Here is the discussion thread for group one of the module. The group who will be posting in this thread is listed below.

Iridae - Aasimar Oracle
Jodokai - Human Magus(Kensai, Bladebound)
Omaz - Human Fighter
Sam'hain - Human Paladin(Holy Tactician)
Liandra - Half-elf Rogue/Ranger(Urban Ranger)

Please post in this thread your character so that I can look over their crunch and we can begin to sort out the details.

Also, feel free to post something as your character here free form since all the stats haven't been approved yet. Each of you would have been called to a gathering of Andoran soldiers(Several hundred troops) with only the information that you are to be given a special assignment. As you arrived, each of you would have been directed to command tent to await the arrival of a general who has your briefing. This is a perfect time to establish any connections between your characters and to set a precedent for your method of interaction in the actual PbP, not to mention simply introducing yourselves.

For standard PbP convention, I would prefer if you used bold text for dialogue, italics for inner monologue, and spoiler tags for something that not everyone will see or understand(messages to the DM, language other than common, I'll use them for skill checks).

Wordy example:

Walking down the wooded road, Tarlane looks to the tavern in the distance and rubbed his chin, considering. "Its been a long time since I've been back. I wonder if they will remember me. Hopefully not."

Continuing on he pushes forward the door and peers around the room in the dim light of the hearth. Seeing the bartender he gives the man a polite nod. "Greetings, old friend."

It took a moment for the bartender's eyes to register who the newcomer was after all these years, but then he breaks into a broad smile, calling out in the native tongue.

Elvish

Spoiler:
"Tarlane! Welcome my friend! It has been far too long! You come in a dark time..."

With those last words the bartender's eyes flick over towards a dark corner of the room where a large human sits, using the shadows as cover. On his chest is a ribbon and badge of office which depicts the silhouette of a raven.

Knowledge Nobility DC 15

Spoiler:
The badge is a symbol of the Order of the Crow, a fanatical religious organization who are known to persecute those they see as heretics. They have slowly been spreading across the land by enforcing their will on small villages and converting those within.

Liberty's Edge

Also, though I suppose it doesn't need to be explicitly called out, any OOC comments should use the OOC tag. Also, the board has a good die roller I would rather us use, it just keeps everything nice and neat. If any of you are unsure of the tags, there is a good summary underneath the text box titled 'How to format your text'. Feel free to toss any questions about anything my way either here, in PM, or via email to felixcosima at gmail dot com

@Liandra, Omaz, and Zafir(?):
While Omaz is just the kind of strong, stand-up guy I first envisioned as Iridae's hero, Liandra's character is just too natural a fit. So I'll introduce Iridae after Liandra does her intro.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sam'hain walks into the assembly area with a gait that speaks of both pride and a surety in oneself. His spurs give a tinny jingle after the bass thud of his heavy boots. His brown eyes scan the gathering before he steps into its midst, the thumb of one hand hooked behind an oiled leather scabbard. The shine of his armor catches light from under his heavy cloak, reflecting back upon any who look upon him.

The stern servant of Iomedae uses his gaze and stance to thwart any attempts by his fellows at conversation. A special assignment for this lot?. His fears are soon banished, however, as a select few are motioned towards the command tent for instructions. Sam'hain is pleased to see that some who came were known to him. Soldiers all, some were more deserving of trust than others, and many of those who gathered had earned such trust. He couldn't help but to scan the crowd for the woman whom he had worked with before. When my faith burned, and I learned the error of my judgement.

ooc:
sorry; crunch is still in the works

Liberty's Edge

No problem about the crunch, Sam, we'll be able to take a little time for the introductions while we work on the crunch. I'll be running everyone through herolab as they get posted so I have an easily accessible copy of them and get quick error checking done anyway.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

OOC:
Great, thanks! Do you recommend hero lab for players, as well?

