Luther finds the ladies.
"We are off to hit Yale before he gets word of his doom. Please point us to his lair."
To the group.
"I know there are times for a detailed, battle plan. This is not one of those times. Time to go."
Luther draws his sword and readies his shield.
"Durnak, Genisen, I think the fleeing from the angry cleric and paladin ruse should work. Ferghus, Ava, and I can be right behind in case it turns into a regular frontal assault. I'll throw a protection spell on Genisen as we enter, he can react like it is a hostile spell."
Luther is eager to go once he has directions.
As you're talking strategy Talus comes down the stairs, followed by a properly dressed, and very embarrassed, Shalyna.
"The only place that Shank's description is Ol' Man Willows' place. It burned about three years ago, but it's easy enough to find. Head down the street towards the guardhouse and take the third right. It's about five or six streets down. Ye can't miss it."
Talus looks from Shalyna to Valyana, tears well up in his eyes, but the big man refuses to let them fall.
"I thank ye. I thank ye all fer doin' this. Me girls will be safe, if only fer a little while."

"I think Yale gets to choose if he wants to die today. It appears the lair it has been preburned, so there are two ways to look at it. It is burned enough already or a burned down place can't get any more burned down. I would think the first, but I am not an explosives expert. We ready to go? Maybe those of us with armor should get started, we can move pretty slow sometimes."
Luther bows to the ladies and prepares to go. Glancing at Ferghus, "It will be nice to put this Yale down."

"Aye, Luther, I s'pect today'll be a good day. 'll need a few minutes, though, t'get ready - I don' sleep in me armor, after'll."
"Talus, I s'pose we can leave our packs an' such 'ere while we're after Yale? I don' s'pect we'll need blankets an' bedrolls an' whatnot."
"Ye can leave yer things here. Just try an' come back in one piece."

Nodding at Talus' affirmative, Fearghus heads back up to his room to prepare for the assault on Yale's hideout. Minutes pass, and a heavy stomping down the stairs announces his return.
"Aight, we ready f'r this?" he asks the room.
"Ava and I are ready. I made all the preperations this morning, packing up with more weapons to use. I hope to have him glued to the floor, it'll make him a easy target." he smirks as he looks through his bag of Tricks and Ava stands beside him with a big toothy grin, revealing her fangs.

She strides out the door.

Durnak raises his nose and takes a whiff of the air. Dis city done stinks. Must be dis Yale. Good thang wees gonna eliminate da stench fer good.
Durnak follows Dolgana and heads toward the infamous Yale.

Luther smiles at Dolgana, "Any geldings that happen during combat, they are part of the fog and friction of war. After combat is over, they are frowned upon."
"And, if they are part of your combat style, please watch for friendly fire incidents. I don't need to add a vow of chastity to my list just yet."
As Durnak strides out the door, a familiar small animal quickly followed suit and stopped outside to look back at the room. It skittered angrily at the black haired woman who had been watching the conversation from a darkened corner. Her gold eyes curled up at the corner as she smiled at the small animal, amused by it's anger. "Excuse me, but would you mind if I joined you? Chitik here is quite wound up and is looking for a fight." She asks.

"Aye, sure ye c'n come 'long. T'ain't nuthin' better'n a show a' force t'make a bully back down," replied Fearghus to Anna and Chitik's request.
"Come 'long, then!" he beckoned, heading out the door as well.
Anna put her fingers to her lips and whistled loudly. The ferret slid to a stop down the street and came running back, running up her robe and diving into her hood before sticking it's head back up and chittering into her ear. "You stay with me for now." the girl said, standing to her impressive 5'4" and following quickly after Fearghus.

If none are found then Genisen will bravely and with much flourish stealth to D9 that I mentioned before. If one is found then he'll gulp and start to sweat.
Anna, all too aware of her own lack of skill at physical combat, takes shelter just outside the door waiting for the opportune time to step in and cast a spell.

Genisen finds no traps and the door doesn't squeak much. Inside you find piles of crates and sacks. You also find five of the thugs fast asleep. The stench of stale sweat and staler ale fills the warehouse.

I put my hand to my lips in the universal sign for quiet.
I then put my axe over my shoulder and move to Thug 3 and perform a non-lethal coup de grace with my cutlass.
Damage: 2d6 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (1, 4) + 6 + 2 = 13 -->Blade of Mercy allows non-lethal with a slashing weapon. Since I figure the axe is an instant death with the x3 crit, I have switched to my cutlass.

Seeing that the thugs are really asleep, Durnak breaks out a large keg he had hidden in his portable hole. Party time all, we can finish these all in a week or so when this party calms down.

Anna steps into the doorway and pauses. The spells she had memorized weren't suited for a group of sleeping thugs if, going by the big ranger's actions, they weren't going to kill them.

Okay I'm back and ready for action.
Durnak creeps up on the thug sleeping near the stairs. There's the smack of metal on flesh, and the guard next to Durnak's target stirs for a heart-stopping moment before snoring away like the others. The one that Durnak just smacked isn't getting up for a while.
Meanwhile Genisen moves to creep up the stairs, sounds of more snoring can be heard up here, but not even the creak of a loose step seems to rouse them or the others down on the first floor.
Dolgana, Luther, and Anna, you're up. We're in psuedo initiative. I'll let you know if something happens.

I'm afraid that's a no-go on the charge. RAW, says that you have to have a clear path to the target, you'd have to go through at least one of your allies. On the other hand, why would you want to charge, all the baddies are currently asleep.

As I hear the others bumbling around behind me, I turn and repeat my request for quiet by put my finger to my lips. I then lift my cutlass repeat the non-lethal attack on #3 or 4, whichever is left.
