Actual speech your characters say is generally bolded while thoughts your characters are having are in italics.

Today is a good day to DIE!
What a showoff. My fireball will make quick work of this rabble. Tim the Pyromancer casts a fireball at the lead orc squadron.

Check out this player's profile! It is a good example of how you can keep your character sheet up-to-date and even use it to store important information for later.

Hmm, might it be that we need to join the Pathfinder Society to create one?
Also, for some reason the URL function is not working for me.
See?
Here's a test of some of the other editing features.

Baker Scott |
Google
like that?
... Well frickin heck. It has to have a .com ending or a .html ending... I figured you could create a link to other pages like paizo.com/people/Andrea1/profile
one more try...
Profile Page Thing
OH! Got it! you've gotta include a www. after the http:// otherwise it doesn't know what to do with it! another try then!
Pathfinder Society Login/Creation
[url=https://secure.paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/myAccount[/url]
ok, you need a www. however, if the address you are trying to go to does not use www. and you try and put it in the link will not work to take you there. If you click the link and then remove the www. the site works again. No clue why.

ah HA! Found it! To create a character profile like the one here
Another Person's Character Profile Page
you need to go to the top of the page and click on your blue name where it says "Welcome xxxxxxx". That will take you to the spot where you can click on "profile" to create one.
Risen Fate |
You're in luck, neither do I. The pleasure's all yours, I assure you.
I assume that in the actual game we'll be either in one character or the other, seeing as they're alter-egos and won't be side by side each other, yes? haha, cause that'd get awkward...

I am still waiting on one character submission and another character is still being...processed.
As my first official task for you all I'd like you guys to start filling out your "About ______" field with your character info. I would like to see at least one important support NPC from each of you that is someone you care about or interact with often.
These "friendlies" are intended not as power point expenditures but as a way for you guys to help me tailor Maximum City to your needs. For example, if you were an ex-cop and had the Benefit(Status) for the MCPD this might represent an old partner of yours who has been promoted to a desk job within the police department. If you have a lot of ranks in Expertise(pop culture) perhaps a sibling of yours is a rising Rock N' Roll star and plays in various locales around the city.
If you don't feel you have a skill/advantage that fits, just think about what the daily life of your character would be like. What kind of job do you have? What section of town do you live in? Do you live in a fraternity or with your parents? When all else fails...make one up! [Within reason; I'm looking at YOU, Kyle!]

Good morning my gentile friends, do you want to come over Thursday for some Gefilte fish?
Rabbi Joseph Fankenburg |
No need to be so rude my new friend, come, let us share bread and wine and discuss the current state of affairs in this city. Surly two professors can find some common ground between us.
Rabbi Joseph Fankenburg |
Come to the Synagogue on 113th street, I am the head Rabbi there and we can use a back room. Everyone is welcome there, even those who do not share our faith. Come, let us have a cheerful time, and if you want more to eat, there is a deli on the corner. The pastrami is to die for, best in our little Jewish ghetto.
Rabbi Joseph Fankenburg |
Well, services are on Friday and Saturdays, but now should be fine, just those fending their private prayers. Also thank you for the offer for driving, it will be much faster than using the bus system. All we have to do is be out in 5 hours when i need to set up for Jacob's Bar Mitzvah. it is not everyday you get to see a young boy turn into a man.
Rabbi Joseph Fankenburg |
Follows behind Prof. Nile and gets into the backseat of the Camaro. Carefully makes sure to buckle himself in. Can't be too careful, especially in this city's crazy traffic.
Prof. Emit Nile |
Just a short description of the car its a gold 1967 Chevy Camaro with black strips on the hood and it looks brand new off the line and her name happens to be Flux and yes like a woman you must treat her with respect.
you are right about that my new acquaintance.
Baker Scott |
suppose i can't begrudge a man with that kind of a car...
Follows prof. Nile and Rabbi Joe to the car and also buckles in.
really not sure where we started or anything atm, but i suppose it's probably good to get into character now before we start the actual game, haha
Rabbi Joseph Fankenburg |
I don't know either, but i was talking with Rory, and the last person has finished their character at around 11:00. we should start soon when he has his alias created
Prof. Emit Nile |
Smiles then tears off toward the so call Jewish ghetto it doesn't take long before we arrive due to a combination of expert driving and speed.
All right boys were here how did you like the drive she rides smooth doesn't she?
