These scrolls are all written in Eygptian <Baelinor was an from there as well> and they are all labeled and are from the dieties: Isis; Seker; and some strange diety named Donblas who is unfamiliar.
Appraise would tell you there relative worth.
Spellcraft lets you identify the spell as it is being cast; as these are divine scroll; Wisdom and level is needed to be able to understand the concepts contain inside.

Fox; your mask starts a low howl as feedback between divine and arcane magic doesnt mix; the letters shift and scribble in your eyes and you see spots and fuzzed vision until you look away.
I believe it is spellcraft.
Always interested in different types of magic, the masked halfling comes over to look past Nebbit's elbow. "I am unlikely to be able to use these myself, but I have studied many scrolls as part of my training. Perhaps I can help determine their intent."
It appears there are seven in total, though Erkholt seems to have identified some based on his notes. Seven rolls for seven scrolls, spaced for legibility's sake:

"In an emergency, I can use a scroll or even a wand, although I fail at it at least every other time. Still, let me know if I can be of help with any of these"
Use Magic Device skill +10, which means for a wand I will succeed 55% of the time (DC is 20) and for a scroll at best slightly over 50% of the time (DC is 20 + spell level)

Kemnebi looks over her shoulder at the scrolls as well, giving her an impish grin when she looks at him for leaning over her shoulder.
People reading over my shoulder drives me crazy! Sorry! ;) A Read Magic to identify/prep for use I believe, as long as they are on your spell list at least.

hmm; rereading this; is a bit unclear; when using spellcraft to read and understand something divine; use wisdom; when arcane; use intelligence.
DC is 20 plus spell level plus modifier if outside your native tounge; religion; culture and possibly alignment depending on the spell.
Remember that divine scrolls are prayers in a stylistic formula asking a diety for some effect and the limits of the effect and the faith of the bearer and needfullness of the effect. so something like:
I, Baelinor; your faithful priest who has cleansed myself per your Rite of Purfication do beseach thee o' Donblas; Lord of Justice; Bringer of Peace; Noble Knight of the Heavens; Eternal foe of the Old Ones to rain destruction down upon our vile enemy by sending a heavonly champion with a strong arm and a sharp sword to battle the otherworldly powers who seek to cause great harm and destruction; and get away with it. <and on and on with various rites and sacrifices given which impart the power of the prayer into the scroll.> A scroll such as this one: Summon Planar Ally; which you guys have is really very long as Lawful guys have a lot of rites ;but to activate it; you pretty much read the beginning and the end which asks for it to happen now.
Any cleric can read and use a scroll of their religion and of a level they can cast without any issues, after all; your doing what your doing generally at their request.
Reading a scroll of another religion can have some difficulties; the priest has invested his faith into the scroll; but the diety may refuse a non believer or apostate or enemy the use of the scroll; so a LG diety is not gonna send a planar ally to help some evil or nuetral person who reads the scroll unless the diety believes in the task at hand and the guy sent is likely to do whatever he dang well pleases; which is why summoning a demon is a very bad idea and requires all kinds of safety measures.
ok; hope this kind of clues you all into what I think about divine scrolls; arcane scroll you just have to figure out like some brain teaser as their full of flowery language and traps to misslead the unlearned and often written in dead languages and other obscure text.
So; these scrolls all have labels; and are all by friendly dieties and are easily read by any Egyptian with enough wisdom to understand the ramnifications of what is being asked.
I will try to get you an actual list; but Erkholts notes on his character sheet are pretty accurate though that thing about Osiris is misleading as Osiris is dead and in peices that need to be found and collected; so you really need to use it when needed.

