Just an FYI-
Fifty feet of spider silk rope is 100 gp, or 10 times as much as silk.
And that assumes you can buy it from drow.
Normally, it isn't avaiable on the surface at all.
Anna also personally charges a lot becuase she has a feat chain that lets her take twice as long to make an item masterwork a second time.
Just some OOC notes.

If it's as per a robe of useful items taking up the neck slot that'd be
Your pockets +
4d4 ⇒ (3, 3, 2, 1) = 9
9d100 ⇒ (37, 70, 28, 77, 68, 6, 10, 12, 17) = 325
2x Dagger
2x Bullseye lantern (full and lit)
2x Mirror (a highly polished 2-foot-by-4-foot steel mirror)
2x Pole (10-foot length)
2x Hempen rope (50-foot coil)
2x Sack
(The above are found in every robe of useful items, and it'd be perfectly reasonable to only include them, sample random items below)
Ladder, wooden (24 ft. long)
Rowboat (12 ft. long)
Gems, 10 (100 gp value each)
Minor scroll of one randomly determined spell (magic circle against chaos)
Potion of cure serious wounds
Bag of 100 gold pieces
X2 Coffer, silver (6 in. by 6 in. by 1 ft.), 500 gp value
Door, iron (up to 10 ft. wide and 10 ft. high and barred on one side—must be placed upright, attaches and hinges itself)
If you re roll the money ones for not making sense that's
5d100 ⇒ (96, 7, 55, 83, 45) = 286
Window (2 ft. by 4 ft., up to 2 ft. deep)
Reroll 1d100 ⇒ 93 War dogs, pair (treat as riding dogs)
Pit, open (10 ft. by 10 ft. by 10 ft.)
Minor scroll of one randomly determined spell (fly)
Mule (with saddle bags)

That's a pretty expensive ring at.... 25k? Huh I thought it was more than that
Anyway if he figures downtime roughly the same as kingmaker's downtime, that'd be 25/4=6.25
Anyway he might say that that be more or less but this is a good ballpark

I don't figure things even remotely close to kingmaker.

i have reach?
As was previously mentioned, scythes are not a reach weapon.
That said, I'm fine with them potentially being a reach weapon in the case of your legend weapon. I just need ti make sure we're clear in if it is or isn't- as each weapons cannot attack within five feet, and all that.

"[r]each weapons cannot attack within five feet,"
Oh I so wish I could find players for a system that isn't so stupidly incorrect. I can attest from experience (both sides of the weapon), that a reach weapon can indeed be used at less than reach distance. Whether the tip can be used depends on the weapon design, but at the very least the haft can be used both defensively and offensively at very close range. Admittedly, once the enemy gets down to about 2'-3' then it becomes more difficult, worthy of a penalty maybe, but not an outright ban, certainly not a ban for attacking an adjacent space.

Good lord you're going to give me a twitch.
Alright. There are fears with spears that allow you to threaten wih the haft.
There are numerous ways to make reach weapons work to threaten the full range, it just isn't the default state.

This system isn't accurate, indeed.
It's trying to be balanced, not accurate, so there aren't objective best weapons.
It's not accurate.
It just lets you parry up to 23 bullets in one round.
It just lets you dance about in ways that make you impossible to hit with masive amounts of ac.

I know. It just irks me that for all the demi-god power you get, I am in real life capable of things that could let me defeat even those fighters that are supposedly 4 times better than the greatest warriors humanity ever spawned in reality.
Is also irks me that on one hand the system is designed for naturalistic balance and designed to represemt the fictional world, yet the combat portion seemed to be made as though the designer was confused about what philosophy to follow.
Then you get things like pathfinder that keep confusing things further by clearly following an entirely different design philosophy from the core system they are building on.
And then, nobody wants to try anything else that attempts to do the original concept of naturalistic balance. Everybody seems to want either more gamey like stuff, or more collaborative writing like stuff.
I guess I'm just tired of not getting the experience I actually want.
