Description:
While Cody spends a great deal of time in the wilds hunting he is always clean and orderly in what few belongings he owns. He rarely drinks anything stronger than tea, but he is chronically late for any meetings. A short human at only 5’4” he has well keep dark hair, his craftsman quality Lamellar leather armor and enchanted heavy darkwood shield are keep in top condition as well as he enchanted scimitar at his hip and darkwood composite longbow over his shoulder.
Always at his side is a well trained black and white panda. The ape goes by the name of Jr. The two make an impressive fighting team.

Cody grew up on a poor farm in the barbarian wilds with a large extended family, but very loving. His parents, five siblings, a grandparent, aunt and three cousins. His father owned a well bred riding horse that he used to go hunting to provide extra food.
A story told often in Cody’s home was how his mother was the only survivor of an evil ruler’s edict to kill all girls of his mother’s age when she was a child. A thing less talked about was his father’s obsession and fear of being drafted in some war.
Life was good for the first decade of life, Cody as the first born was Mentored starting at the age of four by the village wiseman a druid by trade. It’s where he learned balance in all things. The man never drank anything stronger than tea, a custom which Cody follows.
At the age of nine Cody’s father was imprisoned for not being able to pay his taxes. He died there and his relatives argued over the meager inheritance. A halfling that befriended Cody at this time taught him that possessions were unimportant. He also learned how to hunt with a bow taking up the task of providing extra food for the family.
At the age of fourteen a local floppish noble half-elf took an interest in the boy as a patron. He took great delight in introducing Cody to several very influential people, some of whom were pathfinders the type of people who employ adventures. The noble was eventually outlawed, and all those he employed were watched. Undoubtedly it was the doing of his older sibling who had a fierce rivalry and hated the half-elf and tried to outdo him in everything.
As Cody reached adulthood he took to adventuring for the Pathfinder Society, helping in the defence of Trunau at the battle of bloodmarch hill. It is there that Cody received a severe injury to his left hand that did not heal properly and nearly killed him until a wizard used a magical process involving giant blood saved his life. It left an impressive scar and grants Cody the power to grow to giant size for a few minutes a day. {note this is a giantslayer chronicle boon that grants “Once per day, you can cast enlarge person (self only) as a spell-like ability. The caster level for this effect equals the number of Power of the Giants boons that you possess.” Currently 1 boon, but +1 at 5th level and +1 at 9th.}
