Marcus, splashes and tries not to drown in the lake. While splashing, his hands reaches to try to get back to the surface, and he can feel the solid surface above him. He latches on, and pulls his head above the water, and coughs while getting his bearrings.
*cough, cough* Ugh...ugh..is, as he continues to cough and spit from the water that went up his nose and a little in his mouth. Is..everyone..okay
After a few moments of catching his breathe, he looks up and smiles at Calex, thank you friend, I may have been a goner if it weren't for you. Everyone..., he passes out from sheer exhaustion, but only for a few seconds.
Did we save the children, how are they, as he begins to wring out the clothes on his back.

Day 8, MacNorra House (Gymnaga Settlement), late afternoon
The afternoon sky continues to grow dark, as ominous clouds roll in from the northwest. The small group of heroes gather in a grassy clearing just to the west of the ruined settlement of MacNorra House.
The tiny infant Gymnaga’s cling to Poseus, and seem quiet, but frightened. Finnos is laid on the ground. Riku does what he can to fill the old man with a surge of healing energy, and even though it does seem to bring a healthy color to his face, it is clear the old Gymnaga is tired, and has been through an ordeal.
Collin, the Halfling kneels behind Finnos and helps to prop the man up just slightly.
Finnos tales his tale
”They attacked before the sun rose. Many of us were still sleeping, but they overcame those who were already awake without a fight. Our weapons and skills as warriors were no match for them. We are a peaceful people. When the shouting started, I snuck out of my room, passing through the common room I met Dolinerea, she pressed her children into my hands and showed me a secret exit in the floor of the building. I did not know it was there. The tunnel, a cramped space but dry and made from fitted stones, led to a pool. The pool, underground though it is, is on the same level as the river, and is connected to it trough a flooded passage that can be reached just south of the wall on the riverbank. From the river I saw them. There were dozens of them, our ancient foes, the Sashi-Anhain. They were collecting everyone together in the center of the village and binding their arms. They took everyone, even the injured. I could see several of our people struggle to stay on their knee, and when they fell the Sashi beat them with whips and clubs. But, Poseus, Poseus!”
Finnos calls out for his kinsman, and takes Riku’s arm in a firm grip.
Finnos turns his head, and says, ”Posueus, I cannot see you, I can only see a grey cloud. My eyes are failing me. My life is run out of me. Poseus,” he speaks to Riku as if he thinks Riku is Poseus.
”There were others. The Sashi were not the ones in control. There were others. Huge green skinned men, taller than our human friends by more than a head, each of them, and one even taller, with shoulders as wide as an oak tree. That one, the largest, his voice I will never forget, he shouted the loudest, and his words were cruel and vile. He gave the orders, and he is the one who demanded that no one be left behind and that no one be killed unless it was by his own hand. He, he killed Janeus. He killed him with a blow that crushed the young man’s head. I watched him do it, and I could do nothing. They threw Janeus into the river and I watched his body flow downstream spilling blood in the water. When I saw the body of Janeus pass the temple, our temple in the center of the river, I decided that I would hide there, and I saw no more of them. I heard the cries of our people as they were driven away to the south. I heard the flames and knew they were setting fire to the village. I heard arrows strike the roof of the temple and knew they were setting it ablaze as well, but I dared not leave the temple. I stayed. I did not know what else to do. The others with the Sashi, they were, they were,”
Finnos grows suddenly weaker, and his eyes close as he whispers
” Tafganor”
When he has spoken this word, Finnos, rests. He is not dead, but it seems impossible to wake him.
There is a rumble in the distance, and then another. A faint flash of light rolls across the sky.
And the rain begins to fall.

Marcus Dale |

After regaining his composure and bearings, he sits down with those rescued. As the older man speaks, he hangs onto every word the man utters. After he is finished, and sleeping, he checks his pulse to ensure he isn't anything worse...he just stares off into spaces. His brain tries its best to wrap around everything going on, he sits silently.

