I don't think its totally necessary to separate them that way, but it will probably keep things more organized so everyone knows what they can see and can't.

I think we're waiting to hear from Tarlane. I checked over at our parallel game, and Tarlane seems to have gone MIA at the same time over there.

Just checked in on our alternate universe counterparts. "Nolan" seems to know Tarlane and says he is fried at work. He hopes to resume the game next week.