Liberty's Edge

Sam, I have a love for herolab that borders on fanboy and so I tend to recommend it to anyone who has an interest. For me it makes character creation and tracking much easier and being able to see the various options from all the books available in one place can oftentimes spark inspiration for combinations that may not have come otherwise. Its something I preach enough that most of the players in my in person game use it as well. In a PbP it is nice because you can have your characters output be done in BBCode so it looks nice on the boards. However, it is far from required on any level and you can get pretty much everything you can find there between the pathfinder PRD, the archives of nethys(a free archive of all the open source things from non-core pathfinder books), and the pathfinder wiki for the fluff.

The Exchange

Male Human Bladebound Kensai 5

While in the assembly area a young, dark complected man with a light step and ready smile moves easily through the crowd. His long hair tied back loosely around the top to keep it out of his handsome face. In stark contrast to the Knight of Iomedae, he wears little in the way of protection beyond a silk shirt and loose trousers. A scimitar rests comfortably at his side the leather around the grip worn from obvious use. Across his back is a horn shortbow, the type favored by mounted archers.

The knight's stern look does little to dissuade the young man, and in fact he seems to take it as a challenge. He's about to begin what will assuredly be an annoying conversation to the more serious minded, when the group is called to the command tent.

OOC:
I'm still trying to find a good way to get my crunch electronically. I looked at Hero Lab, but it's like $70 to add everything, and I'd rather spend that money on books. There are a few free programs, but I can't find one that includes Magus with Bladebound and Kensai. It's looking like I'll have to do it all by hand.

Female Half-Elf Rogue 3/ Urban Ranger 2

A tall attractive half elven woman in black leather armor enters the assembly so smoothly that practically no one recalls her entrance. She stands almost perfectly still, eyes scanning the area for any sign of danger, as ridiculous as that seems considering the setting.

Nodding quietly to herself she looks back over her shoulder with an encouraging smile at the mind numbingly beautiful young woman behind her, a cloak only barely capable of concealing her stunning features.

The contrast between the two is unmistakable, as while the younger of the two carries an almost golden aura around her, the half-elf seems to be a living sliver of night given silent form, a feeling of impending violence subtly radiating from her.

Liandra slowly makes her way through the assembled soldiers, as shrewd eye assessing soldiers, scanning faces until one brings a genuine grin across her lips.

Samhain. It's been a long time. Looks like he's kept himself out of trouble. she thought, remebering the encounter with the then spoiled noble that had established in her mind that everyone could be saved.

To Samhain and Iridae. Updating background to reflect shared history, and past few years in Iridae's case.

Liberty's Edge

Its been sometime since I looked at other tools, but from my experience most of them served to make the character better for use in play(such as an excel sheet giving access to all your details) rather than making the character easier to put in. I realize that just putting down all the details isn't a lot of fun, but if you do make the notes of your character I'll be putting them all through herolab anyway just for my own copies, so if you give me just a list of your choices I can give you back the information with formatting.

I won't be posting in any NPCs until we are ready to begin in the actual game thread, but just to give a bit more setting for our fiddling around here...

The inside of the commanders tent doesn't differ much from the average soldier's but for its size, the Andoran view that rank comes with responsibility but does not inherently make one better than any other man showing clearly in the decor.

Pushed to one corner of the black and blue tent is a simple cot with a travel footlocker at its base. The vast majority of the tent is taken up by a long table sporting several rings of wax on it, the remnants of late night planning sessions.

The tent's single decoration is an ornately carved wooden falcon hanging from several strings overhead.

Omaz Almas moves into the area with the trained gait of a soldier, which is only natural as he is one. His armor is at high shine, and he wears the marks of his rank and unit proudly. His polearm has a keen edge. In short, despite slightly better gear, he appears to be your standard halbredeer.

At least until one notices that the man is a Keleshite. His dark hair, almond eyes, and, of course, his exotic complexion stand out. Nevertheless, there are those that have met him, worked with him, and know him to be one of them. Omaz smiles at old friends, and new friendly faces as he moves nearer to the command tent.

I wonder what matter is arising? Some threat along the Cheliaxian border perhaps. New slaver raids along the coast?

