Fearghus |

Fearghus harumphs quietly at not being able to sneak as well as Durnak, draws his dagger, and begins paring his finger nails.
Glancing around the room, he looks for anything interesting, unusual, or that appears to be out of place. Piles of stolen goods? Slaves chained up? Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (14) + 0 = 14

Fearghus |

No need to wake 'em up, doing it this way is pretty awesome. I read the other group let one of the three thugs from the first encounter escape (in the re-recruitment thread I didn't know was for them at first, not their gameplay thread), so they're having to actually assault the place while we just walk right in and start taking names.

Krolmnite Underhill |

I agree with Durnak. Plus I don't want either 1. to fail a stealth roll and everyone to roll their eyes at me or 2. have Ava bite into these people like a vampire. The idea is Krol knows how fearful most are of eidolons and summoners, thinking their gift to be some sort of evil, like witch-craft. He hopes to avoid that and have her remain at medium size, until he gets to the level to cast a spell that'll re-organise the evolution points, forgot what that was called.

DM-Salsa |

Okay, here is the current state of things:
MAP1
MAP2
If Durnak wants to move up stairs between his last knockout blow and Genisen's knockout, I'll need two stealth checks. Not RAW, but I'm betting that you'll be okay with only having to make two, one for each round. There are two thugs left. And there's the room you haven't explored.

DM-Salsa |

1d20 + 3 - 10 ⇒ (18) + 3 - 10 = 11
1d20 + 3 - 10 ⇒ (16) + 3 - 10 = 9
1d20 + 3 - 10 ⇒ (8) + 3 - 10 = 1
1d20 + 8 - 10 ⇒ (12) + 8 - 10 = 10
Right as Genisen sends his third thug into slumber-land, Durnak manages to step on a squeaky board that he had managed to avoid. The thug right in front of him begins to stir.
"Huh?"
WHAP!
The thug doesn't say much more after that.
Give me perception checks please.

Fearghus |

Perception, not that I expect to hear anything as I'm still on the first level: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (12) + 0 = 12
Huh, I wonder if they're done up there yet... I'm sure I'd a'heard somthin' if Durnak 'r Gen'sen 're in a spot a' trouble.

DM-Salsa |

Everyone else: The drunken chorus of snoring is greatly reduced. It sounds like the only ones still at it are up stairs.
Dolgana finds some coils of rope on the stack of crates in front of her.
Back at the top.
Durnak
Genisen
Dolgana
Luther
???
Anna
Fearghus
Krol/Ava
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14

Fearghus |

Fearghus followed Ava's glance. Speaking quietly, "S'prob'ly Durnak an' Genisen. Can' be perfec' all a'time. 'm sure they'll call f'r 'elp if'n they need it - or at leas' let us know when all a' thugs 're done f'r. A'course, if'n we don' hear from 'em shortly, could be a right mighty heap a' trouble an' 'ere we all 're too far 'way t'help soon 'nough t'matter."

Durnak Zweiblatt |

Genisen shakes his head in response to Durnak and turns to go look for whomever they heard
[dice=Stealth]1d20+6
Oops
Genisen missed the whoopee cushion sitting on the floor in front of the door.
I move over next to Genisen prepared in case someone exits the door to which Genisen pointed.

he instead stepped on the TV remote that turned on a music channel of showing heavy metal.

Thugs
Genisen
Dolgana
Luther
Yale
Anna
Fearghus
Krol/Ava
1d2 ⇒ 2
Yale: Taget Durnak
Attack 1: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 6 - 4 = 15 Miss
Attack 2: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (16) + 6 - 4 = 18 Hit
Damage 2: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Perception Thugs: 1d20 + 3 - 10 ⇒ (10) + 3 - 10 = 3
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Upstairs
As Durnak and Genisen round the corner, they hear a door open and see a handsome, if dirty and disheveled man in about his twenties. He's wearing a fine chain shirt and wielding a stout longbow. He sneers at the two of them and speaks in a smooth voice.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't a couple of mangy rats tryin' to get the drop on Yale."
The man, whom you can probably assume is Yale referring to himself in the third-person, sends two arrows flying at Durnak. The first snaps on the thick hide armor, but the second buries itself deep into Durnak's shoulder.
"But it appears that Yale has gotten the drop on you. Wake up you lazy curs! We've got some rats to kill!"
The last two thugs wake with a start and quickly begin scrambling to their feet.
Downstairs:
Anna rushes in the door way as she hears Durnak yell in pain.
"What's going on?"
Fearghus and Luther make their way up the stairs as does Dolgana. Form the noise, it sounds like two more people are shuffling to their feet.
Had to give you guys a little challenge. Durnak takes 8 lethal. Not sure how to handle Anna, but I'm going to bot her until this fights over.

Fearghus |

Actions: double-move to D10 on the second floor, assuming I'm interpreting the map correctly. Regardless, as much of a bee-line for the action as possible!
"Luther, I'm after thinkin' s'time t'draw steel f'r real!" And, with a glance at Dolgana, "Aye, an' boots, too, f'r th'matter!"

Genisen Larkova |

Resisting the urge to attack Yale since he is trying to eclipse Genisen's Je'ne sais quoi with the whole 'talk in the third person' schtick, Genisen instead goes to even the odds in the fight.
Move to H3 and stop doing non-lethal with PA 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Damage 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (3, 5) + 7 = 15
if sneak attack is valid add 1d6 ⇒ 3

DM-Salsa |

Whoops, sorry about the delay. We now return to your regularly scheduled fight.
Thugs
Genisen
Dolgana
Luther
Yale
Anna
Fearghus
Krol/Ava
The two thugs scramble to their feet and draw their rapiers as Dolgana rushes past. Meanwhile, Luther, Fearghus, Ava, and Krol rush up the other set of stairs. Luther makes it all the way to Durnak and Genisen, the former in a lot of pain from the arrow buried deep in his torso.
Back down below, Anna looks puzzled by the gnome's comment.
"What? Yale's up?"
Back at the top.

Luther Lightblade |

Luther announces, "I am going to back up and try to get Yale to run straight to me. Might want to be ready to get some licks in on him as he does.

Luther Lightblade |

I suggest a default action if he doesn't post after a while. I know some do not like their character acted for. Default=move him to H4 and power attack. If my spell works he gets two AoOs when Yale moves.

Dolgana |

Dolgana becomes one with the fist and foot, whirling into combat.
Attacking Yale with fury of blows. 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21
Confirm roll for crit. 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Damage for 1 hit. 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Attacking Yale with fury of blows. 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Attacking Yale as an AO if the command spell is successful. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

DM-Salsa |

Yeah, that'd be great, no need to reroll. I still need Fearghus and Krol to post.

Fearghus |

Yale and the thugs go before we do... I'm not away, I'm waiting my turn as I perceive it. Also, my last round's action was to move to somewhere approximately on/around D10 upstairs and it's not shown on the map.
Round ?
Move to G7 on Floor 2.
