As soon as Ace figures out the new patient is a Plot, he hurries to the plot, possibly pushing slow moving NPC medics and other insignificant thing like players out of his way, the plot needed Ace-ness now. Rushing to the plots side, he begins to check it over, looking for any signs he can shoehorn in some Ace-goodness, aside from the obvious.
Ace go's off to get some wetwipes, hes ace-ness spent.

I should think casting a spell would break the fascinate only if it is directed at the target or was obviously an attack spell. But that could be just me.
I personally dissagree, as one, the spell must be identified, and two even the most peaceful spell can easily be seen as a threat.
By obvious I meant something like flames shooting out of one's fingertips.
Also the rule says "at the fascinated creature" (granted english has no good way to discern whether a clause like this applies to one item, multiple items, or all items of a list)
Thus I figure a nearby caster casting light or using prestidigitation to clean the bar, would go mostly unnoticed ordinarily, thus how can it be seen as threatening?
Now if the fascinated target had absolutely never seen magic do anything other than attack, perhaps then they might react to someone casting Light, but in general magic does as much if not more out of combat than in combat (except for adventurers who see more combat than anything else and for whom the day to day details get overlooked by their players)
True, but until it takes effect, to prove otherwise, is there a reason to expect it to be an attack, rather then something harmless?

Mostly, I can use the business center wifi if I am just in front of the window, when I'm alone anyway. It is still slow and sometimes it cuts out from being weak, mostly depends on how long I can wait around for it, today is unusual. The dogs woke me up because of next door movers.

It sounds like per character. Also, there's already a farmville mini system in place. However, its a lot more in depth, and useful.
Course, Plants v Zombies is in WoW too.
However, this new garrison concept is much like what Warcraft, the RTS, was like, long before World of Warcraft, and Facebook existed, let along farmville.
Its sounds so incredibly awesome and epic, and I seriously hope it ends up being all its hyped up as. I am super excited.
