Is there any way to also increase the Str or Dex damage from Vital Strike feat chain? (so the stat would double, triple, etc. as well as the damage dice). The question pertains specifically to a firearm with a Gunslinger. Thank you in advance
Nope. You could try Devastating Strike though.

Also a related question: Does magical enhancements (+1,+2, etc.) and other bonuses to damage (Weapon Spec, etc.) multiply?

Lord Phrofet: Nothing other than weapon damage. Try increasing that (Enlarge, Giant Form, etc.)
