Boommaster Mogmurch
Mog, finally having reached Rheta and Kalam, looks at the door and Kalam's face, quickly making sense of the situation and pulling the last of his bombs from his bootpouch and stands ten feet back. Grinning, he lifts his arm and gives his friends a moment to scatter.
GM Meonji
Reta climbs up a ladder on the side of the galley to peer up on the main deck.
She see's the main mast 15 ft away and next to it are 2 very feral, hungry looking dogs barking!
Beyond them she see's a cabin perched at the far end (bow) of the upper deck.
ominous roll : 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Mog, you can say everyone moved and blow in the door if you like
GM Meonji
ominous roll: 1d100 ⇒ 85
Fire bombs do more fire damage than blast damage, but in this case the door was very old, wet and rotted so the impact damage of the blast was enough to cave it in.
As the fire bomb explodes on the door you see the rotted, termite eaten wood cave inwards and the door crack in half slowly falling in on itself.
Inside the room it is dark but you are immediately assailed by stenches that make you want to vomit.
In the far side of the room, 30 ft away you see a small fire burning underneath something large and hear boiling sounds.
you have dark vision but you need to step inside the room in order for your eyes to adjust.
Room is 15 ft wide, 30 ft long.
What do you do?
Rheta Bigbad
To clarify, was Zoog going up the ladder to the level above us where the dogs are? It sounded like maybe he meant to come up to the main deck as that is technically where Reta is, though she can see the upper deck from her vantage point.

perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Kalam whimpers at the loud sound of dogs and slips into the yucky smelling room to take a look....aka hide!
Rheta Bigbad
In that case, Reta walks in after Kalam, though on the ceiling, so directly above him. :-D
Stealth: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Can Reta use her bow from the ceiling?
GM Meonji
Reta, Kalam and Mog step inside the galley and their eyes adjust, they see:
This room is a blood-splattered chamber of horror. dead rodents, snakes, and birds have been variously nailed, tied, and hung around the walls. At the far end of the room, a large cauldron bubbles over with what seems to be goblin like arms and appendages sticking out. Next to the cauldron is a bloody burlap sack, full of something/someone.
You also see a very large, well fed angry looking dog barking at you 20 ft away.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 1 = 7
Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Mog pulls a small vial from his bootpouch and quaffs it, becoming even smaller.
Try this size!
Quaffcast Reduce Person. AC changes to 19, T17, FF14. +2 attack, CMD unchanged.
GM Meonji
Mog suddenly becomes very tiny hilarious idea
Reta from her vantage point on the ceiling fumbles her arrow and drops it down harmlessly on Kalams head. Upside down seems challenging!
Kalam pokes out of the shadows and launches a bolt at Cuddles landing square in cuddles breast with precision.
Cuddles -3 hp
Cuddles does not seem to fear the tiny goblin and is confused by the one on the ceiling so he charges the goblin who shot him with the crossbow.
Cuddles charge attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19 Hit
Cuddle bite damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Kalam fires the shot then turns to glare up at Rheta and shake a diminutive fist in the air above his head, completely taking his eyes off of Cuddles!
Ouch! You clumsy ogre brained toad faced....*Cuddles slams into Kalam and viciously rips at his leg*
Kalam howls in agony! and feebly swings at cuddles with the dog bitter
dogslicer: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
damage: 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0
Kalam is also spurting blood profusely and seems quite pale 5hp remaining
Naturally, Kalam of course righted himself to his feet prior to ineffectively attacking Cuddles!
acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Rheta Bigbad
Reta grimaces at Kalam's predicament and decides to do something ill advised.
With a warcry, Death to doggies!, Reta drops from the ceiling, dropping her bow and drawing her sword.
Reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Rheta Bigbad
Dropping down on the opposite side of Cuddles from Kalam, Reta uses the force of her drop to attack with the sword.

Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Damage next round: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Kalam takes 4 damage, no save.
Rheta Bigbad
Glaring at Mog for his friendly fire, Reta cries out, doggie death Reta kill and swings her sword.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 3 + 2 + 1 = 22
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 2 = 4
GM Meonji
Mog, or a tiny little version of him, launches an alchemist fire at Cuddles. Hopefully his friends like fire a lot because they are burnt too from the splash damage.
Cuddles -6
Kalam -4
Reta -4
Reta drops her bow (which also bounces off poor Kalams head harmlessly) and drawing her slicer she jumps down from the ceiling brandishing her weapon and cutting a nice swathe into Cuddles flank as she ends up behind him with a dexterous landing.
Cuddles -5
Kalam beautifully dodges an attack from Cuddles while rolling to his feet however he ruins his graceful form with an off balance attack and nearly ends up falling over.
Cuddles turns and attacks Reta
Cuddles attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Cuddles bite damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Cuddles trip: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Sorry for rolling so well..
Cuddles spins and takes a savage bite out of Reta then slams her to the floor.
ominous roll 1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
ominous roll 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Outside heard a yelp from Zoog as a firey projectile blasts the deck beside him and a big slimy tongue harmlessly smacks him from above.
Zoog is standing just outside the room Cuddles, Mog, Kalam, and Reta are inside, 10ft away from Kalam
Round 3:
Cuddles only has 1 hp so alchemist fire finishes him.
Mog 24 | condition: reduce person | rposition: inside room 15 ft from zoog
Reta 19 | condition: spider climb, prone | rposition: 20 ft from zoog
Kalam 17 | condition: none | rposition: 10 ft from zoog
Zoog -- | condition:none | rposition: 15 feet away from attackers on upper deck
Boommaster Mogmurch
Mog, seeing one of his meatshields go down, walks onto his chest and pours a restorative elixir down Kalam's throat...
...tiny cork and all.
Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds, 2d8+3
KalamMekhar
cure mod wound: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (4, 7) + 3 = 14
does Kalam take damage from alch fire second round (would it be 4 or 6 damage?) does the potion happen before or after that second round of damage? How does pathfinder treat heros with negative hp?
Rheta Bigbad
Only just realizing that she is on fire, Reta begins hopping up and down screaming her head off, prior to Cuddles taking a big bite out of her and knocking her prone. She stops moving at this point.
Friendly fire isn't...
Rheta Bigbad
Reta opens her eyes, sits up, and asks, Dog dead now?
...
Now realizing that the flames were all in her head, Reta stands up, retrieves her weapons, and looks at the floor a little sheepishly.
KalamMekhar
Kalam, now no longer profusely spurting blood, nor looking like a burn unit victim, takes a moment to search around the blood and appendage strewn galley and see if there is anything of value in it.
perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Rheta Bigbad
Reta remembers that there are gouts of flame out on deck, abandons her search, and instead collects her weapons and if she has enough time, readies an action to shoot the first hostile she sees through the door with her bow.
KalamMekhar
Kalam grumps and collects his crossbow and pointed stays well behind Rheta. Emerging onto the deck and looking for something to shoot....safely....
stealth: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36
perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
I think the things were 'up' so presuming Rheta uses her annoying climbing spell, i'll either use climb ring to follow her or go up the intended path, pending if Kalam thinks its climbable.
climb: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
KalamMekhar
kalam tediously picks up and loads cross bow. He then sneakily leaves the galley and looks about for a good place to climb.... but doesn't climb as that is the end of his round.
GM Meonji
Kalam you used 1 move action to pick up the bow, 1 standard action to load it, only a 5 ft step is possible. Stealth is also part of a movement action so you would need to move to do that
A giant frog jumps down in front of the open door.
Reta attack of Opportunity
And rushes in to bite the nearest opponent, tiny goblin Mog.
Lord Longtongue attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25 threaten to crit

GM Meonji
Reta draws her bow and fires into the melee (at -4 to attack) and manages a masterful hit.
Lord Longtongue -2 hp
Kalam takes another back attack at Lord Longue tongue but his thick skin turns the blade.
Zoog revives Mog with a large heal from his happy rod :p
Lord Longtongue spins and attempts to bite Kalam
Lord Longtongue attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 Miss
Abruptly the chanting from above stops and a swarm of spiders appear out of thin air 10 ft behind Kalam. They rush forward and attack Kalam.
Spider Swarm: swarm: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Kalam -2 hp, make a fortitude save DC:11 1d2 str dmg
You hear, "Looks like dinner delivered itself!!!" as you see the evil cannibal Vorka walk along the ceiling (spider climb) into the room above Kalam.

Lord Longtongue attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 Miss
Mog runs back 30 ft away.
ominous roll: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Rheta Bigbad
Reta's eyes go big as she sees the full extent of heroic goblin band's predicament. She quickly secures her bow and downs a small vial of redish-hued liquid. Small tendrils of smoke immediately start wafting from her nostrils.
Consuming elixir of fire breath. This strange elixir bestows upon the drinker the ability to spit gouts of flame. He can breathe fire up to three times, each time dealing 4d6 points of fire damage to a single target up to 25 feet away. The victim can attempt a DC 13 Reflex save for half damage. Unused blasts dissipate 1 hour after the liquid is consumed.
