I was checking back to this page periodically, looking for a link to the game... when now I realize it's on the tab at the top, /facepalm. Holidays been busy as well, if you still will have Grip I can get an RP post done tomorrow, I've not made characters on here, and still can't figure out how you all put your stats above your avatars and what not, if there's a tactic to creating a character on this site, or a guide somewhere I could easily transfer over from Mythweavers.

The game is pretty slow right now (not the best speed to start a game off at but it's the holidays, oh well) and I am leaving tomorrow to spend three days at my mother in law's (yay?) where I may not have internet access, but after new year's when I'm back we should be able to get this game moving at a good pace.

she is being admitted then after detox on to rehab.

In regards to treasure, keeping track of it and dividing it, I typically rely on the players to do so and trust them to distribute it as fairly as possible among themselves.
However as this is a new group of players for me if you guys would like me to be more directly involved in treasure management we can talk about that.

I must have overlooked the way you were running combat during character creation. I like it! But I chose to take Improved Initiative as a feat which is pretty useless for this combat style. Would you mind if I chose something else?

Going to make a slight change... rather than purchase a MW Shield and Noble Clothes, I'll just get a regular shield 200g towards Sleeves of Many Garments, and pocket the rest; Johann found that little gem, I think would be quite helpful in the future.

Alright, finished up the servant. For the sake of character design, I have assumed Yuugasa that they get one trait like our players did, though I also selected additional traits for her feat.
Anyway, you can find the crunch here. Basically, I had her go with a variety of complimentary skills, as well as some contract and legal background since she would be considered bright among the servants here, and this is Asmodeus after all.

Probably not a bad idea, there hasn't been a great deal of character interaction at this point... that said, maybe set a deadline Yuugasa to move on with the plot?

Seems like a good option. Another good option if people wanted to move along some 1 on 1 interaction (assuming Yuugasa was ok with it) might be doing a few real time scenes on AIM, IRC, or something (the doing some basic formatting and reposting here).
In my experience that can go a lot further in terms of building PC relationships with some speed.
Just a thought though.

Yeah, let's do some roleplaying between PCs and try to establish relationships a bit and see what friends, rivals, lovers etc. naturally pop up, it will give me more material to work with in customizing the game and form a foundation for the party a bit better.
I think Saturday Feb 7 is a good deadline to move the story forward and it gives plenty of time for any finishing touches to minions and treasure.

Good question. Maybe opposed checks for Bluff and Sense Motive, the winner gaining a +2 competence bonus to the final opposed intelligence check?

We both roll bluff and sense motive. both could give the winner a +2. Then an intelligence test with either 0, +2 or +4 bonus.