@Zarif
There you are. I wasn't sure who Zarif was when he offered to rescue me. I saw Jodo on the list, but not you. Anyhoo, your character would have been a great rescuer with his opposition to slavery and all. But Liandra's background was just a perfect fit for Iridae's so I went that way. Looking forward to adventuring with you!

What on Earth are we doing here, with all of these...people? The slight woman hiding behind Liandra tried to pull her cowl even lower over her face. And they all seem to be staring at me. It isn't like Liandra can't find enough trouble at home, but now we're getting mixed up in...whatever needs this many soldiers. I wish everyone would stop staring at me.
Anyone that had been looking that direction would have noticed a pale young woman in a shapeless linen robe and grey cloak begin to fade away. Moments later her confident half-elven companion gave the air to her side a little jab with her elbow, and the girl came back into view.
It is difficult to make out much of her build or features beneath swaths of drab material, which couldn't be any less flattering if they were picked that way deliberately. Yet somehow the elusive flashes of delicate fingers and pearly skin are more alluring for their rarity.
Come on!Liandra pulled on Iridae's elbow, gently, but without offering refusal as a possibility.I see someone I know.Iridae sighed and followed her friend through the crowd.Li's never happier than when we're about to find trouble. And, oh gods, we must be in trouble now. She's leading us right toward that living siege machine. He looks like he could squish me with one hand.

I've put a link to an online sheet in my profile. It's not completely done, I still need my more mundane gear, pick traits, spells and figure out my spellbook, but the majority is there.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sam'hain offers Liandra a warm, if reserved, smile, his eyes showing his sincerity. He couldn't help but wiggle his toes at the sight of her; the largest one on his right foot had never quite healed right after the fire, and it was an ever present reminder of the ignorance of his youth. A more able, if unwitting, agent of Iomedae I would't be able to find. Yet, she would never admit to it.

The large young man's eyes drift behind Liandra, and he averts them quickly. She's beautiful...I wonder what part she plays in a gathering such as this.. He glances again, if only to keep her face in his memory for whatever mission was to come for those within the tent.

Ok fully updated background to reflect shared history, shifted one skill point to spend on Celestial, makes sense that she's learn it over the past 3 years.

Liberty's Edge

I'm really enjoying the shared backgrounds and connections everyone has been having. I've only gotten part way through punching in the crunch that has been put up, but I am glad we are all starting to get acquainted. Feel free to fire any questions you all have my way and continue the RP, things are looking good so we should be able to get started soon.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sorry for the wait on mine; I promise to have him ready by tomorrow!

No problem, Sam. My weekend turned to be totally insane, so I haven't had a chance to get everyone who is done into herolab yet or give a proper looking over myself. I look forward to seeing him finished.

Iridae is nearly complete, including skills now. It's all available on her avatar. I am tweaking 1 trait. Gifted Adept didn't give me the bump on cure light wounds that I was hoping for-- the spell maxes at 1d8+5 anyway.
So I wanted to exchange it for Wealthy Dabbler (+2 0-level spells) if you could accept a substituted social background that it amused a magically gifted patron to teach Iridae these tricks. ???
And...would you be willing to consider "Disrupt Undead" an orison? (1d6 vs undead) I'm not sure why its a cantrip available to arcane users but not divine.
Thanks for thinking on it.

Okay; think I'm good. Please let me know if you see errors; character creation is definitely a weakness for me.

Female Half-Elf Rogue 3/ Urban Ranger 2

Liandra grins grabbing the massive armored warrior's arm in a friendly clasp.

"Sam'hain, good to see you've managed to keep a head on those broad shoulders over the last few years."

She looks over her shoulder as her companion. "Iridae, this is Sam'hain, nowhere near as scary as he looks but every bit as good in a fight as you'd think."[b] she laughs.

[b]....and this is Iridae, I can count at least five occasions in the last 3 years where I'd be dead if it were'nt for this little lady.."

