-round move until I reach Grugkt(probably taking several turns to do so), then cast Cure Light Wounds on Grugkt. Then ready crossbow.

Geedra lingers at a distance, ready to hex the enemy should it come near.
Cara moves forward a few steps into the camp and fires a shot off at the foe. The arrow bites into his knotted, blue flesh and he lets out a strange gurgling response. Some mix of anger and pain and perhaps surprise.
Kronek advances, bardiche at the ready, aiming for a flanking position with Grugkt.
The gnarled enemy moves forward. His movement is unmarred by the snow, and you see that he seems to be walking a mere inch above the white-covered ground. As he passes the icicle rings, he snarls and roars at Grugkt, stabbing at the air in front of him with his spear in a show of ferocity. Enemy succeeds at a intimidate check against Grugkt. Grugkt is now shaken for 1 round, giving him a -2 on attack rolls, saves, and skill checks.
Asgrid calls out to Grugkt in a strange language, her abstract intonations carrying across the wind. Grugkt seems to understand the words and hangs back away from the enemy for now. Asgrid trudges through the snow towards her eidolon.

Asgrid continues shuffling towards Grugkt, quick as she can. That troll thing looks pretty big. She can't understand what anyone else is saying, but she can see the results. She heads towards her eidolon, an idea forming in her mind.
Double move to Grugkt. With the difficult terrain I think it will be a full-round action for Asgrid's stubby legs. She'd draw a flask of alchemist's fire as well, but with a BA +0 that would still be a move action. Just hope that the troll doesn't stomp on me before I can act again.

Grugkt shrinks a bit at the troll's approach, perhaps like a dog before a ravenous wolf. A big beastie! Glancing back, he sees Asgrid pushing through the snow towards him. He moves back a few feet, waving a paw and encouraging her to join the fight. Come on! What are you waiting for?
Knotten goes first, so this is contingent if the troll tries to engage Grugkt in melee on his turn or not. If not, move back 10 feet towards Asgrid but continue to ready action to make slam attack if troll comes close enough. If the troll is already threatening, then withdraw the 10 feet. He doesn't like the look of that spear.

I did have another post, but it seems to have disappeared into the ether. I'll see if I can reconstruct it. Basically, if Grugkt is going to move back 10 feet, then perhaps Asgrid can cast CLW this round after all. If Asgrid can use the CLW roll from a previous post, then Grugkt heals 8hp.

Cara shares some strategic advice with the group, giving some enlightenment on this creature's identity and weaknesses. She fires off another arrow as she does so, but the projectile just misses the troll, grazing above his shoulder.
Heeding Cara's advice, Geedra scampers forward, producing a flask of alchemist fire and hurls it at the troll. It falls just short and shatters at his feet, but a spray of cinders scatters across his legs. The troll looks down at the embers, eyes wide in anger and fear. 1 point of splash damage to the troll. With range increment penalties, you come short of his touch AC.
Kronek also follows suit, hurling another flask of alchemist fire. This one shatters square on the troll's chest, erupting in a rush of flame. His mossy hide catches fire, and he howls out, horrified. Nice hit, 3 fire damage.
The troll reacts quickly to the fire, gathering up snow in his hand and patting the flames out wildly until they are extinguished. Full round action to put out the flames on him.
Grugkt hops back a step and Asgrid moves forward to heal him, mending his wounds with positive energy.

Taking advantage of the troll's preoccupation with the fire, Kronek moves up. He quickly sweeps the bardiche across the troll's chest, aiming to strike another blow before the giant creature can retaliate.
Probably has to be a move action in this snow, but since I can attack from reach, I should be ok. Move Kronek up to be 10 feet from the troll.

The troll was taking hits from the others, providing a timely distraction. Asgrid is inspired by Kronek and Geedra's use of alchemist's fire, and in similar fashion she unslings her rucksack and empties everything out of it into the snow apart from the alchemist's fire she bought when they were in town. She keeps two apart, bundles up the bag, then moves forward to throw the whole thing at the troll. She's not sure if they'll all smash on contact, but she's more hoping that the troll will try to catch the rucksack.
Standard action, empty out rucksack as above. Move action, move to square just below (next to) Kronek. Next round plan is to throw rucksack at the troll, filled with eight flasks of alchemists fire. Have kept two more aside. Plus a flask of acid. I'm glad now that Asgrid invested in her little arsenal.
RTA: 1d20 ⇒ 6 I've not included it in the dice roll but I'm assuming a -4 penalty at least for throwing an object she's not proficient with, as well as a probably range increment penalty. I'll go ahead and roll the damage for the alchemist's fire, just in case something should happen to set off the flasks prematurely.

Geedra moves forward, gesturing at the troll and cursing him with ill fortune. Troll fails his save.
Cara fires another arrow at the brute, but it is snatched up by a strong wind.
Kronek steps forward and takes a huge swing with his bardiche, carving a massive gouge in the troll's chest. He howls out in pain as blood pours out of him. His puts his gaze on Kronek and punches forward with his spear, intent on skewering the human. Hits despite misfortune for 7 points of damage on Kronek. You also notice that some of the wounds on him seem to be closing, apart from the burns left by the alchemist fire.
Grugkt moves forward, making a wide arc around the troll to close in behind him. Asgrid dumps out her pack of all its contents save her own cache of alchemist fire, and moves forward, preparing to hurl the bomb. This should be interesting.

Cara finds a new spot from which to shoot and releases another arrow at the troll, driving the head deep into his flesh. As he recoils from that attack and shakes off the pain, a flask of alchemist fire collides into his thigh, sending a rush of fire across him. Shrieking once more as flames overtake him, Kronek takes the opportunity to embed the head of his halberd in the brute once more, and the troll's wails come to an end as he slumps over into the snow, blood staining the snow all around. The weapon wounds still seem to be healing themselves, though, even as he lies there. Asgrid puts an end to that, however, rushing forward and smashing more alchemist fire onto his body, setting him alight for good. As his flesh sizzles and dissipates into the wind, all goes quiet. The portal is yours.
Asgrid I figured if the troll was down and out you might not want to waste your bag of alchemist fire so I'll just say you used 1 more to keep the troll down. All of your enemies seem to have been defeated. The igloos, cave, and portal remain.

Cara will aid Kronek's various Perception checks. With a +9 modifier, she automatically aids for a +2 to each roll.

Asgrid is just about to hurl her rucksack at the troll when it goes down. She checks her throw at the last moment, relieved that the fight wasn't as desperate as she had feared. She is still muttering incoherently in Aklo as she helps the others search the structures around the portal.
Asgrid makes a contribution to the searching as well.

In the cave, by the smell, you figure that this was the troll's quarters. A large pile of skins and furs takes up one nook of the room, while most of the other side is full of foodstuffs, mostly stolen crops and hunted game. Altogether there is about 34 days worth of rations here. You also find a lockbox, which the key found on Teb Knotten unlocks to reveal:
