Well I still have to tack on magus stats, but if you'd be willing to consider my character on the grounds that I will finish the stats in the next 16 hrs, then I don't object. Id finish sooner but I'm at the bar right now and id rather not play a drunkenly slung together character hahaha

I guess I can handle that. I haven't yet created the perfect super-race, but I guess that's a project for long-term eugenics.

well i was working diligently on making the moogle i used to have in 3.5 but then some friends came over and wanted to try playin pencil n paper for their first time and we had way too good a time for me to finish the moogle, dm says hed like to finish recruitment today and i have other stuffs i must do so ill withdraw but if youd like to see what i had so far take a look at this profile

I tried to do his background from his perspective, but it was admittedly put together somewhat hastily as I did not want to be disqualified from selection.

Unknown to him, the "metal city people" he dealt with were actually a spacefaring humanoid race with advanced magic/technology. He had never been in their city, and knew them only as loggers come to despoil the forest his people lived in.

He has a high enough intelligence to know common, however has only been exposed to a limited vocabulary and I will RP him as having only broken common until he is exposed to it more.

Also, he starts with no wealth, so if selected, I was wondering on how you planned on dealing with his spellbook.

I will give feedback on my reasons for selection upon request via PM. There were no poor candidates. The ones chosen fit the flavor I was looking for and had a significant line of contribution to party success.

Congrats to the final cuts. I wanted to submit a toon but there wasn't enough time for me to make a quality character in 12 hours with real life in the way. As for the ones not chosen, keep your toons and refine them. Like GM Gristle stated, there were no poor candidates. In addition, people do drop out for various reasons.

True-true, 15 rp is a pretty reasonable race too, so there is a pretty good chance someone else can be convince to let it into a game.

HEY EVERYONE, I'm going to try and bait another DM into a campaign in a similar flavor to this. Feel free to drop by and express interest when I have the thread up.

If you didn't get into this campaign, I will be recruiting this summer for THE RESCUE OF VAANU, a campaign for custom races with ties to the Experiment.

In a few months, I want to start up THE RESCUE OF VAANU. A spin-off of the Experiment. The other applicants would be great.

You would be sort of a "hired gun" or bounty hunter to rescue an NPC from the experiment. That is all I can tell you. You would be starting out on another planet.

Yeah, barring, specific plot points I may scrape the flavor of the Kedarran Kripta character and rewrite it as something more conducive to the plot.

We lost a rogue. I am recruiting for any type of player except cleric and ranger. We are good in those departments. 20 point buy, custom race using advanced race guide. 15 RP MAX. You must have at least one weakness. No equipment or weapons yet. Brief description of your character, their home planet, how they were kidnapped by the experimenters and what equipment they had when they were taken.

I would prefer no summoners or gunslingers.

And Fuar ended up in another game but I could make a second alias and submit him
