"That's all I ask."
After a good walk, you finally arrive back at Corrie's. The four guards attend to Hel, who seems a little ill-at-ease with them around.
"We have your equipment."
The guards take their things and equip themselves. "We will return to the palace with Lady Hel now."
Frostine goes to Hel and gives her a little reassuring pat on her arm, "Everything will be alright now. You're going to be going home. I'm sure you'll start remembering things after you are back in your palace." She looks at her for a moment and notices how uneasy she seems, "Hel...are you okay going back with them?" She asks before letting go of her arm.
Hel shakes her head. "Not yet. I still can't see well and I don't remember them."
She looks at the guards, "Alright, you heard her. She's not comfortable going back with the lot of you yet, so...I think for now until she regains some of her sight and memories that she should stay here with us. We will bring her back to you once she has recovered a little more. I think you should all go back to the castle and help hold it until she's ready to go back. If there's any kind of trouble we can come and help take care of it. Okay?" The last word is a question, but she seems to be making more of a statement and not really asking for their consent so much as letting them know what was going to happen.
The guards seem unsure of the plan, but agree. They depart and head back to the castle. Hel nods at Frostine. "Thank you."
She nods as she stretches and yawns, "Well...it's been pretty busy and I feel gross and tired. I think I need a bath and clean clothes before I do much of anything else. You're welcome to stay here as long as you need to to recover Hel. I would never force anyone to go somewhere that they feel uncomfortable, or with people that they don't know...or remember in your case. We would never force you to do anything you don't want to do okay? When you're ready...we'll take you back. It's that simple." She says giving her an easy smile before looking back at Thorgr and holding out a hand, "Ready to go get cleaned up? Your clothes need to be made less stinky too." She says with a smirk.
Thorgr yawns and nods.
As she takes his hand she says, "Hey...if I have to stay awake and try to eat something, then so do you buddy." She stops to pick up towels and washcloths as they head to the bathing room.
Dagmarr goes over to Heltaking her hands in hers. "You don't have to go anywhere you don't want to until you're ready to do so. I'll gladly help you in any way possible." the war cleric says softly. "You may not remember them, but they follow your orders and no one is taking you anywhwere without your say so." she says fiercely.
"So a hot meal sounds really good right about now" Sig says to Jerrica, slipping an arm around her girlfriend's waist.
Corrie enters the main room after the guards depart. "Welcome back. Hungry for anything in particular?"
After a bit of clanking toward the bathroom, Thorgr turns to Frostine. "You might wanna help me out of this."
He points at one of the straps on the armor.
"Anything you come up with is always amazing Corrie. Any preferences love?" Sig replies turning to Jerrica
"I'd like something with poultry if you can manage it, Corrie," Jerrica answers.
She nods and looks back at Corrie and the others as she opens the door to the bathroom, "Just nothing with fish okay?" She calls out before going into the bathing room with Thorgr. Inside she closes the door behind them and steps up to Thorgr. She gently helps undo the straps on his armor and kisses his arms as she does so.
Thorgr lets out a deep sigh. "I hope we can find someone to work on that armor..."
He strips out of his clothes and starts filling the tub.
"I'll make up a chicken stew," Corrie says.
"I think I might need help with a bath after we eat," Hel tells Dagmarr. "If you don't mind."
She nods before yawning, "Yeah...I don't want it cutting off your circulation or anything." She says as she takes everything off and steps up behind him. She runs her hands over his lower back, kneading the stiff and sore muscles there.
Thorgr lets out a manly groan. "Ugh...better to deal with a little discomfort than a blade in the side."
She nods again before kissing his back, "I totally agree....but it would be better if it fit like it was supposed to. I'm happy you didn't get a sword in the side though....or at least not as bad as it could have been. I'm thankful you have the armor love....I just don't want it making you hurt...but I think I can help with that. Just ease on down into the warm water for a moment so I can reach you."
"Mmm, alright," Thorgr says, getting into the tub.
Once he gets into the tub she puts some oil on her hand and gives it a soothing lavender scent as she rubs her hands together before going to him and starting on his neck she starts massaging his muscles. After she has rubbed his neck for a little bit she moves down to his shoulders and then his arms and the rest of his back until she feels that most of the knots are out. Kissing the back of his neck she smiles into the soft spot at the base of it, "Does that feel a bit better?"
"Yes, much," Thorgr says.
She smiles and kisses his neck and shoulders before grabbing a washcloth and soap and slides into the tub in front of him. She lathers up the cloth and starts washing herself.
"I'd be happy to. Anything you need, you have only to ask." Dagmarr says warmly.
Hel smiles. "How was your adventure? The guards didn't say much besides the fact that you saved them."
After she completely washes her front torso, arms, and legs, she hands the washcloth back to Thorgr, "Could you get my back for me love please?"
"Sure," Thorgr says, washing Frostine's back lovingly.
She sighs softly as he washes her before lathering up some soap in her hands and washing her hair thoroughly.
Once she's done lathering up her hair, she rinses the soap out of it and off the rest of her body before leaning back against Thorgr's chest and letting out a deep sigh as she closes her eyes. There was no other place she would rsther be, than right here with him. No one made her feel more loved, or more safe than he did.
Thorgr finishes washing himself, then wraps his arms around Frostine.
She lets out a happy little sigh as she allows herself to just melt into him.
"It was rather intense for a while, hard fought. We had thought we would be able to handle it in a day but we ended up needing to hole up in one of the chambers and recover overnight, before we could continue on." Dagmarr says leading Hel over to the couch while Corrie prepares dinner.
"I'm glad you returned safely," Hel says.
Before the water gets too cold, Thorgr helps Frostine out of the tub and dries her off.
Jerrica heads to her and Sig's room to put up her equipment before dinner.
She sighs as he helps her out of the tub and helps to dry her off. She could have fallen asleep against him if they had stayed that way just a little longer, but she knew he would worry if she didn't eat at least a little something. Going to their belongings she waves her hands over them, removing all stains and the smell of sweat and blood while replacing the offending odors with a more natural scent. Fresh pine and forest for Thorgr and wild spring flowers for herself. Content with the job she had done on their clothing and his armor, she puts her underthings back on before slipping on the sleeves and being covered by a dark green dress with short puffy sleeves and gold lace at the bottom of her ruffles.
Thorgr puts on his shirt and breeches.
After he gets dressed she goes to him and puts her arms around him while laying her head against his chest, "I love you."
"I love you too," Thorgr says, holding Frostine for a bit.
She just stands there in his embrace, just happy to be held by him.
"So am I," Dagmarr says with a smile. "And I'd be lying if I said I wasn't glad you didn't immediately leave with your guards."
"Sig head to their room after Jerrica, to stow her gear as well. [b]"Well that was quite a bit of adventure."
Jerrica nods. "I suppose once Hel is back to herself, we'll be leaving this place."
"Most likely...for wherever Woden needs us next." Sig says, putting away her weapons and gear. "I wonder how Dagmarr's going to be with that. Seems like she's gotten pretty close to Hel."

Hel leans in close and kisses Dagmarr's neck. "I still need you."
Letting out another little sigh she says, "I guess we still gotta eat huh?" She asks before yawning slightly.