Poseus Murandae |

Poseus wraps his arms around the little Gymnaga children clinging to him and listens in fear to Finnos's tale, jumping up as Finnos calls for him.
He carries the children with him to the old Gymnage male.
"I'm here Finnos, you're in safe hands now."
He listens to the continuation of the story and looks stricken with disbelief and a calm that belies his rage, uncommon for most Gymnaga, especially for a simple fisherman like himself.
Fists slightly clenched, but still holding the children gently in his arms, the story comes to an end. Poseus looks contemplative, something about the Sashi-Anhain and the word 'Tafganor' sounds familiar to him. The sashi-Anhain are their former oppressors and their mortal enemies since recent memory.
Tafganor, maybe they are what the lyphs called 'Fornaggabbin' or ogres in the common tongue.
"I'm going after them first thing in the morning." The young Gymnaga hunter and fisherman states, not looking to the others for confirmation.
"They've taken everything from me and I will track them down and make them pay." As he says this, the thunder rolls in hard in the background, giving it an even more serious tone. Poseus looks resolved and seemingly unshakable in his conviction.
"Not tonight, these little two need a home and a place to shelter first. It would be a fool's errand to go now, I know, even though I'm eager to give chase now."

Poseus Murandae |

Poseus nods to marcus in approval.
"Aye I'll do that, that makes sense Marcus. I don't expect anybody else to join me, but all help in any sort will be welcome."
He looks to Dieredon with a gaze saying I could use your help if you're willing.

Calex |

Calex's eyes go hard at the oldster's words. He looks over the smoldering ruins around him and back to the survivors huddled in the rain. His anger almost seems to make the wizard glow with its heat. "I had thought such bandits and raiders would be driven off with the Empire's presence. It seems they have yet to learn their lesson." Cal turns to the gathered group and addresses Poseus: "In the past the gymnaga were treated..poorly...along with the other non human races by the old warlords. You have been nothing but our friends, our allies, and I would number you among my own people. We WILL seek these...slavers (he spits this last word out with disgust) and rescue OUR folk from them or failing that see justice done in their name. Your wounded will be cared for, your homes restored. But we will not go out madly without direction." Calex turns next to Dieredon & asks "I know tracking in this weather will be hard. Can you follow them? Learn where they go and come lead us back to our enemies? Do not risk yourself unduly- if needed never forget you have the authority to call others to help in your hunt. Is this doable? And Poseus- what can you tell us of these creatures the Gymnaga elder mentioned? Why would they take them? Where would they go? Even fireside stories might be useful." Calex pauses to take a breath to calm himself, but it seems not to help much. "BY THE GODS I HATE SLAVERS! he shouts out to the darkening sky."Please, anyone- any advice would be welcome!" Calex runs a muddy hand unconsciously through his hair, and says with quiet desperation "Help me please to help us all.."

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Yes, with Poseus' help, I am sure that we can pick up the trail.
Dieredon, begins to examine the area to find the tracks.
Survival: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

Poseus Murandae |

Poseus seems glad he has Alomar and Dieredon already on his side and Calex obviously willing to help as well.
"Dieredon I appreciate your enthusiasm, but the night is setting in and it's gonna rain soon, we won't be able to follow the tracks for long. Besides someone needs to get these children a safe shelter above their heads."
He claps Alomar on the shoulder and suddenly something dawns on him.
"Alomar, earlier at the Hill of Cairns you told us a story about Tantabell, a Maetaur woman and her son, Letophoro. Weren't the evil creatures you mentioned that were after her also called Tafganor? They fit the description you gave of them back then and what Finno's told us."

Riku of the Gray Hand |

Riku lays the old Gymnaga down gently. He stands and crosses to the group.
"I know I am new here, and you all may not trust me but I will help you in your task. These tafganor can not go unpunished. For now I will take the children bad back to the inn. You can find the trail and we will depart in the morning."

Alomar |

Looking askance at the Aldoans Alomar answers"You are right Poseus, my people have been dealt terrible blows by the Tafnagor in the past. It seems we truly live in an age where old stories turn out to be true."
He stops for a moment and then continues more softly "although I doubt whether that is a blessing or a curse.

