This is what I have for the town of the four kingdoms, I was hard pressed to make any of the numbers work for corruption, crime, economy, law, lore and society....I think some of those should be scored for individual nations....but so far I have:
Although sprawled across four hexes, and mostly hidden, and being remote, and mostly ignored, the diligently hunted and patrolled area is relatively safe and a hidden economy the equivalent to a small town.
The four nations.

Nothing says any one group has to have exclusive control - perhaps mites make potion-like items but only based on divine spells. (Just an example.) And maybe we have not had access to any of this and that's why we have hesitated to make our presence known to outsiders and more significant monsters - we lacked the resources to defend ourselves beyond the mundane and the rare minor magic.
So this era of our history could mark our increased access to magic both from outside and developed from within.

Oops. Posted the wrong character from another game to get on the character board. Sorry...

GM Goblin King |
Gufi's ready to be the rogue. He's pretty cool, actually. Unchained does a lot for a trickster. +7 to hit is really nice at 2nd level.
Again, sorry so stupid....

We are officially launching on the 7th.
Anyone who wants to make an inital post into the gameplay thread can.
The last tidbit of information is which iconic character did you like and why. It can be simple (share a spell, taught me to make X) or a minor background story.....

GM Goblin King |
It'll take something to get these characters all on the same page. It's all good.

Yraalik |

I will be indeed.
I just snagged the Player's Guide, and once I at least get a base character down here, I'll go over it, and edit things accordingly.
I should be good to go tomorrow; my son's getting tubes in his ears at 11 EST, so depending on how that goes is how far I'll be able to get.
It's nice to meet y'all, and I look forward to this!

Yraalik |

@Colvin - Thank you! He's our first, so I'm pretty anxious even knowing the mundane nature of the procedure.
Any qualms about a Gunslinger?

Welcome aboard!
Your response was so fast and you have enthusiasm, so I am certain the game will be on quick.
I am fine with the gunslinger kobold.

Good deal!
Almost finished with him (I do it on paper, 'cause it's easier for me). Just a few quick things.
If I take the Pioneer Trait, since a horse doesn't make much sense, could I have a Krenshar? They're both CR 1. The Krenshar is intelligent, so I wouldn't need to train it, just spend a point on Linguistics to speak to it. I don't intend to use him as a combatant (any more than someone would a horse), but rather fancy the idea of sitting astride it shooting our enemies, and it fits with the "monstrous" theme.
Edit: It also allows you to do wacky things when he might not agree with where I'm taking him, since IMO intelligence = GM-fiat, and he might not always be willing to let me ride him, or may decide to go a different direction (or use his Scare ability or the like, when I want him to be silent). But most of the time (and hopefully!) he'd just move for me while I shoot stuff. And clearly the tactic will have to change if we get into very high levels (don't know how far the AP goes), but we can work that out when we get there.
Also, the Player's Guide is bunk in terms of explaining the kingdom building rules. I'll be reading up on them specifically, but I don't know how long after we start that those will take effect. Do I need to rush it, or do we have time to get through the first bit before needing to know how to run a Kingdom?
Ultimate last-minute addendum:
Level 2, so 1000gp equipment?

KenderKin |
I am OK with interesting mounts...handle animal and ride will be important.
Does everyone have a mount?
I am thinking kingdom building will be fully in the background.... Kind of like it happens in spite of the monstrous ways. I may adjust the stats decreasing some races and increasing others to show more diversity in your kingdom.
Also Yraalik can post in the gameplay thread as soon as you are comfortable, crunch does not have to be finished for you to do it.

My Eidolon can be my mount.

Added a crude (aka kobold, mite, goblin, ratfolk) map of the area. Though it was good enough for most scouts purposes, your freinds that were exploring the area were trying to make a high quality map that was even better. They had shown you guys how to make maps correctly....

KenderKin |
I know I had someone working on a four nations map for us.
You guys are on your home turf. The all plains (central) hex between the two upper area rivers. ...it is easier to go by the overview map in the campaign info tab.
That is the designated meeting area, the open plains. The heroes were coming down from Oleg's, along the border of the woods to meet you....

KenderKin |
Ah, I was in the wrong map, sorry. So we are east of the Thorn and north of the Shrike?
Yes that is exactly the spot. The other map is for added flavor...
I have thought about just numbering the hexes, left to right, and top to bottom, making location simply being hex #X...then everyone can tell at a glance where we are...

Yraalik |

I was also wondering; how is everyone building? I assume the Warpriest, given we've got a full cleric, is building more combat than spellcasting? Likewise, what way are you going Cleric? And Gufi, what's your plan?
I can reconfigure this guy fairly easily to be a gun tank, if everyone thinks we need it. I still haven't bought his equipment yet, other than his gun, and we haven't done much in the way of important checks. My only issue is my bunk Con, but I can repoint out of Dex if I'm going to be using scatter shots vs long range attacks.
