Would my regeneration have any effect here?


"He stabbed Kitty," Kit says as she struggles to keep on her feet after taking a bullet to the chest. Then she feels Rosa's hands on her and it's like Kit had never been shot.

"Damn you!" Kit shouts as she rushes towards the man who stabbed the cat. "She's *SNAP!* just *CRACK!* a cat! *BAM!* Kit furiously flails at the guard with her whip.

Attack C2 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36 No fancy trips of grabs, just beating the guy. And for the Added Effect from the Crit, I'll go with C2 being Impaired (-2 circumstance penalty for checks) as if Kit had Intimidated him for demoralization.

C2 staggers back, blows smacking him again and again as he desperately trys to keep away from the lashing whip.

Staggers to her feet and shakes her head a bit dazed, hearing Kit calling her kitty makes her flick her tail annoyed, while shaking herself.

Meanwhile the effect of her face removal action let's effect being known.

I never really had anything special in mind so just go with a increased effect, which pretty much means nothing since the guy is already out :p

Regeneration will heal conditions after it heals Toughness penalties first. The description is really fuzzy, but I THINK at your rank if you have no wound penalities, you will heal the condition in a round--but the stun effect may also only last a round anyway. The only difference might be when it heals--on your turn or the attacker's, if your turn comes first

C1 Attacks Rosa again, intent on ending her life. He runs her through the stomach, and looks surprised to still see her standing as he curses in her face. C5 attempts to kill Marcus, but even though he hits the man as hard as he can, his sword bounces off of his steel skin. C2 desperately attempts to fight off Kit’s sudden furious blows, but he can’t manage to bring his blade close enough to his attacker.

The leader laughs as he begins walking over to vamp, the wounds on his neck sealing up good as new as he does so. In one motion he draws his bald and strikes at Vamp. Vamp seems to have shaken off the strange electric dart, but even then he doesn’t move fast enough to dodge the blade of his new relentless foe. The blade cuts harshly and leaves several long cut wounds on Vamp.

C6 and C3 seem to shift their priorities to Marcus and each throw a large strange ball at him. C6 misses entirely, but C3 strikes Marcus with the ball which shatters and releases some kind of gas. Marcus doesn’t even seem fazed form it.

Siege Breaker at -1 to further wound penalties and is staggered.
C4 is Incap
Rosa is at -1 to further wound penalties and is staggered.(these will begin to dissapear at the end of Rosa's next round startign with the wound penalty)
C2 is at - 1 to further wound penalties and is Dazed.

Marcus slams C6 in the face and blood spurts from the blow as the man staggers backwards.

Rosa moves on to her next patient and immiediatelybegins to heal Siege Breakers injuries. The cat looks good as new as she finishes up.

Kit stops pressing her attack and glares at her foe and his companions. "How much is Tallow paying you fools to get beaten?"

With the healing touch from Rosa, kitty feels better and after shaking the life back into her limbs decides to repay the favour by going for the guard that ran Rosa through (C1) and repay his gift to rosa by removing his face with her claws.

The Cohorts although not as strong as the leader, are not considered minions. They are all extremely tough and skilled in combat.

C1 screams in rage as his face is quickly bloodied by the relentless kitty assault. He puts his gun up at close range to the cat, intending to shoot it dead. Bullets stray inches close to the cat, but none hit it.
C5 joins his companions in focusing on Marcus, also tossing one of those strange balls that shatter. The gas has equally little effect on Marcus, and a look of horror passes over his three opponents. It seems they are realizing there is very little they can do to stop the steel man.
C2 is desperately fighting back at Kit, but his blade catches only air as Kit continues to toy with the poor man.

Vamp continues to go after the leader, miffed that his teeth seem to be having no effect. We can have a regeneration battle until metal man over there kills the other ones and can help me with this guy.

How big is this room? I should be ending my turn completely across the room from the leader as far as possible. Unless the room is longer than 1800 ft.

staggered is dazed and hindered combined. Daze = limited to a single standard action and a free action; hindered = moves at half rate only speed rank -1.

The leader for the first time, is losing his confidence. Vamp’s savage bite rips a chunk out of the man’s shoulder, and it is clear that the Leaders regeneration is quite slow at this point. He retaliates in anger skillfully weaving his sword around, but Vamp’s injuries are gone and he easily teleports around the blades.

At the same time C6 continues throwing the strange balls at Marcus and this time when the gas envelopes him, there is an effect. Marcus feels slightly drowsy, as if it was some kind of sleep gas, but he manages to remain awake.

C3 however has taken a new target. Tired of Rosa constantly undoing the damage they are inflicting, he opens fire on her with a large pistol. The bullets slap the walls around her and one manages to actually strike her.

Being stabbed and shot at is enough to limit one's desire to prevent human suffering, but it's C1's shot at the cat that truly pisses Rosa off. Even as her body starts to push out the bullets that struck her from his comrade's gun, she swings at C1 with an outstretched palm. "Coward!"

Open wounds attack, save DC 25 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25

If she successfully makes contact with C1, she focuses on the scratches on his face, willing them to open wider and hemorrhage.


Kit shrugs at her opponent's ineffective counter attack. "Know what? You're boring. Let's finish this." She resumes strapping the man with her whip.

Kitty looks around and decides to give Vamp a bit of help, she jumps at the leader trying to rip open his throat.

