The Toothless: Described to you as "the oldest goblin. So far She is an enigmatic figure of power in the tundra clans. Apparently, in the past she has partially predicted two of your movements.

Ambervale locations:
Peaks of death and despair: Lots of volcanoes, poisonous smokes, some few red dragons and demons roams...the surface. Not much reports of what is below, the communication with the dwarfs of there was lost more than 20 years ago.

bitterblood swamp: Marsh goblins and Lizardfolks constantly at war. Two years ago an adventuring party killed black wyrm there, quite a success. An actual standard place for adventurers.

Whispering forest: The standard forest filled with undeads. The bodies there sooner or later are reanimated as some kind of undead, and sometime adventurers go crazy saying the forest is telling them stories. When the undead population is growing Aldwall pays for every undead destroyed, standard stuff.

Lilly acompanies you to Tommy's shelter, a fancy name to some tables and an old blanket that protect him from direct sun and the rain.

Tommy's there. It is a small little boy, very skinny. His head seems almost too big for the scrawny body.

Any mention of <location of the alley with the hidden room> makes tommy tremble.

Is there a way to discern if the effect will take someone somewhere or bring something here? I will Lore Master a Kn.Arcana check for a 37 if that helps.

Having expected something like this, Desmond bought a loaf of bread on the way to Tommy's place. He gives half of it to Tommy, and the other half to Lilly as thanks for her help.

While Tommy is eating, Desmond sits on his haunches a few feet away, and speaks in a calm reassuring tone.

"Tommy, listen. I'm trying to stop some...bad people from causing trouble in the city. But I can't do that alone - that's why I'm working with other adventurers to try and figure out what the bad people are doing. And right now, I need your help too. I know you're scared, but if you can help me, you'll also be helping make Aidwall safer for everyone. And I'll make sure nothing bad happens to you, same as I've been doing for Lilly and Kiddu."

You need to dispel the Dimensional anchor-like effect. A good roll of Dispel magic could end it. Other, more powerful magic, lie greater dispel of mage's disjunction (or anything like that of 4th+level) would open the portal automatically.

The DC of tracking by scent is impossibly high after some time has passed. There is nothing else left to find but the portal Vendrick found

You add the demon stealth bonus to the reverse of the cloak. You need a standard action to change from the bonus provided by the winter wolf and the bonus provided by the demon. They don't work at the same time. When the demon side is activated, the cloak radiate evil.

The little, malnourished boy hesitates. His eyes wander around as looking for a hidden attacker, but he starts speaking.

The kids were making jokes about me, and I run to hide in the alley. And I saw him, he was looking there looking for something, I don't know what, but he couldn't find it. When he finally abandoned the search, the turn around to leave.

He passed right next to me, I don't think he saw me, but...I don't know what it is, he didn't threaten me but there was something in him, something very scary. I haven't felt so much fear in my life. I remained there, paralyzed by fear.

If he knew what was going on, he might put himself in danger to help me. These people...they aren't like the leprechauns he met in the forest. They are much more dangerous, and they won't leave him alone just because he's a child. I can handle the danger, but I want you kids to stay safe. Okay?"