Grand Lodge

Lyra, Human Cleric of Sarenrae, 4

So that's Sam'hain? He's kind of handsome when he smiles. I wonder if Li likes him. She deserves someone like that, a big handsome shiny knight. Not a...a freak like me.

Celestial:
He's so big. How did you ever pull him even an inch? And out of a fire? You are amazing, Li.

Liandra, having learned the language her friend speaks when nervous, gives Iridae a nudge.

Celestial:
Don't be rude, Irry. He doesn't bite--often. Say hi to him.

Sam'hain is given a better look at the young woman when she briefly meets his eyes. Now that he can see her face more clearly, he may notice that her skin shimmers like an opal, with flashes of green and purple and pink. She wears a poorly-made wig of brown hair, making him wonder what she could be hiding that could possibly be worse. But most startling are her eyes, a bright violet with golden starburst pupils. Despite her drab clothes and hair, she is stunning. And she seems to bring her own cloud of fresh air with her. Even the stale air of too many men together seems freshened by her presence.H-h-hi,she stammers. Then looks quickly down again.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sam'hain smiles at Liandra warmly and offers a rigid nod. A head that wouldn't have been there if not for you, Liandra. I've learned more lessons than I can count since last we met - only to realize that there's more to learn than I ever could. Humbling...

He trails off at the introduction, and reaches past Liandra to shake Iridae's hand. The big knight, quite obviously unused to dealing with anyone but military, nearly crushes her hand with the greeting. His eyes widen at Liandra's admission. Indeed? So, the savior's been saved, as well...the shining mistress has a pattern for us all it seems. Well met, Iridae, and you have my thanks for saving a fellow servant of Iomedae.

It's apparent that Sam'hain wouldn't care what Liandra's religious affiliation may be...she's good, so she's Iomedae's to him.

The Exchange

Male Human Bladebound Kensai 5

Having lost the large knight in the shuffle towards the command tent, Zarif finds him again, and makes his way towards paladin. Zarif waits politely for a pause in the conversation. He address the tall knight, who he's seen around the barracks from time to time, but Zarif, always more of a scout and skirmisher than a front line fighter rarely had to cross paths with the man. The men seem to be fond of him, and that alone was telling. "Any idea what this is all about?" he asks, then turns to the ladies present and smiles warmly, bows and says

Celestial:
My apologies for interrupting
.

Female Half-Elf Rogue 3/ Urban Ranger 2

Liandra looked at the approaching warrior, nodding at his polite interruption, noting that he had at least made it close enough to determine what language they had been speaking.

Celestial:

"Of course."

She reaches over, taking Iridae's right hand, and knowing the strength of Sam'hain's grip gave her hand a quick, half squeeze, half massage.

celestial:

"I know it's a lot to tae in and I know there's a lot of people but just breathe ok. You'll be fine."

Grand Lodge

Lyra, Human Cleric of Sarenrae, 4

Iridae turns to Liandra, confused. You are a worshipper of Iomedae? I didn't know. The only time I've seen you in her temple was that time we...

Liandra cuts her friend off quickly. There's no need to go into all of that now. My muscle bound friend here just refuses to remember certain facts that don't suit him.

In a rare moment of earnestness, Iridae overrides Liandra. Yes, and you're wrong about me too. I didn't rescue her, she saved me. Some things are worse than death, she trails off quietly.

Any idea what this is all about? Zarif asks, then turns to the ladies present and smiles warmly, bows and says

Celestial:

My apologies for interrupting.

Zarif is also given a rare glimpse of Iridae's large, strange eyes as they widen in surprise at his silent approach. They widen farther still at hearing the rare language come from his lips.

I-I- I mean you-you speak Celestial? H-how? W-who t-taught you? She examines the newcomer discreetly.Strange, he moves like a warrior, and yet he has a strong smell of magic. She makes a quick gesture in his direction (Detect Magic) and is not surprised to find its presence all around him.

Over Zarif's shoulder, she notices a few men chortling amongst themselves and pointing her way. L-Li, c-c-could we go inside the t-tent now? M-maybe we'll find out m-more.

