Likely just means it's aimed at girls and thus not all guys will like it.
This.
Stereotypes are not OK, but there are still generalities. They're hard to separate, but still there.
Especially genetic ones like gender bias.
But when we use generalities to enforce cookie cutter designs on people, that's when it becomes not OK.

That some boys like
Not all girls like it
My little brother loves it, I find it overly cheesy but whenever I am required to look after him, I love looking for the brown ponie with an hourglass on his rump (cute mark I think it's called supposed to represent what your good at, but usually rather vague unless I'm mistaken) he's never "alone" he always has at least one other ponie (derpy for example) he's usually a regular ponie but I've once seen him as a Pegasus yesterday I saw him trot by wearing 3-d glasses and I laughed out loud
And magic, a massive part of gender bias is cultural

I made his "stone" arm adamantine mechanicly for hulk smash moments and to use as a shield. Now I know he can't punch through adamantine :)M'kay.
Not sure you wrote this to me, I have an issue with knowing who's writing to whom.
No it was in reference to the adamantine ammo discussion.

Also I've been dealing with very clingy anxious child today, so apologies for the lack of posting. It's just been one of those days.
I read the first book, it was surprisingly good.
And I think this even when I'm a boy IRL!!!
Good books are not gender specific. :)
Pretty sure that my ten year old will enjoy it too now that I'm done with it. Maybe. He still thinks anything with romance is ewww, but it has enough funny that he might overlook the (tiny bit of) romance this time.
We'll see how long I can make my will save before buying the second book. :)

Actually, it is now known that gender bias (with the exception of a very small list of physical traits) is 100% cultural, in fact the gender bias is even reversed in those societies where women are placed above men.
Thus, gender bias has no genetic basis. (except that small selection of physical traits, like body parts, and musculature.)

Note, The bags Vickory handed out contain a selection of wands in rolled bundles.
The healing bundles contain Cure and Inflict, 2 wands of each, dealing 3d8+5.
The stealth bundles contain Greater invisibility, See Invisibility, Knock, Detect Secret Doors, and Arcane Lock.
The Combat bundles (which are on top and easiest to grab) are a loop which can be worn like a bandolier, and contain Lightning Bolt 5d6, Fireball 5d6, Acid Arrow 2d4 for 2 rounds, True Strike, Shield, Diamond Spray 5d6, Stoneskin, Windwall, Protection from Energy 60pts, Fire Shield, Fire Wall, Storm Step, and Black Tentacles.
The specialty bundles contain Major Image, Storm Step, Suggestion, Tongues, Unseen Servent, Haunting Mists, Web,Endure Elements, Spiderclimb, Make Whole, Drench, Fly, Ice Wall, Stone Shape, and Nixie's Lure.
Vickory expected to be to at least run over the list with everyone before leaving, but oh well.
To note, I can generally post every one to two days, usually late at night (read midnight to early morning is my lunchtime).

Vickory... Regarding:
Cultist Kill Team
Vickory pulls out a wand and disappears from sight, then she trades out for a wand of Stone Shape and puts on the combat bundle loop as she falls down the hole. She hits the ground and starts "cutting" the stone pillars into slices. The cuts are at an angle so the slices slide off into the group of cultists, away from her allies.
Please list spells you're using. If that is, or stealth? I'm not a mind reader.
As for the stone slices, you can shape stone, not separate parts. What's the intention here? I'm going to assume this is your next two actions, per combat rounds, fair?

Vickory West |

Okay, I used Greater Invisibility.
As for stone shape, I took what I thought was one piece, and started shaping it into pieces, even if I lose control over the additional pieces, it doesn't really matter because once the shape of the cuts is in, gravity does the rest. If I really need to, I can leave a 1/32 of an inch connection till I'm done and let gravity break that tiny bit.
Anyway, the intention is to get stone falling on top of cultists, as well as the cover which gets left behind.
I figure it will take a few rounds (at least one for each pillar), as long as she is left alone for that long, hence the invisibility.
(personally I would never have thought to describe stealth as disappearing from sight, but that must be just me I guess)

Okay, thanks-- I did ask for spells listed, so, when there wasn't any listed in your post, I figured one thing, then sought to clarify...
To be clear then, your intentions are to cause pillar re shaped chunks to begin falling atop the various cultist types from the twenty to thirty foot tall pillars via gravity alone. Correct?
Otherwise, just slithering about with your wand of Stone Shaping in hand.
Sound right?

Reaplings are a race (more like a template) of half-constructs. They have a skeleton that is crafted which acts as a base for a magic ritual to create life around. The ritual uses modified black blood and a magic item. The magic item is the anchor for the artificial soul of the reapling, and is inside the reapling's body. The black blood flows through supporting and maintaining the body. Because the magic forms itself to the crafted skeleton, reaplings can take many different shapes, though any humanoid aspects generally look like a female elf due to Shiara Sorenson using her own blood in the process. Skeletons of other creatures can also be used if treated properly (such as the dragon skeleton that was used to make the fourth great queen). Skeletons and blood of a highly magical creature (like dragons) if used can give even greater power the resultant reapling.
You can find out more in the link in my profile, though that thread is a bit outdated.

Every time I read Mr.Maftet's name all I can think is the Prince Ali song from Aladdin. XD
That song is now stuck in my head, thanks for that,
why, prey tell, does the song come to mind?…....…......…….….…..............….…..…….....………..........
Well, when I say always, in this instance I'm more referring to the last several years, since the first time watching it after going to TV Tropes,
Anyway, when Aladin made his wish it was to become a prince specifically his words were "genie I wish for you to make me a prince"
And then in the musical number you see a whole parade of people, maybe a small but wealthy city-state type nation worth of people, dancing girls with veils, people carrying weird bells on a stick, cooks, jugglers, swordsmen, a zoo, buff guard type people, 40 floating Islamic monk, fire spiters, fire twirlers, enough people to carry "75 golden camels" (so at least 150 for that job) not to mention all the bowls of coinage, Bakers, ballon floats like on the Macy's thanksgiving day parade balloon, according to "how it works" a Macy's parade balloon requires 50-75 people all of which must be at least 120 pounds an in good physical condition, the people in the video looked to be about 180+ pounds and the balloon looked on the small end of it, call it 50-55 people per balloon,
Then there were the people on the floats, one of which had a rather large number of rather docile peacocks (53 of them), and "He's got slaves, he's got servants and flunkies"
Anyway the point is, loads of people, several hundred at least and a diverse group of them at that
Where did they come from
Where did all those people come from, first thing that comes to mind is the least disturbing
They're illusions, made by the genie
This is a fairly nice one, but unfortunately it's the easiest to debunk
Firstly most important debunk, it would violate the terms of the wish he said "make me a prince" not "make me look like a prince" he even said that it wasn't enough when he had the elephant and clothes,
Second the people and objects in the parade interact with others, such as when he threw gold and people snatched it off of the ground, and when they burst down the door,
so he's a prince, but where of,
Next possibility, he created an entire country, possibly as small as a city state, possibly something the size of Egypt or Israel, out of nothing, and populated it with people then transported some or all of them to Agrabah for a musical number
This possibility is kinda disturbing for it's implications, he made an entire nation, buildings, animals, sapient life out of nothing, and as The ending shows, he's far from the strongest genie out there what can they do that he can't
Third possibility, he created the buildings gold and possibly the animals, but is either incapable to/would find easier not to make life/sapient life
So he brainwashed an army of people and made them dance in a musical number
To quote the song "Proud to work for him
They bow to his whim,
love serving him
They're just lousy with loyalty to Ali!"