Day 8, MacNorra House (Gymnaga Settlement), late afternoon
The rain that falls begins as it almost always does this time of year. It falls, at first straight and even, heavy and cold, a shower but not a storm.
Eventually, it grows in intensity, lightning and thunder will arrive, and it will be a proper storm by nightfall.
It will not be long before everyone is soaked to the bone, but on the bright side, the heavy rain quickly extinguishes the fires that were burning all around the settlement.
But what good that is, is hard to tell. Practically everything that had been built onto or into the ruins of MacNorra House is gone, burned to only charred remains, timbers that still stand attached creak ominously, and as they saturate with rain the wait brings them crashing down, one after another. The sound of the collapsing wood is dulled by the sound of the rain, but it can still be heard.
The small group stands in the rain for a moment, wondering what do next.
Riku can easily walk back to Woodbridge with the infants, and along the way he will encounter a large group of citizens of Woodbridge and Mingary Bend. The people are doing their best to reach MacNorra House in the rain, and some carry buckets and spades, but when it is explained to them what has happened, they will turn around, save for only a few Maetaur and Human folk, and go home.
Dieredon and Poseus can search the southern area, and easily find a massive trail where the normal ground cover of grass and wild flowers is turned and trampled, even in the rain. The trail heads south, toward the very same mountains where the Altilyphs are said to make their homes.
Something will have to be done to make a comfortable litter in order to transport Finnos to Woodbridge, this is easily done using what is left of the wooden structures that were destroyed, but will take time. While the litter is being constructed, some shelter from the rain can be had in the ruins beneath fallen a few fallen timbers.
There is still the matter of the halfling corpse
The rain will grow increasingly heavy as the day progresses, eventually falling in sheets driven by a wind that rises after an hour or so.
In three hours, everyone can be back in Woodbridge. The Goodwell family provides their barn for Finnos and the infants, and Auria will tend to them with what she knows. The body of the Halfling can be carried by one person, and should be taken to a safe location where it can be examined.
Day 9 will see a party of heroes setting out for a long journey to the southern mountains

Day 8, Woodbridge, evening
The body of the dead Halfling is taken to the small barn at the Flaherty residence. Patricia Flaherty sets up a couple of saw horses and places an old door across them and tells Poseus to lay the body on the doors.
Two lanterns are hung from nails on posts on the walls of the barn and Patricia closes the barn doors keeping everyone away except Dieredon, Marcus, Poseus, Riku, Calex, Caoraan and Collin.
With the Barn doors closed it is dark, with only the faint light from the oil lanterns casting flickering shadows across the dry grass covered floor.
The first thing that everyone can see is that the clothing of the poor fellow has been ripped, torn or cut with a dull knife. The pockets of his pants have been emptied, and there are two leather straps on his belt that seem to indicate that pouches have been cut off.
His armor is expensive masterwork leather, decorated with interlocking knots. He had been holding a small bow when his body was found and it holds the only clue to this fellow’s identity, a piece of dark brown leather, wrapped around the wood of the bow, bears the initials D. F. and the word Groundsmen, stitched with Yellow thread.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Dieredon steps forward and takes the bow into his hands and carefully examines the piece of leather with the stitching.
It appears as if this is one of the Scouts of the Groundsmen in this territory. There is a halfling Scout on my rolls who goes by the name of Drake Folnan. I was expecting them to report to me on a rolling basis. Where there any other items on his person? Notebooks, maps, or the like?

sometime earlier…
As the rest of the group heads back to Woodbridge through the pouring rain, Alomar keeps a short separation between himself and the others, following but alone with his thoughts.
When there is a place to cross the river, and when it seems that the others have forgotten he is there, Alomar crosses to the east side.
Just a moment later he hears the unmistakable sound of many hoofs beating the ground in a trot coming toward him, and then he sees many of his own kind. They see him, and slow there rushing.
It would seem that practically every adult of the Mingary bend Settlement has come, and they are being led by Cicily and Darlene. Many of the folk carry shovels and buckets.
Among the many Maetaur who have followed Darlene and Cicily are several young Maetaur wearing Rafghams of Red with a silver crescent pattern, and these carry spears.
One of the young Maetaur wearing the coat of the Children of the Crescent Moon is Tambree Moawan, Darlene’s older sister.
Cicily rushes right up to Alomar and quickly looks him over to make sure he is alright, and then she asks him to tell her what he has discovered.

Day 8, Woodbridge, late afternoon
Patricia is careful to examine the corpse and turns to face Dieredon, she shakes her head as if to say, no, there isn’t anything else.

Poseus Murandae |

"Well apparently the Sashi-Anhain and the Tafganor present a real threat to our way of life, not only to the people of Woodbridge, but to the Alodoans as well. Patricia, we've told you what happened and what we found. I hope you stand by the decision of me and a few others to give chase and track down these vile beings."
Poseus looks suddenly a lot older and more stern, the events of this day are burned into his memory and he will not relinquish the feelings of rage and revenge that easily.