Something wrong, Irry?

Its j-just some p-people I've... m-m-met before. She drops her eyes, embarrassed.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sam'hain nods to Zarif, whom he had seen before and trusted in a "we're on the same side" manner. He looks suspicious when Zarif switches to a language unknown to him, and he turns his stern gaze away, as if he didn't want to listen in on a conversation to which he wasn't included.

I have no idea, though I can only imagine it's a mission of no minor importance, with those gathered. We've a rather capable force here.

Male

Overhearing the comments from the nearby group, Omaz cannot help but speculate outloud, "The high officers seem to be playing this one close to the vest. You'd have to have the eagle's eye indeed to sort out exactly what they're planning for us. Pardon me, I should not eavesdrop, but I too have been curious as to what this gathering means."

The newcomer smiles showing his perfect teeth, "A friend," he replies cryptically as he absently pats the scimitar at his side.

+ Oh we're friends now are we?
- Of course, my truest
+ Wouldn't know it by the way you neglect your duties

"and you'll want to be cautious, there are some who would take offense at being the subject of a divination," then with a wink and a sly smile he adds, "Of course I am never one to be offended when such a lovely lady wishes for a closer look. Ah what an oaf, I have embarrassed you. I must again apologize, too long in the field I fear have blunted my manners."

Sam'hain wrote:

Zarif turns serious at the knight's words, he looks around at the assmebled group, "It seems an odd mix, but definately not lacking in power or skills."

I've sort of taken liberties with my sword, I realize technically it's an NPC, but I thought I could add more flavor if I use it. If the DM has issues with that, I will refrain in the future.

Female Half-Elf Rogue 3/ Urban Ranger 2

Liandra's eyes narrow as she turns her gaze towards the direction Iridae indicates, her body language shifting in a manner that brought on an aura of violence.

She glared at the snickering men. "Sure Irry we can go inside, and maybe I'll come back out and share a few words with them."

Liberty's Edge

Alright, I should be through going over the characters tonight. Things are looking good so far, I'll post any comments I have as soon as I am through but with everyone participating here we should be able to kick things off officially tomorrow.

Also, Iridae I'm firing you a quick PM with a bit of info an answer to some of your questions from before.

Edit: Oh, and Zarif, you are doing fine with your sword. I have no trouble with you controlling it in the same way one would run his own familiar. I like that it seems to have its own personality which isn't necessarily agreeable with you.

Male Human Holy Tactician / 1

Sam'hain nods at Zarif, though he watches the exchange between Liandra and Iridae with interest. He frowns slightly, his gaze taking in the men to which the women were gesturing. There must be no strife in an officer's tent; I will have to watch those ones. He curls his hands underneath the wide belt that holds his scabbard tight to his back, then waits for the officers to arrive.

Liberty's Edge

Ok, phew, I think I finally got everyone punched in and looked over. Lot of little details to be corrected, but I don't think there was anything game breaking among it so we can likely pick up tomorrow.

Iridae

Spoiler:
Need to finish your expanded arcana.

Your 'tongues' ability has given a second language at this level.

Money spent was just a little off, have to pay for masterwork on magic gear so a +1 quarterstaff or sling is 2300. Technically your starting outfit is free and the flute you need as a focus would be 5gp(musical instrument).

All the other spell components you need have no cost listed, so don't worry about them as long as you have your pouch on you.

With all that said, you have 1115gp 9cp left.

Sam

Spoiler:
Your attributes are a bit over spent, the cheapest way I can come up with to distribute your points(between bonus for human and the +1 at level 4) has you at 31 points.

Also, it looks like you are short a feat. Outflank is a bonus, and you should have 4 others(you get a bonus for being a human).

If you adjust your stats so that you still have a 20cha, you should have 1 more 1st level spell. A 20 stat gets you +2 bonus 1st levels.

Putting 1 rank in handle animal will give you a rank of 9 rather than 8, and it looks like you still have 1 skill point to spend somewhere.

