The song doesn't seem to affect any of you, while you hear a screech from the top of another pillar. You still cannot see anything up there, and each of the pillars is about 25 feet tall.
You're up - bold can act.

GM, Is it unnaturally dark up where the Harpies are otherwise the light spell Cody cast an his shield should provide dim light from 20 to 40ft distance? Double that for those with low light vision.
As a swift action Cody invokes the bat animal aspect in himself giving him 60ft darkvision. He then cast Produce Flame {link}. When the flame appears in his hand, the hunter flings it at the green Harpies.

E'li Will save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
E'li Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
The battlefield falls silent other than the tune that seems to affect E'li. Dusklord, Hastard and Cody prepare attacks for what seems to be forever, while E'li, captivated, slowly lumbers toward one of the pillars. One feral looking woman, but with wings and taloned fee (green), dives from her pillar armed with a morningstar she uses to smash at E'li's shoulder, then turns and flies back up the pillar, using her high vantage point, in a relatively dark area, to avoid any attacks against her. The other monster, another flying feathered woman, moves to a closer column and begins to sing as well - a discordant tune which tries to take over your consciousness.
Green attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
Green damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Both Dusklord and Cody attack the first harpy, hitting it with a magic missile and a flame bursting from Cody's hand. Both attacks hit, wounding the harpy considerably but she's clearly not going to give up so easily.
Round 1/2, Order:
Dusklord
Cody
Hastard
E'li (-7; captivated)
Harpies (green: -18)
Feybella
Dusklord: the rule for tripping doesn't seem to apply to flying creatures.
Cody: I assumed you meant you were readying an action; the top of the columns is not too dark to see, but the tops are wide enough for a human-sized figure to stand on them and be hidden from whoever is below.
You're all up - another Will save please!

The party is taken unaware as the second harpy begins to sing, creating a discordant yet enthralling tune which captivates the entire group (and its accompanying animals) other than Feybella. The winged women edge closer to the edge of the pillar, then prepare their next attack, while members of the group begin lumbering towards the second (red) harpy.
The harpies seem to coordinate using gestures, and eventually one of them (green) swoops down to bash E'li again with her morningstar. The second harpy (red) continues singing, keeping everyone captivated. It also eventually swoops down to bash Cody. Both miss - green seems to have lost her balance out of excitement, while red's blow glances off Cody's armor without any discernible damage. Neither of them pay much attention to Feybella, and this time they remain hovering next to you (E'li and Cody) instead of flying back up their pillars, preparing a major attack.

While the rest of the group remains captivated at the harpy's song, Feybella summons a celestial eagle out of nowhere to attack the green harpy! The harpy shrieks in pain but continues to swing its morningstar at E'li, connecting once with his forearm, but then misses him with its other swing and talon attacks.

From the PRD on Fascination: Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a ranged weapon at the fascinated creature, automatically breaks the effect. Feybella's magic eagle keeps trying to draw the harpy's attention, but it only manages to scratch the winged woman. The rest of the group keeps staring at the harpies, waiting for their turn to be bashed.

The wierd battle continues, with Feybella and an eagle fighting the two harpies between the captivated group members.
The eagle continues to flail against the harpy (green), managing eventually to bite it and draw some blood, but the wound is not serious. Feybella misses by at least a foot with her longspear thrust.
The harpies then go on the offensive. Green, clearly in rage, scores two solid hits with its morningstar, crushing E'li's elbow and shoulder. A well-placed talon attack then tears into his neck, and the priest falls to the floor bleeding. In the meanwhile, red continues to sing and manages to bash Cody on his head, but the hunter somehow deflects some of the blow!

As a reminder, this is the description of the room:
Toward the back of the wide open space, a long, five-footdeep pool lies in this western alcove, empty now, though the irregular red-brown stains on its surfaces leave little doubt as to what once filled the basin. Standing at the center of the pool is an eighteen-foot-tall marble statue of a strange being. Its body is a tangle of tentacles and eyes surrounding a circular maw filled with jagged teeth and barbed stinging tongues. Each of the thing’s tentacles ends in a claw, pincer, hook, or some other implement of pain. Ancient paint flakes from the grand effigy, but glittering in the light are dozens of onyx gemstones adorning the statue where the being’s eyes are carved. It appears that something is strapped to one of the writhing appendages with red silk ribbons. On the floor of the pool itself are dozens of small stone figurines.
You eventually climb the marble idol and retrieve the object - you're not exactly sure what the object is, or what it is for, but it is made of hammered and etched gold, and is threaded by ribbons of red silk.
You can also explore one of the doors at the end of the temple (see map).