Patricia Flaherty |

Patricia looks first to Dieredon, then to Calex, then she turns her eyes back toward Poseus. She lowers her head and sighs.
Poseus, I couldn’t and I wouldn’t stop you from going after your friends and family, but, from what you’ve described, this is a large organized force. You can’t just rush off and think that you can confront monsters like these and believe you have a chance at winning.
Even if all of you go, all of you, you’ll still be out numbered. You’ve got to be smart. Track them, but follow them, find out where they are going, and since you already have a reason to go south into the mountains, keep your eyes and ears open for signs of the other Lyphs. We’ve still got unfinished business with their kind, and a plan to deal with the monsters of the bogs.
Patricia walks over to stand by the wall of the barn. She crosses her arms, leans her back against the wall and sighs heavily again. There’s just too much going on, too many dangers are closing in on us, too many threats, and all we have that stands between us and them, are the Aladoans. We have no choice but to ask them to send soldiers here and defend our village. If the Tafganor have returned, if the Sashi- Anhain have moved this far to the north, what can we do? There are barely thirty people in this village that can hold a weapon let alone be counted on to know how to use it when it matters. We need to send a message to Castletown. I’ll go myself, and take Phineas, and anyone else who can make the journey without losing time in their fields. We’ll set out in the morning. May we all be blessed with good fortune. We’ll certainly need it.

Poseus Murandae |

"I understand Patricia, I wasn't planning on confronting their entire army with just a few of us. Careful planning to slowly and surely thin their numbers until we can get my people out. Taking out patrols or single guards if I have to, but they mustn't feel safe or think they are unopposed."
Slowy, surely and painfully... Very painful indeed.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

I think it best if I await the calling to the remaining scouts to attend me here in Woodbridge. I will organize that force of Groundsmen to scout the enemy in preparation for the arrival of the troops. I will write up a report of the recent happenings while Calex and I were away, including those when we returned. Patricia, would you be so kind to deliver this to Castletown when you go so that you would have a formal declaration of need from a Lieutenant Groundsman? It can only help your case.

Marcus Dale |

Marcus, stands there silent as the corpse is looked at. He sees the bow, and tries to connect the few pieces of information together, with a initials, who may have possibly made the bow and well crafted armor.
K local for any clues of a name? smithy?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Riku of the Gray Hand |

Riku showed up late having made sure the children were safe. He stands quietly off to the side. He walks over to Poseus. "These monsters have disrupted the balance. They have taken the lives of those who were not ready to depart this world, and for that they must give there own lives. I will stop at nothing to bring justice to those who did this to your home and family." He makes a strange symbol with his hands and then touches one to his forehead and one to Poseus's chest.

Alomar |

Alomar shows a wan smile at the sight of his people "Cicily! I am so glad to see you all here!" his eyes connect with all the Maetaur, lingering when he gazes upon Darlene.
He then splurts out what happened
"Terrible things have happened here, it seems as if the Gymnaga have been abducted by Sashi- Anhain working in concert with Tafnagor! I know it sounds like a story to frighten children, but I truly believe this has happened. Poseus and some Adoloans rescued an Finnos, a Gymnaga, from the ruins of MacNorra House. I also found the body of a halfling, I believe the Adoloans took him back to Woodbridge."

Calex |

"This whole thing is frustrating! We went to Castletown originally to get the resources we needed to prevent exactly this kind event- and they sent us back platitudes and empty titles. Well now we make those titles work for us! Patricia, I'll send letters of introduction with you and written & sealed instructions authorizing you to act as my agent in this. Castletown seems to like to flash such things around to get attention. Maybe if we do the same we can get THEIR attention. I'll also need you to carry some other letters- business partners we were going to have help us bring new trade to Woodbridge but now I think it must be delayed. And a letter of condolence for Drake Folnar's family & friends. Speaking of which..."Calex turns Diederon and says "This is the 2nd halfling scout killed recently. Could they be targeted by someone?"