For your gear, don't forget that a weapon needs a +1 on it before you can add a special property. A +1 greyflame greatsword is too expensive for you, so I am assuming it is +1 for now.

In the same style, weapons/armor have to be masterwork before they can be enchanted. With that in mind, if it is a +1 greatsword, you will end up with 584gp 9sp left to spend.

Zarif

Spoiler:
It looks like you have 2 more points to spend in attributes if you start your dex at 15 and raise it to the 18 with the +1 at 4th level and the +2 for human.

Your knowledge:arcana and spellcraft should be class skills for you so should be 3 points higher.

You have far more skill points than you accounted for. 2(class) + 3(int) + 1(human) means you have 30 to spend and you have only used 20 so far.

Your intelligence item, once worn for 24 hours is considered a permanent bonus, so it will add to your skill points also. Basically you pick a skill when you buy the item and that skill always has max ranks while you wear it.

Also, don't forget that if magus is your favored class you get to choose either a bonus skill point or hit point each level.

I haven't giving it a thorough combing, but just giving a quick read you have some spells in your spell book that aren't on the magus list such as mage armor. The magus spell list is more limited than a wizards.

Also, you are not actually proficient with your shortbow in case you wish to change that.

Liandra

Spoiler:
You seem to have overspent by 5 on your skillpoints even assuming that your favored class are used for them. By my count you should have 46 points and you are spending 51.

Also, Knowledge:Dungeoneering is a class skill for you so if you have just 1 rank in it you should have a 5 instead of a 2.

A few questions with your gear. Between weapons and armor it looks like you have overspent and I am not sure if you realize you aren't proficient with the repeating crossbow.

With your potions, expeditious retreat can't be made into a person because it is personal.

With all that said and done, without having the repeating crossbow(figuring you are getting something else) or the potion, you should have 298gp, 9sp, 9cp left over.

Omaz

Spoiler:
I couldn't find anything that seemed to hold an issue. Quite impressive and good job!

Tarlane:
figured you'd have some notes; stupid character creation. I adjusted the abilities a bit; here's how I got to where I am: 10 pts ea for 16 str and cha, 5 pts to get wis and con fo 12 and dex to 11. Then, added 1 to dex for my level and 2 to cha for being human. Then, added 2 more to cha for my silly headband. Sound okay?

I'll add the skill pt to perception, and will pick another feat and spell today.

For the weapon, I assumed that I could get +1 or grayflame; does it need to be +1 before I add grayflame, or can the sword just be a grayflame greatsword, no +?

Female Half-Elf Rogue 3/ Urban Ranger 2

Tarlane:

Revised skillpoints, dropped +1 Repeating crossbow for Masterwork heavy crossbow, and dropped potion of expeditious retreat

I read that, but didn't get how it worked, that makes sense now, will fix that.

DM wrote:

I'm pretty sure I added those to Hit Points, but will verify

I used my 3rd level Arcana for Spellblending, it allows me to take 2 lower level spells from Wizard's list. I used it get get Mage Armor and Touch of Gracelessness.

DM wrote:

It says Magus is proficient with all Simple and Martial weapons does that not apply to Ranged?

I'll fix the other things too.

Nevermind figured out the Weapon proficientcy thing, I'll fix that too... Although I can't figure out why I can't edit my previous post.

Need to finish your expanded arcana. Is there something I need to do here?

Your 'tongues' ability has given a second language at this level. I took Sylvan- it's available to Aasimar

OK, I will adjust money on my avatar.

For traits I am replacing Gifted Adept with Wealthy Dabbler. And the zero level spells I will take with that are 'message' and 'disrupt undead'.(thanx) Technically WD has to be only non-damaging cantrips, so I'll count 'purify food and drink' as the 2nd WD zero level spell. But the end result is that message and disrupt undead are the ones I'm adding to my list because of the trait.
Even tho its not that powerful, its nice to have something in my back pocket if I dont want to burn a heal spell on undead.