Astinos
Turns to Astinos after looking at the map:
"The Child's plan has merit; the three of us could probably survive freeing her head, if you could free her legs. It is my thought that she is probaby about 30 or so feet tall; it is said the Greek gods are the size of Titans."
"know that if we do this plan and I fall, my Lord, I did it because you asked me to and for no other reason, and thus we would be bound and your loving call could return me from whence I am stolen if I fall in this battle"
I glance at Ahz appraisingly. “Indeed it does, loathe as I am to agree to such a plan.”
I look into Decidio’s eyes. “You will not fall. But know that if you do, I bind my heart to yours, as will bring you back, as would I return to you.”to Astinos
"it is as I feared; this is an Event of Importance; probably prophetic, the gods are watching; some will interfere counter and counter and like that; Fate will be random; we are the Key; the event is the Catalyst."
I DRAW MYSELF UP A BIT STRIGHTER IF POSSIBLE, A LOOK IN MY EYES AND ONE CAN PRACTICALLY HEAR THE DRUMS OF WAR SOUNDING AS MY MIND WORKS.
“It is good that they are watching. Athena guides my hand as does Balfic Graa guide you. Erkholt carries Moradin’s honor. Let them witness the hour of their champions’ tempering.”
“Hmm.. eye tyrants and flayers… allright.
Casters, I need to know your capabilities, offence and defense. If you possess protective spells, I want them cast by the point of engagement. Yes we will blow a hole through their ring but after that you must continue with every long range destructive attack to have. They worship chaos,, we will give them chaos as they have never seen.
I will stand before you and darw their fire…I may need those with healing abilities to keep me on my feet. Between myself, Decidio and Iunius we will draw their attacks while the casters break the circle. Kosan and Durr, will handle the chains at her feet I am sure, as Ahz will those near her head..
Llvenoc, Caerwyn, yours is to forment confusion wading in and out of the rings of casters and guarding their backs as they go about their work. I will strike where needed and protect the casters. If we begin taking heavy casualties, well then it will be time for your spell Erkholt. I will stand near.”
Kalona
Kalona listens to all the plans being made and it occurs to her that a crucial factor is missing.
"Well, it seems everyone is a bit chipper now that they are making plans for war, casualties and even their own 'peace'. I do wonder though, how to get those chains off. Seems to me that unless we can get those chains off, we lose."
"From the dream I would say the metal was thicker than the dwarf there, probably magical and who knows about that wall she is attached too. Strong chains or not she would be able to break a wall if it were not also properly prepared."
"Charging through, sacrificing comrades, using spells for grandoise effects and diverting attentions all seem well enough to get to the power with reduced group capabilities, but then how to get the chains off? What if a causualty is the one that can, or the diversion is the one that can or the protector is the one that can? All seems to be hinged on how to get the chains off first then how to get to there then how to get out. All hopefully, with everyone in good health."
Valegrim
Hmm, says Aahz, what do you suppose the chains are made of; they looked black to me; so I thought they were some kinda crystal or rock; but now I wonder cause that dont make no sense if this is an earth goddess; be like binding her in her own hair...hey; do you think that is what they did? I just thought that the June, Aahz, and March could take care of it; you know; JAM up the works. <he breaks down in giggles at his own joke>

Fox looks troubled. "I am afraid that my... abilities... are more individual than mass at this point in my training. Eventually, I should be able to target more foes with a single casting, but right now, I am more of a short-range artillery piece (in the words of my old commanding officer) vs. individual targets. I have used magical items that produced large balls of flame before, but I have no such item now and I do not have the power yet to produce such effects myself."
She thinks for a moment before adding, "I may be more effective at protecting Kemnebi while he uses his more-powerful spells at this point. Duur and myself, as Kosan has said, will stay close to him."

Aahz: well, I am full and this is boring <after all he is apparently 8 years old and short attention span>; lets go; hard to make plans when we dont know nuthin; I dont see no bowl on this map and ya'll prolly gotta fight some'tin first anyhow.
Caerwyn, fair to warn you and Foxy Lady there that I am here cause these big meanies attacked my little sister and my big brother got real, real mad and cursed them, like real mad; so, hanging with these guys is likely to get you killed dead cause they gots a Doom on them fer being jerks attackin a little girl <looks at them with a scowl> though they thought my sister was some terrible undead creature; it was a costume so I guess she fooled them; ,oh; but not Kalona, she joined later and not Erkholt as he was lost or sometin, but I am here to decide if I should ask my bro to lift the Curse of Doom on them.
Their Cursed to be heroes until it kills them, a Doom of unending battle, the curse is out there making new enemies for them right now; didnt help none that a couple of them look like Lormkin, Lorm being the murderer of my brother's mother.
Just thought you should know that you gots a monkey on your back now

Least we forget... Decidio, and June weren't there; and neither was Kosan. They showed up after. I tried to protect your Sister. My only failing is that I couldn't stop all there attacks. As for those who did her harm only Astinos remains. He has repeatedly apologized for his actions. While the Half Orc and the fey never did. Kemnebi and Nebebit only suffer because of the color...fur on there skins. And your brothers sense of misguided vengeance. Cursing those who have no power against him. Which should be focused upon his father instead of preying upon innocents in the matter.

Aahz; "we shall see how "misguided" <sneers> my brother is, I am thinking you all will soon have the chance to prove your valor or not one way or the other; either we go to the enemy or wait till they find us on their terms."
Nebibit clenches her teeth and hands and in her head slowly counts to ten to avoid saying something that is liable to land them in even more trouble.
Erkholt Grugn
As the conversation again looks like derailing into simple slanging mathc of "did not/ did" I quickly interject.
[out loud]"During me prayers this morning I had a viosin that struck me as most important. Twere nought but a series o' colours, mostl like as significant in a religious way rather than an arcane manner. They was White; Blue; Black/Red; Green. In that order. I figuered as seeing there are colours mention on this here map, might be as that pattern is useful to be knowin'."
Additionally I hold forth the rod that Baelinor gifted me with to show the others. "This were also a gift from lord Baelinor. Tis most effective against undead and constructs of a sort. Since it can defeat those armoured behemoths, it may be useful in smashin' the chains we're so afeard of."
"Now, afore we get ter arguin' anymore, lets get movin' out of this pace. If the guild has up and left, twon't be long afore somethin' nasty comes a knockin'"