Terquem |
Calex and Dieredon stay up late through the night writing important letters, while Poseus finds it almost impossible to sleep at all.
The young Gymnaga has troubling dreams, and checks in on the elderly member of his extended family, and the two infants often through the night. At one point, he finds Elizabeth, rocking the smallest infant gently in a high backed wooden chair that the girl has brought out to the shed. She places a finger on her lips, when Poseus arrives, and smiles at him, assuring him that there are others in the village that will care for the children. Finnos wakes once during the evening, when Poseus is awake and the old man asks for water, and something to eat. Poseus gives the man a cup, and some small cakes left on a plate that Elizabeth had left for them. Even though it is safe, warm, and dry in the shed, Poseus is troubled and when the morning comes he steels his courage against his growing fatigue and readies himself for the journey.

Cicily Fautinbino |

Alomar walks along with Cicily as the two discuss the dramatic events. Cicily listens carefully, and when she asks a question she is relieved and impressed by Alomar’s acuity and simple way of getting to the details. Darlene walks just a few steps to the side of Alomar, and when he manages a moment, in the intense exchange with Cicily, to catch his breath and look Darlene’s way, he feels a lump grow in his throat when the girl turns her head and gives him a nod of approval.
When the Maetaur return to Mingary Bend, there is a brief meeting of the Elders of the community, and when they have spoken briefly, quietly, among themselves, Cicily approaches Alomar
Alomar, Cicily says to him in a voice filled with seriousness , In our people’s history we have isolated ourselves from the others of this land when it was necessary for us to protect our own, and we have also joined with the others of this land when it was necessary that all good creatures stand together. These are trying times, and it is not lost on us that we face challenges the likes of which we never expected. I am glad you have found people to trust, friends, in Woodbridge, and it has been decided, by the elders of your greater family that it is necessary to discover the extent of the threat of the sashi-anhain and Tafganor, if it is true that they have returned to these lands. Instead of us asking the whole community for volunteers, I would ask you to journey with the Gymnaga boy and the new comers of the human folk, who now make Woodbridge their home. There is much we need to know, and we need to know as soon as we can, what it is that is growing in the south. You would have the blessings of the Druids, of all of us, if you find the courage to travel so far from home. It is not like our kind to be away from our families for very long, and in doing this you will be doing things very few of our kind ever do. Will you go and learn everything there is to be learned, and help Woodbridge with the troubles that face them, face us as their neighbors?

Day 9
It is a dreary morning.
The hard rain, a late spring shower, of the past night has left everything soggy, the grass and the leaves on the trees are bent and soaking from the downpour. The trees are so heavy with water that passing under them one would think it is still raining.
Oscar and Lulu set out small bundles of dried fruits, hard rolls, and some hard cheese wrapped in cloths and Marjory Toolwoad has given a few large sacks, left over from better times when her family farmed more than it does today, for those making ready to set out to the south. The sky outside the Bread and Board is still overcast, grey, and threatening another storm, but inside, this morning, it is dry, and warm, and a fire has already been started in the fireplace. Many of the people of Woodbridge have come to the bread and Board early this morning to wish good fortune on those about to set out on so perilous a journey.
Elizabeth and her mother are there, and even a few of the Elves, Kaspeae Havannis and her parents, have shown up.
Poseus looks around the crowd and is faced with the stark reality that for the first time in as long as he can remember, when there has been a gathering at the bread and Board, he can see that there are no Gymnaga faces in the crowd.
Quietly, many of the people approach poseus, Dieredon, Riku and Calex, and shake their hands, wish them luck, and some even hug them tightly.
The crowd is close in around these four, but then suddenly the crowd parts.
Elizabeth is helping Finnos to move forward, she has one of the Gymnaga infants in her other arm, while she supports Finnos with one hand as he approaches Poseus, and Poseus can now see that Elizabeth's father is here (perhaps it is he who helped Finnos bring the childrne to the gathering). The color has come back into Finnos' cheeks, though his eyes are still cloudy. Elizabeth’s mother carries the other Gymnaga child.
Elizabeth hands the infant to Finnos, and guides his hands toward Poseus.
When Poseus is holding the infant, slowly, all around him, the people of Woodbridge begin to applaud. Elizabeth takes Poseus face in her hands and kisses him on the lips, and then the applause turn into a loud cheer.