I am also reconsidering 'abundant ammunition' as a spell if Liandra doesn't have the repeating crossbow. I will look options over. The spell adjustments will all be on the character avatar sometime today.

Thanks for the PbP tip. I will be mindful of it in the future.

@Sam'hain

Spoiler:
Damn, boy. Yer almost as pretty as I am. And close to being as good a healer too. Mebbe I shoulda been a paladin... Lol.

Spoiler:
No kidding; too bad RP romances are so hard to pull off; we'd make for quite the pair!

Liberty's Edge

Sam

Spoiler:
Ah! That was my problem with the attribute points. For some reason I wasn't putting together that you had your helm of charisma already added in. That makes the points work out just fine.

The weapon does need to have +1 on it already before you can put any other bonuses, so it can't be a greyflame without being a +1 greyflame.

Lia

Spoiler:
Sounds good and was easy enough.

Iridae

Spoiler:
For the expanded arcana you just needed to pick your extra spell, when I looked at the character before you hadn't done that yet but from a glance it looks like its done now.

Also, no problem with changing the traits or your spell as we haven't started yet. Things are looking good now.

Jodokai

Spoiler:
The spell blending would work for that, good catch. And it looks like you spotted where the weapon proficiency came from.

As for the hit points you may well have. To be honest as long as the HP was in a reasonable range I just took everyone's word on what they rolled instead of going to look it up. Since they hadn't gone into skill points and that is a new rule to PF I just wanted to make sure you were aware of it.

Alright, it looks like everything is lined up. I'll let those minor corrections get made and will have an introductory post sometime tonight based on how kind work is to me.

Spoiler:
Great! I'll finish up with the feats and spells. Stinks about grayflame, though. I may change up the equipment slightly.

Spoiler:
So I exchanged Abundant Ammo for Obscuring Mist. Everything's updated on the Avatar, including the changes above, and a revised version of the backstory to include Liandra.

@Sam

Spoiler:
No fair! A helm of charisma? Still, at the end of the campaign they should go make babies for the enhancement of the human race. I wonder if Iridae can find a burlap sack of charisma somewhere?

From Zarif:
"and you'll want to be cautious, there are some who would take offense at being the subject of a divination," then with a wink and a sly smile he adds, "Of course I am never one to be offended when such a lovely lady wishes for a closer look. Ah what an oaf, I have embarrassed you. I must again apologize, too long in the field I fear have blunted my manners."

Eep! I-I'm s-sorry. I was j-just.. I'm s-sorry.Iridae realizes she's mainly used her talents to observe or spy on other spellcasters. She really doesn't know what the protocols are for a potential teammate.

From Liandra:
She glared at the snickering men. "Sure Irry we can go inside, and maybe I'll come back out and share a few words with them."

N-No Lia, just let it go. Let's just go see what we can find out inside.

Is there a knack for cutting and pasting from other peoples posts?

Okay I've corrected everything, but the stats. I keep doing the math and it comes out right the way I have it, I mean I'd love the extra points and all but not sure I deserve them. Someone tell me if my math is off:
STR 11 (1)
DEX 15 (7)
CON 14 (5)
INT 16 (10)
WIS 10 (0)
CHA 12 (2)
(25)
Then I add 2 to DEX for being human, and +1 to DEX at level 4. Is that right?

Some of us have to cheat to look this good...

Liberty's Edge

Alright, I got a first pose up on the PBP forum, so we can move the RP there as soon as we are ready! I was really exceptionally wordy. That generally can talk.

[url=http://paizo.com/forums/dmtz59by?The-Barons-Tower]

Also, to answer some of the questions from above. Jodokai, you had asked a bit ago and I missed it about why you couldn't edit your last post. You can only edit posts for an hour after you made them.

I am not seeing where the difference in stat points were right now but I'm still at work. Once I get home I'll check my note and how I did the stats in herolab to give it to you.

Liberty's Edge

Now it keeps not letting me edit my post so it might not have been a time issue, Jodokai. May be glitching right now.

I was trying to adjust my link above.
