Armor training alternate class feature switch out

Rules Questions

i am building a luchador he is a 1st level monk 5th level fighter
my idea is set in stone so please no criticism of my design, but i am focusing on a barehanded unarmored, grappler i was going to buy the monks robe, but i realize if i don't wear armor i have a dead level with the 4th level armor training.is it possible to switch out that ability for a dodge bonus instead? since my armor training is unarmored. kinda like i am weapon training on unarmored which is not really an weapon but a lack there of. get my drift? i know the open handed fighter alternate class has a dodge bonus but if i say the light weapon i am using is my fist i don't think raw that will work as it has to be a light one handed weapon. any suggestions? at all it seems cheap to me to wrestle a man with armor on. it should be mano y mano.
any suggestions?

the luchador build post can be found here

By the rules they can not be exchanged. I would see if I could get the GM to work with me if I were you.

just wish there was a unarmored fighter build, that wasnt a monk not so much high faluting spiritual perfection, but more like a dodger and striker.

You could go with a Free Hand Fighter, not perfect, but it gives you something for your effort...

use a cetus or gauntler

for armor I'd wear Quilted Cloth. its on the d20pfsrd. its +1 ac and dr 3/- vs arrows, shurikens and crossbow bolts

its a luchador/boxing cloak, and isnt too dumb. I'd also add an armored kilt, but thats just me. or even a hide shirt or Armored Coat (mithral, and bling-tastic)

Oh yeah brother. What'ch gonna do when Grapplemania comes for you

Several of the alternate fighters swap out armor training.

I think you want the Two Weapon Warrior archetype. At least you do if your GM is willing to let a monk's fists count as two weapons. I think RAW backs counting them as such, but I can easily imagine a GM ruling otherwise.

GNOME

This gives you the dodge bonus, and options for your hands that will be free.

I HIGHLY recommend you ask your DM about allowing the tome of battle feat superior unarmed strike, which is what makes an unarmed fighter viable.

The kilt and possible armored coat or quilt armor are good ideas also.

would the armored kilt take away my wisdom bonus? to ac

I was under the impression you didn't have levels of monk. A monk's robe doesn't add WIS.

I have 1 level of monk and 5 levels of fighter for the unarmored ac and the increased dmg

Then yes it would. But I'd say it's worth considering taking all fighter levels if your dm would allow the superior unarmed strike feat.

really appreciate the insight trying to go full raw here. trying to shift my paradigm, in going all monk. i am liking the weapon specialist just fists baby!

oh yes if i get bracers of armor that won't turn off my wisdom to ac form my monk correct?
i am also going to switch robe of the monk to the mask of the monk.

Bracers of Armor are a Force effect much like Mage Armor so they will not remove your Wis bonus to AC, they are the typical bread/butter armor for a Monk...besides possibly making regular robes into AC robes, but i you can afford it, the Bracers can turn out better.
