FYI with bless, Protection from evil and haste (I think they all stack) everyone has
+2 to hit
+3 to saves
+4 t reflex saves
+3 AC
1 extra attack - only if you do not move more than 5'
My CMD at the moment (from my buffs: +4 Str= +2 bonus, +2 Dex= +1 AC/reflex bonus) is 23 before any of the above, 10 + 3BAB + 6Str+ 3Dex + 1 deflection. Does this look correct?
GM Pablo
Not sure if mage armor and Barkskin stack. (checked and looks like they do)
Rolande it is 22 with bonuses - you are OK.
Only Cela and Sekkimm are grappled.
Anaba double moves next to Celeena.
Sekkimm (CMD 16) -9 Grappled - is up!!

Rolande stands in the tentacles and fires everything he has. He Misses with a missfire (your gun has the broken condition on your backup weapon. (rolled a 1) - if you roll another Crit miss it explodes), You probably want to repair it before using it again!
Misfires: If the natural result of your attack roll falls within a firearm's misfire value, that shot misses, even if you would have otherwise hit the target. When a firearm misfires, it gains the broken condition. While it has the broken condition, it suffers the normal disadvantages that broken weapons do, and its misfire value increases by 4 unless the wielder has gun training in the particular type of firearm. In that case, the misfire value increases by 2 instead of 4.
Early Firearms: If an early firearm with the broken condition misfires again, it explodes. When a nonmagical firearm explodes, the weapon is destroyed. Magical firearms are wrecked, which means they can't fire until they are fully restored (which requires either the make whole spell or the Gunsmithing feat). When a gun explodes, pick one corner of your square—the explosion creates a burst from that point of origin. Each firearm has a burst size noted in parentheses after its misfire value. Any creature within this burst (including the firearm's wielder) takes damage as if it had been hit by the weapon—a DC 12 Reflex save halves this damage.
Rolande's magical weapon hits three times however for 37!

Fahari 5’ steps up and goes full on slice and dice hasted with her other buffs!
Fahari Bite with Bless, Magic Fang, Fury Drops, Haste and Acid Maw: 1d20 + 4 + 3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 4 + 3 + 1 + 2 = 261d6 + 6 + 1d4 ⇒ (2) + 6 + (4) = 12
Fahari Claw #1: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 131d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Fahari Claw #2: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 271d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Fahari Bite with Bless, Magic Fang, Fury Drops, Haste and Acid Maw: 1d20 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 3 = 161d6 + 6 + 1d4 ⇒ (6) + 6 + (4) = 16
Fahari Claw #1: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 151d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Fahari Claw #2: 1d20 + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 111d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
GM Pablo
Fahari rips into the sorcerer for 20.
Tentacle: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Celena drops her spear.
"I surrender - Give me a second and I will remove the tentacles and dismiss the Hound."

Fernleaf
Rolande

Cela -14

Celeena Deckland -60

Allow her to surrender?
GM Pablo
She dismisses the tentacles and hound if unmolested.
Searching her you find:
Combat Gear potion of cure moderate wounds, wand of magic missile (CL 5th, 50 charges); Other Gear masterwork shortspear, amulet of natural armor +1, cloak of resistance +1, ring of protection +1 as well as the documents you are seeking about Absalom's defenses. Damning evidence should she be taken to the Absalom authorities (and a little prestige you maybe able to leverage with the government if needed to show you are trustworthy landowners)
You find the documents contained here are only valuable for the information they contain, and would generally be of interest only to the Pathfinder Society or local Absalom historians. None are particularly rare or valuable.
Within these are the original architectural drawing for your house which would indicate no other hidden spaces.

Are the promissory notes we found on Janks payable to him? If so, who are they from? If it is a bunch of them from the Decklands, he been workin' all the angles (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)! Do we have a cage anywhere?
If you present these notes they are equivalent to cash. Think cashiers checks

What would you like to do with her and the documents?
"I say we turn both the documents and Ceelena over to the pathfinder society. Now that I think back, they didn't give us instructions beyond finding her and the documents. They'll probably tell us to take her to the authorities, but best to be sure. Actually..."
Sekkim pulls out the magic raven statue from his Haversack
"This thing is pretty handy."
Sekkim writes "Have documents and traitor in custody. Who takes delivery of each? -Sekkim" on a piece of paper.
"Anything else I should add?"

Does anyone have an unseen servant spell. Someone has some bodies to haul out if here before it starts stinking -Posted with Wayfinder
I'll check when I get home.
Also, after everything is taken care of and everyone is delivered, we want to take 20 and search for secret doors, stem to stern.