"ALas, I also am limited to very few area effect spells. HOwever, I have at least one that should clear a path for us, Rainbow Blast, line effect and I have the wand from the lab above, an Ice Storm should clear a space for us if we need it. Any intelligent creature that get to close I should be able to affect at least temporarily with my wand of rainbows. Color Spray Otherwise, I shall cast as many protective charms as I can spare on any who wish it, and use the rest of my energies to blast any that get too close!" Kemnebi says with determination.
HE listens as the comments start flying, and shakes his head slightly as he glances at Nebibit, her head in her hand.
"Aahz, I wish to thank you again for your assistance in convincing your brother to remove the DOOM. I hope that we can convince him that we haven't done anything to deserve such a curse. Although from what I understand, he seems pretty predisposed against us, simply for how we look. I hope we can convince him to look past the unfortunate resemblance that Lorm has to our race, and he will lift it. However, right now my task is to free the goddess. And I will assist in our success or die trying. I would hope that the mere fact we are going to attempt this would prove something to your brother." He looks around, and cannot suppress a smile.
"It may only prove that we're crazy for thinking we can win! But even so, we shall try. I can do no less than my best. As long as I breathe and have the energy to cast a spell, I shall do so."
Kemnebi gives this little speech with an unusual amount of surety and confidence. He blinks once, and looks around, as if just realizing that he might have been trying to be, adult. Or perhaps <shudder> Motivating? He looks around, and continues, (Not quite as confident as before). "We have a good plan, and if we protect each other as best we can, we should make it through. All of us."
Kemnebi turns to Kosan, "What were those colors again master dwarf? It may be a clue as to how to proceed through this map,... or perhaps a clue to a particular lock or trap?,..." He muses as he turns his attention to the riddle,...

You think it might be Eaogh <from the tortured scream of the metals creation>, otherwise known as Bloodmetal, a metal blend made from iron and some metals from the Abyss; perhaps sunlight weakens it; it is very rare and tends to have spirits infused in it; the damned so to speak who are hidiously slain and their body fluids used in creating this evil metal. It is really tough stuff, but very very hard to create; very rare ingrediants; you have never seen any or really heard of it other than myth and general smoke talk.

Out Loud (Before we leave the room): I believe the metal shackles are made of Eaogh or Blood Metal. It is an evil vile creation said to be made in the abyss. It is a blend of iron and some other metals found in the Abyss; perhaps sunlight will weaken it. Casters find away to use this knowledge. If you do not cast sunlight then possibly find a way to get some down here. Possibility a portal or break open the ground as me brother does.

"I dont know why you cant see it; its right there; <points east> I thought that was why you guys all seem so distracted...
Well, sure; says Aahz; I see some guys with towels on thier heads with some gems and glittery stuff on 'em; theys are dressed ins strange garb of silk and cotton. I get the feeling it is a war council and they are nobles of some sort or another. They are joined by a Greek and a Roman; Antonious Maximus and Galious Foreporthunius; something about being allies; so the Armies of Araby are coming here; I see them; they have already sailed now in my sight; I see armies boarding countless vessels from the great city of Troy. I see the Persian Kings and others, something here is sinister; I know not what; something hidden.
someone names Ishtar has named Saving their Grecko Roman allies and cleaning the Italian Pencil ah as a Moly Jihad, whatever that is. But something awaits them in the waiter; deep and dark; lurking with incredible thirst for death; the water stirs with the frost of a boiling kettle; yet the fleet sails toward it unknown.
does that help? could all be make believe; I see stuff all them; always about alliances and heroes and stuff. Keeps me from getting to bored, oh; and the kings will ride with Jason and is Argonaughts aboard the Argos and for some reason I think most of the fleet is Minoen and there is a good chance the Elven Fleet or the Deadnaught Galleon Ghostships will just sink them all. On a int roll <use from a one of the pre rolls I had you guys make a long while back> you remember that the whole point of the bad guys plan IS to get Apollo to leave his sun chariot and save his sister so they can steal the sun; asking him to break the chains would play right into the bad guys plan and the whole point they chained his sister in the first place.

Kemnebi nods and listens as the group (slowly) starts to move out. He listens to Aahz's descriptions silently, nodding every once in a while as if picturing it in his mind's eye. He looks a little, non-plussed at the sight of this apparent youngster laying odds on the death of entire fleets.
"Yes, Well. I certainly respect your odds Aahz, as you obviously see much better than I do. But I wouldn't be so quick to sell short the living, of any race or nationality. They are fighting to survive, and all I've read and seen indicates that there is seemingly no limit to what humanoids can do when backed up against the wall! Why, given enough time, resources and motivation, they could reach up and pluck the sun, from,.. the,... sky,...." He fades off as his encyclopedic mind dredges up another memory, cued by the turn of phrase. Kemnebi slaps a gloved hand on his furry face. "Of course! Thank you Aahz! Everyone! We almost made a fatal mistake!' he hisses urgently.
"If I remember right, the whole point of the bad guys plan IS to get Apollo to leave his sun chariot and save his sister, so they can steal the sun. Asking him to break the chains would play right into the bad guys plan, and is the whole point of why they chained his sister in the first place!"
