And that would be because he has complete cover and concealment in the boat where he is.

From what I recall, the bandit is essentially in a cabin just below deck... how that might affect somebody shooting from horseback I dunno, but I think you gotta get up close and personal.
Does the water count as difficult terrain? I want to know if I can allie-oop into the boat as a double move.
Zimul
I'm not getting into the water. I bet there are crocodiles waiting to eat me in there!
brvheart
The water is shallow, but counts as difficult terrain. No, you cannot even see the bandit in the boat at present, only hear him.
brvheart
Repeat
A sizable fishing boat is anchored
between the bank and a brush-covered sandbar nearly
70 feet long. It has only one deck and a single mast, but
spars provide anchor points for nets that can be used to
drag the river for fish. Those nets are currently little more
than frayed ropes where someone has hastily cut them
away and cast them off.

A wolf comes out of the trees and attacks Jurgen
bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19 damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 plus trip
cmb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Zimul
Zimul gives the wolf a nasty glare. "Which part of Shoo do you not understand?"
Cause fear DC 14 on the wolf
Doing it without map since I can't see roll 20. The usual problem, ye know.
Zimul
"Oh no, you're not!Look, I got to the last batch of booze before you did!" Zimul retorts.
fear duration on wolf: 1d4 ⇒ 1 rounds
Next round, I'm following Paletress up the boat. For booze!
Baalîantar
"Why those bandits were trying to defend this tatty old boat?"
"Must be something valuable aboard."
"And where's a boat hook when you need one?"
Baalîantar walks toward the bow of the ship, and puts his backpack down.
He also puts down his greataxe, so he can get the ship to board it.
brvheart
Does the wolf count as an enemy enough to trigger Kunala's delayed action?
yes

The wolf will run off in its turn. Not sure what Jurgen is going to do, but need to move on.
Kunala
Realizing the wolf was still near Jurgen, Kunala calls out. "Move away from the wounded beast, Jurgen, it may still attack." as he moves his horse nearer. He stops the mare, standing in his stirrups, drawing another arrow from his saddle-quiver he fires a second arrow at the wolf.
25 ft move, attack:Attack: +1 (+2 str) Composite longbow,PBS
attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24 for damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Jurgan
sorry all have been busy over the last days.
Jurgan shakes off his haze that has just fogged his mind and lumbers along as Kunala tells him to run.
"Blast those curs must have drugged me or something I forgot where I was."
Jurgan starts up the ridge after the others.
sorry they started blocking roll20 at my work so I can't move. If someone wants to move me that would be great
brvheart
Yeah, it is a low fishing boat so I would not see it a real problem.
Paletress, the Laughing Blade
Okeys!
Paletress huffle-hehs for a moment, looking up the side of the boat, then hop-scrambles aboard. Once on the deck, she targets whoever happens to be armed with her falchion (if possible)
Falchion w/power attack and furious focus: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 102d4 + 10 ⇒ (2, 3) + 10 = 15
Okay... it needs to stop rolling 2 right frickin' meow.
brvheart
Paletress, you see the guy in the boat grow fangs and long fur as he strikes at you:
battleaxe: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16 damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
Zimul
"Arrrghh he's got fangs!" Zimul screams like a little girl."Go get him, tiger!" He encourages Paletress as he walks up to her and gives her his last bit of luck.
Baalîantar
Round 4
Baalîantar clambers on to the boat at attacks the thing/person with fangs that Paletress is fighting.
great axe: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
damage: 1d12 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Flanking, and Arcane Strike
Typ-i-cal! I too seem to be infected by the 'roll a 2 to hit' bug. :P
Zimul
"Thanks!" Bacchus thanks her, "I think I'd worry more about Paletress, if I were you, though."

About to go help my parents move some stuff afore the friday game
Paletress shrieks in terror, both at the near miss of the brigand's axe and his abrupt transformation into some kind of toothy abomination. The shriek swiftly turns into high pitched laughter, however, and her face contorts into its own terrifying visage as she returns the creature's glare with a rictus grin of her own. Suddenly it seems as if her laughter is equal parts terrified shriek and infuriated growl.
Controlled Rage, +4 str
She brings her sword around, taking advantage of her compatriot's position to bolster her own attack.
Falchion w/Rage, Power attack, Furious Focus, Flank: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 10 + 2 = 192d4 + 13 ⇒ (4, 3) + 13 = 20
Bit of Luck Reroll on attack: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 10 + 2 = 17
Thank goodness I can choose... hopefully 19 hits.
Kunala
Hearing the fight on the boat turn truly strange, Kunala drops his bow into its saddle scabbard and rides into the water beside the boat, so he can join the fight. "Do not fear friends we can overpower the beast!"
move action: put away bow, move action: ride to side of boat
The mare is a trained war horse but I assume a Handle animal is needed to ride her into the water.
handle animal: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
brvheart
The beast wildly swings bling at Paletress
hit chance: 1d100 ⇒ 24 high is hit
battleaxe: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14 damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Zimul
I think that guy made his save for glitterdust. But I don't think a 14 hits Paletress's AC
Zimul begins to call in some outside help.
Summon Monster 2- would being on the boat count as on the ground, or waterborne? Thinking which elemental to grab.