You find no secret passages after a very thorough search.
Pathfinder officials arrive in short order after receiving your message.
With Celeena stopped and the documents secured, Absalom is once again safe from invasion. With Celeena captured and turned over to the Absalom authorities, she’s
put on trial for treason (a family tradition, it seems) and sentenced to a lengthy prison term. The bottom areas are cleared out by various members of the Society who catalog the unique items therein. The Society brings in a cleric to consecrate the remains of the Deckland family interred in the crypts, and properly restore the crypts to a manageable status. For a fee these bodies can be relocated to consecrated ground.
You seem to have secured a lair, err... homestead.

I divided up the loot on the treasure sheet and highlighted everything in yellow you will most likely want to sell.
In Cash you collected 12,530gp or 2088 gp each.
If you sell everything in yellow that is 4338 more which would give everyone 2811 in gold and converted goods is there anything someone wants in yellow (if so, it will deduct from these totals)
In addition there are these items to assign (sale values shown):
belt of incredible Dexterity +2 2000
Amulet of natural armor +1 500
cloak of resistance +1 500
ring of protection +1 1000
wand of magic missile (CL 5th, 50 charges) 1875
potion of cure moderate wounds
Also I will put a chronicle sheet in the chronicle Sheets share and register your PCs on the PFS site for this scenario
GM Pablo
Once treasure is divided the question is what do you want to do with the place. How much of your cash are you willing to part with to change the design or construction.
What if anything do you want to do.
You receive a letter from Celena Deckland shortly after her arrest asking you to arrange transfer of her 14 family members to Cheliax. Do this she says and "You will no longer have an enemy of the Deckland family."

I would like to get the place consecrated, if it's not too pricey. If it is too expensive we can always take turns cleaning out the undead. Can we see the full map now that we've won?
Should we save the breastplate +1 for Anaba as swap armor, in case we encounter a situation where wearing 50 pounds of body-encompassing metal is impractical?

You receive a letter from Celena Deckland shortly after her arrest asking you to arrange transfer of her 14 family members to Cheliax.
Transfer from where? Does it say anything about the current circumstances of these would-be refugees? Is there anything illegal about the request? Best not to be caught if it is illegal.
GM Pablo
Transferred to a relative in Egorian the cost would be 500gp (this includes several elegantly carved stone tombs).
http://pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Egorian
Sekkimm the Society already took care of the consecration, but this needs to be done periodically (normally the rites are done monthly)
To change a place altogether would require something like Hallow, but that would make this place more temple and clerics or monks occupy the area..
GM Pablo
Within the week you make arrangements with a local shipping company to transport the 16 remains and their stone tombs transported to Cheliax.
It takes a week and quite a bit of effort to remove them intact from the lowest levels (floating disk spell, ropes, pulleys and muscle) get them out of the lowest level. Wagons of Teamsters show up to pack and crate them before hauling to the Absalom docks where they are staged in a warehouse until a ship is ready. A society cleric and Cela help with the necessary rites and spells to keep the dead at peace.
Now the house...
Existing legal fees - 75gp fast tracked clear title
If you want to start negotiations for additional acreage around your property - 75gp more + expenses.
Building a better house. Here is a link - Il put everything on the hacienda here.
Home Sweet Home.
The first step is to hire an architect who will arrange a survey and work with you on designs (100gp). This process will take some months to work out the details. Once you select the design the cost can be calculated, supplies arranged, laborers hired and construction can start.
With the activity around the house many neighbors stop by with various baked goods. They ask questions, each trying to gain info on their new neighbors and any gossip. The fresh graves in the backyard and tombs being hauled out of such a small house lead to much interesting speculation.
You have a month to do as you want. If you are staying here some shopping trips for furniture (you probably want a bed!) and other supplies (cooking equipment, food, minor construction items ) are needed (200gp ought to do for the group).
After the 775gp in expenses you each have 2611gp.
You may want to invest in the following
Light Wagon with horse - 50gp
Hirelings to do your bidding, run errands, laundry, empty chamber pots, cook, clean, chop firewood, clear the overgrown thickets in the back acre, plant a garden, build a fence to keep the horse etc.
Valet This title includes valets, butlers, lady's maids, ladies-in-waiting, secretaries, stewards, concierges, majordomos, manservants, bodyservants, and other skilled, trusted servants and employees who work closely with an employer or run a household or business, sometimes without direct supervision. The listed price is per day. Price 1 gp (30/mo)
Untrained Hirelings (1 gp–3 gp/day) The amount shown is the typical daily wage for general, or unskilled laborers, maids, and other menial workers. This listing includes any sort of typical employment not covered by another service or job in this section. Examples of untrained hirelings include a town crier, general laborer, maid, mourner, porter, or other menial worker. A trained hireling is a mason, mercenary warrior, carpenter, blacksmith, cook, scribe, painter, teamster, and so on. The listed price represents a minimum wage for an adequately skilled worker, and an expert hireling usually requires significantly higher pay. The listed price is a day's wages (generally 7–10 hours of work per day).
