Btw, gameplay post is up if anyone missed it. Thanks Jon, and have a good drive!

I will. I'm about halfway done, staying at my grandfather's old house in York, PA after I took my mother to an orthopedist appointment. She'll be at an orthotics place most of the day tomorrow, so I'll be around for several hours tomorrow around midday for me. I'll be responding to any questions/posts in gameplay then.
Also, just as a note: A lot of you guys have been referring to me as GM or Jon, the Evil DM. I put my first name in my DM alias for a reason; feel free to just address questions to me as Jon, if you want. I understand if the former makes you more comfortable, but I'd really like to maintain a casual DM/Player relationship. So basically, feel free to just say "Hey Jon!" any time you need to talk to me.
I'll see you guys tomorrow.
--Jon

I've left my introduction open a little for a PC to be the client exiting with me, if someone would like the in, but I didn't want to presume.

Alright, it's been a bit since I've made a more core character (regular rules, rather than my House Ruled to the hilt crap), so I just want to make sure I've got all my numbers and setup correct. Anyone want to take a look at the numbers and make sure I'm copasetic? Thanks!
I can't shake the nagging feeling like I forgot...like my race or something major, lol.

            ...
Sounds good to me. Want me to have actively done anything about the situation, or just call it as "Kierana was an option that was abandoned," or more an advisory role?
Both maybe?

Just as a heads-up, I may not have access to post over the 4th of July weekend. Not sure yet. If I go radio silent from Friday until Sunday, you'll know I was correct.

I expect there'll be a lot of that going around. Gonna make my weekend sitting at work rather dull. :/

I regret to say that some fairly heavy personal things have come up that will necessitate me withdrawing from the campaign. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause, and that I won't get to participate in what looked to be a really cool new story, though I'll still follow along as a reader when I can. Best of luck and fun with the campaign!

They're ... not their. I so hate my phone's attempts to auto-correct and my poor proofing. I apologize, there isn't an excuse for this travesty.

Question for Jon, The Evil DM:
Seeing as this encounter was based on my audition story, has anything changed that would make Ahto feel secure that Twist is a legitimate agent?
He is only to report to the Black Masque shop unless they tell him that an agent will meet him elsewhere, and then they would be specific about the location.
If Ahto has been aware of an agent being located at the Naughty Nymph, then Ahto will cooperate. But, if nothing has changed in the arrangement, then things are about to get interesting...

Also, Korihor, I completely missed your request to take a look at your sheet. It looks good, but a couple of the links you provided me don't seem to be working, such as Spellcasting Prodigy. Anything you're using from 3.5 I almost definitely have access to (I have 100+ of the books), so you can always just include what book they're from if the links don't work.
Other that that, it looks good.

Excellent question! The answer is... well, yes and no. You've been told there was an agent at the Naughty Nymph, but you've met with them here previously, and Twist was not who you've talked to.
Who was the first contact? Did he greet Ahto in a similar manner?

So I just realized I'd neglected to put any clothing on my character sheet...that's fixed now. :)

Reminder, because I noticed it in the thread; I've decided to use the Removing Iterative Attacks rules, which can be found here. The basics is that you only roll a singular d20, and your number of "hits" is determined by how much higher you are than their AC. With TWF, you get a free extra hit for every feat in the chain that you have.
Every five above their AC gets another hit, up to the maximum given by your BAB. If you miss by less than five, you deal 1/2 your minimum damage. Wound penalty rules are also in effect, although they don't apply for non-lethal damage. You remain conscious a little longer with this system too, until your negative health equals your Constitution modifier. The full rules for that are here.

Well, Ahto's favorably inclined towards things that fall into the portfolios of Callistria, Cayden Cailean, Desna, and perhaps Besmara. I don't think he could be considered a worshiper of any, unless his ongoing business with Kierana counts. I would guess he's kind of a casual worshiper, if at all. He'll whisper a prayer to whatever deity he thinks might listening at the moment.
That being said, he's not likely to be too positively inclined towards Asmodeus, Abadar, or Erastil; probably not Iomedae, either.

Not a devout woman, but the existence of the gods is undeniable. Pyrrha favors balance of all things and favors neutral deities over the ones thinking too far in any absolute manner.

I find the existence of the Gods to be mostly undeniable, although I am a fierce skeptic. I've never spoken to one, sooo...no real proof.
The idea of gods I completely believe in, but it's more Cayden than anything. The idea of a mortal becoming so powerful he gathers worshippers? Completely plausible. That's ALL Gods to me. Organized religion tends to feel manipulative, even if the organizations goals are good and true; the individual almost always ruins it for me.
So it's more of a different form of agnosticism (individual potential spiritualism, or some such), with a lot of weight placed on personal responsibility and accountability. :)

Brand is a man of faith, but in the practice more than the preaching or prayers. He raises his glass to Cayden quite frequently, both for the food (and ale) in his belly and for seeing him through each misadventure. In addition, as a street urchin, he holds a special place in his heart for Milani, seeing her as the deity of the "low and oppressed". It is with this in mind that he works to care for those less fortunate that still inhabit the gutters of Absalom.