Marcus continues his push forward attempting to knock out another one of these strange soldiers. C6 dances out of reach however and taunts Marcus, "Come on ugly... show me what you got"
A globe of that gas flies by Marcus as he continues to approach C6, and smashes against the floor.

C1 Lets out a scream as blood begins pouring from his wounds at an accelerated rate, and he swings his sword wildly at Rosa. She effortlessly moves out of the blades path as the man continues to scream…

C2 Continues his one on one duel with Kit that he is losing very badly. Every swing is dodged or deflected and then rewarded with a punishing blow of her whip. He continues backing up as he fights desperately against Kit.

The Cat swiftly changes targets and runs across the ground jumping onto the back of the Leader and tearing at more exposed flesh. The leader lets out a pained grunt and turns his attention to the cat.

Seeing the cat come to his assistance Vamp smiles. Dunno why we brought a feline with us on a B&E, but I'm glad we did. He teleports to the front of the leader, biting at him again before teleporting back to the safety of the other side of the room.

C3 and C6 spend their turn running for the door.

"Oh no you don't!"

Marcus says as he charges C6 to attack him.

"Hey!" Kit shouts as she sees the guards trying to flee. She leaps past the man she's been fighting and closes with the others. With a flick of her wrist, Kit coils her whip around the neck of the guard she tripped earlier. "I didn't give you permission to stand up." Kit twists her hips to yank the guard off his feet.

Assuming Rosa is no longer staggered...

If they called for reinforcements, they'd be done for. They had to... neutralize the enemy. She shuddered, even in the midst of combat rage to consider that, but there was no time to hesitate. She broke from C1 and charged the leader before he could escape, trying to bring down her not-so-healing hands upon him.

If Rosa is still staggered she will just move what distance she can to try and intervene or cut off the leader or the other guards from escape.

C6 dodges Marcus and continues to bolt for the door.
C3 is yanked by Kit back onto the floor and he lets out a grunt as he lands. He starts desperately attempting to get back on his feet.
The leader gaps in pain as wounds over his body sprout open and begin to pump more blood out onto the floor. He refuses to quit however and keeps pushing forward.
C2 is at - 2 to further wound penalties and is dazed. He is also Demoralized(-2)
C6 is at - 1 to further wound penalties and is dazed.
C1 is at – 2 to further wound penalties and is dazed.
Leader – 4 to further wound penalties and is dazed.


Kitty snarls at the guards, weighing her options for several moments then she bounds past the fleeing guards and then... in a yowls of pain explodes in an expanding ball of blood and gore forming a large ball around the remains of the cat; for a few blinks of an eye it seems to solidify and then forms the shape of a human girl kneeling before a massive sword stuck deep into the floor. The girl, Kitty, stands up her hair unkempt and as wild as the look in her eyes, she pulls the sword Siegebreaker out of the floor lifting it in one hand above her head then slowly spins around the sword falling down to ground level grasping the hilt with both hands, the tip of Siegebreaker screeching across the floor leaving a circle carved into the floor, shifting her grip Kitty lets out a loud cry from the strain increasing the momentum of the sword letting it smash through everything in a wide deadly circle.
Kitty stumbles a few steps from the sheer force of the swing and uses a moment to regain her balance and falling into an attack stance the sword held backwards the tip resting on the floor, her feet slightly parted and her shoulder towards the others, the only thing that distracts from the menacing visage is the fact of her lack of proper or any attire.

I am a bit in doubt concerning power attack and all out attack when it comes to area attacks. So here is what I was thinking to do and feel free to ignore these mods if I am doing this wrong. Option 1: apply all-out attack and lower dodge and parry to 18 (-5) and raising the dodge resistance DC to 21 (+5). Option 2: if 1 is illegal just run it raw. I am thinking all out attack is allowed since the rule says it does not apply to attacks that allows to attack or resistance check, this one does allow a resistance check one for damage and one for dodging the attack, anyway I am fine either way.

and finally she will tyr to put enough space between her and the rest of the group to avoid them but... I assume there is very limited space here.

You can apply all out attack, you just add 5 to your regular attack. You still have to make the attack roll against all targets in the area.

I wasn't aware area attacks needed attack rolls, since on page 138 it says under area extra: "no attack roll needed; the effects merely fills the designated area, based on the type of modifier." anyway that's fine.

No you are right. I went over the rules for Area attacks again and it's a doge resistance check for them.... hmmm. I will allow option 1 for that. Sorry for the confusion

The blow is dodged completely by C2 and the Leader. The leader keeps moving for the door move around the massive swing and keeps moving for the door. C6 however is caught completely off guard and thrown back into the room by the force of the blow.

C1, C2, and C5 immediately begin running for the door.

How far is the door? Is it just a normal door or a sliding security door? Can one of us run ahead and shut it?

It is a sliding security door, and you aren't quite sure how to close it, in game terms, It would take a technology roll to attempt to wire the door to close and stay shut


Where are we in initiative? If I'm not mistaken, Vamp has a chance to act before the leader does. Another thing to clarify: Does this appear to be the server room, or do we have to go further to do the hacky-hack stuff?

Marcus - On your turn C6 will be closest to you.

Vamp teleports and rips out another chunk from the leader, who simply can’t take the abuse to his body any longer. He collapses to his knees, and falls flat on his face.

C3 rises to his feet, and continues fleeing towards the door. C6 follows suit, but he moves slower and after being knocked back so far, isn’t going to make it far.
