Jezebel, if I'm allowed to have two challenge matches in a row because I missed out on the last round of randomization, I'll face you with Arian. Otherwise I'll have to wait for a randomized match and then I'll challenge you.
In either case, I need to do very minor gear changes for both of my guys before either of them fight, but I can't send that info in for a few more hours.

It looks like we still need to have two house-rule suggestions ruled on, Jehova.
1) Diehard: by RAW, nonlethal damage seems to be an easy way of bypassing the benefits of the Diehard feat. 1 point of nonlethal will make a Diehard combatant unconscious while that same point of damage (if lethal) would be effecively shrugged off. This seems like bad wording or a loophole in the design. I suggest nonlethal be treated like lethal damage as it pertains to a combatant with Diehard.
2) The ruling where the combatant who lost initiative can simply Delay into the beginning of Round 1 to gain a full set of actions first. When there are just 2 combatants, I think this is pretty lame. Because you know what shoud happen immediately following a person Delaying in the surprise round? Their opponent is immediately up, meaning their Surprise actions are simply lost.
I agree with both of the above. I'm actually incredibly surprised that there hasn't already been errata to address the Diehard issue in the official rules.

The two points Eben raises do indeed need to be ruled on. I think we should probably just houserule the both of them for now and see if anything is horribly borked by the change. I would like to point out, in defense of the awkward delaying strategy, that going first can and is a very helpful thing in an arena often regardless of surprise rounds (see some of Vatale's first-round actions, the single-turn fight between Elinora and Gnasher in pit three, or even the surprise-round charge-smash on Shigeharu).

I made some changes to Sleepy Pete. He had only one fight so far so I guess that won't be a problem, but I might be wrong.
Would be nice if you can get back to me about this ,also Sleepy's fight with Arian in pit eight has not been closed yet.

I guess the up-shot (if there is one) is that – while his record is shot to hell – he hasn't actually lost any rep at level 4... ya know, cause he never got any.
EDIT: and I'm gonna have to take another look at Rolg's equipment before he's up for another round of fights. Not that there's much you can do against a string of crits, but hey... ya gotta try, right?

HERE is a universally-editable google doc. If you have a gladiator ready for a fight, simply put their name up under the appropriate level.
Then, Jehova can simply reference that to randomize the matches.
Jehova, if this proves useful to you, feel free to include the link (or create a similar google doc of your own) and link it on the Campaign Tab.

how do we treat the gunsmithing feat? it wasn't listed under the modified classes. do we treat it like PFS, where someone with the feat can buy stuff for those same discounts as they could be made?
