Cannibalism for Kord and Kaath is going to be tough. There are not a lot of Oread or Oni-blooded tieflings around. Now, enjoying the fine delicacy that a tender Mitran provides is a whole different matter, just not really cannibalism.

@Yzera That's a good point. I guess I was thinking of cannibalism as the consumption of intelligent humanoids. In real life we have no need to make that distinction.

Tem minutes and the town may be at the gate. I think that we are going to have to struggle along at 1/2 power. We should have enough to take out the rest as long as we do not just charge in foolishly.

My biggest problem is a lack of a holy symbol. I have Infernal Healing prepared.

It doesn't have a divine focus, but it does have a material component. Does a drop of devil's blood count as being worth less than 1 gp? It's either that, or a dose of unholy water, and I know we don't have any of that.

I could use the copycat ability to create a double as a move action, and then move again to get within AoO range but that's the dumbest thing I could possibly do so I will only do that if there are no other options.

Okay thanks. That's sort of what I'd put together, but I didn't want to make assumptions.
What sort of gear do the fallen guards & warden have? If we haven't searched them, just what's obvious or that I've noticed in my stay here.

Per DMHW's ruling, Yzera does not need her holy symbol to cast Infernal Healing. Once she gets back down, she can cast it on you. Someone is also going to need to heal Grumblejack if he is still alive.

As a quick aside, per RAW I need a spell component pouch, even with eschew materials, for arcane spells with focus components. However, it is often houseruled that eschew materials covers trivial foci as well. Before I snatch the warden's spell component pouch, I figured I'd better make sure I need it. What's your take, GM?

There are 3 towers on that side if you look at the map. You need to make stealth checks for advancing past the fist one that you already made it too. If it's the first one then I will update quickly.

First one works for me. We can shoot at the light all night since we can spot it, and they cannot see us due to the distance. If the lantern does not reach past the second tower, then we will move up to it.

There were a pile of them around. I am figured you grabbed one. If not, there was the guard that Rose killed who had been shooting. And the other guard who shot at us(me) on the ground, and then switched to longsword, so I assume there should be another free bow, albeit without arrows, on the ground as well.

Yes, that's what I thought, too. But I didn't know if guards collected them while we were in the warden's tower.

Pretty sure the only thing the guard was doing was cleaning his undergarments while babbling incoherently that the prisoners were free and had just disemboweled the other guard.

I think we are all confused as to what is happening. Several of us are attempting to get the lamp to shut off. Eventually one of us will hit it. We are a good 60' away, so it should be almost impossible to see us. We on the other hand can easily see the lamp, although probably not exactly where the person holding it is standing. Eventually, we will hit either the lamp, or the person holding it, which should shut it off. Then several of us, I think Rosemary, Tkaara and Kaath at the very least, are going to move along the wall. Rose will cast Obscuring Mist to conceal the wall as Kaath and Tkaara attempt to climb. We will loop a rope over one of the crenelations, and then turn to face any attackers while the others make their way from the first tower and up the rope.

So, we are waiting to find out what the effect of the shots was, I sort of thought that we would be in melee at this point. Otherwise, I do not know why we are stalled.

So as you can see from the map there are two guards on the roof shooting you from behind cover. This usually gives +8AC. They can't shoot until you come out from the tower.

They can see you even without the lantern. Humans can see fine in dim light but have a miss chance. They just can't see you atm while you are in the tower.

So at the moment no arrows have hit their target. I hinted before that you'll likely need a natural 20 to do so and that is actually true.