Poseus Murandae |

As the morning comes, and Poseus heads out to the Bread and Board he can't help but shake the feeling of destiny drawing near. Something tugs at him.
Inside the Bread and Board he thanks both Oscar and Lulu as well as Marjory Toolwoad for their supplies. He then turns to his companions who swore to help him in this dangerous coming task. "Are you all sure you want to go through with it? I have nothing more to lose, but you still do."
After their (probable) reassurance of their decision.
Poseus is glad so many people care and wish them luck, though he is a little gloomy as he notices none of his own kin among them. He is however surprised to see Finnos walk in, apparently in far better health than yesterday.
He lays a hand on Finnos's shoulder, squeezes it gently as to say he's happy to see him in good health. When he takes the child into his arms, he smiles a little, comfortable in knowing he has done a good thing yesterday.
Though he is taken aback as Elizabeth shows her way of thanking him for his deeds and blushes immediately, he is lost for words when she releases him from her embrace. Only then does he feel like truly smiling and looks Elizabeth a bit sheepishly in her eyes, before grinning.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Dieredon leans in close to Calex.
I have placed a notation on my home that any reporting Scouts of the Groundsmen should make haste immediately to Marcus. I am uncertain if it is just a coincidence that the halflings have been targeted, or that is indeed the source of our problem.
If Marcus is present then Dieredon will quickly approach him. if not he will briefly visit the blacksmith before leaving.
Marcus, my friend. I ask a favor of you? I have directed Scouts of the Groundsmen to report directly to you in my absence. Can you ask them to stay here in Woodbridge until I return, in light of the attack that just occurred. I will be calling them to a gathering to assist once Poseus and I scout the location of the offenders. Is that acceptable to you?

Marcus Dale |

Marcus, wakes up early and helps properly fit Poseus into his new armor. Tightening some straps, giving others a bit more slack for flexibility of his upper body.
Poseus, when you are hunting down those responsible, please be safe friend. If the odds seem too tough, do not risk everything. Be smart about your tactics, and make sure you come home in one piece. he says with a smile. Also, one more thing, please keep a lookout for any other clues to the identity of the unfortunate halfling. I cannot place the weapon or armor, I feel it was not done locally is all.
He heads to the Bread and Board after he is finished to give all those traveling a proper goodbye. He wishes them all a safe trip again, and that there is no shame is a retreat should it provide an avenue to attack at a later time.
On seeing Dieredon approach he gives a wave, and he listens to his request. While I may not know much of what is going on, I can at least relay the message to them to stay here until your return. Hopefully they will listen to me, for I don't have the title you have.

Alomar |

Alomar looks at Cecily, he is clearly in doubt about this request. After a moment of hesitation he speaks his mind.
"I do not know if I am the right Maetaur for this endeavor. I am but an apprentice to the druids and only know the simplest of spells..."
His voice trails of and he starts again "On the other hand I would be glad to be able to help Poseus and the other Gymnaga in this. They do not deserve whatever is happening to them"
Alomar has definitely found his resolve again and speaks in a firmer voice "Thank you for giving me this chance Cicily, I will do everything that is within my capabilities"
- - - - - -
The next morning Alomar gathers his few belongings and heads out to the Bread and Board where he arrives just as Poseus gets kissed by Elizabeth. Biding his time he moves towards Poseus and asks him
"Friend, I would join you on the behalf of all Maetaur in Mingary Bend and by that offer our community's aid to the Gymnaga community."

Poseus Murandae |

Poseus smiles and embraces Alomar shortly in a tight bearhug. "Alomar, my friend, your aid will be much appreciated. I'm glad you stand with us. We will have a long journey ahead of us though."

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Dieredon returns to Poseus.
Well, then, shall we be off, Poseus. We have some tracking to do. The hunt is on my friend.
Dieredon checks his pack, armor, and weapons before looking over the maetaur who just arrived.
I see we have another joining us. Thank you for your assistance at the fire, especially with the children. I am Dieredon. I do not believe that we have had the pleasure?

Poseus Murandae |

When the group heads out of the Bread and Board, Poseus blows off some steam by taking deep breaths. When Dieredon mentions the hunt being on, he nods in response.
"The hunt is on indeed. Just to make sure I've got everything as well; survival gear; new armour; rations of food in my backpack, good companions. I would have liked to replace my lost spear as well, I've found that they're not as good for throwing as they are for fishing."

Caorann |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Caorann woke up late this morning, tired from the battle before. By the time she woke up, Poseuses group were already out the door. From behind them, the group hears the high pitched voice of Caorann darting toward them.
Wait, I'm coming too. It may be a new home, but this is my home too, just the same. I am going to help!
She doesn't seem like she will take no for an answer on this one.
