GM, would I be allowed to respond to Kelris and climb aboard prior to festivities starting?
If yes:
Sabert climbs swiftly aboard the vessel, and graces the deck with a beaming smile and a deep bow. However, as the call to arms goes up, his smile turns into a sneer of challenge as he whips out his rapier and begins to sing, inspiring his companions to acts of courage and glory through retelling the mighty deeds of the heroes of yore and pathfinder of the past.
+1/+1, +1 vs fear and charm effects. 1/7 rounds
If no:
Sabert curses as he is too slow to make it to the deck before the all too perceptive creatures above spot Aura in her attempt to sneak aboard. He lifts up his voice, confident that the others can hear him as he begins a rousing song of the mighty deeds of warriors and the thrashing that they gave their enemies. Carefully, he climbs the ladder and over the gunwale.

Now that I think about it, without the ability to draw (move), attack (standard) and sing (standard) all at once it doesn't really matter if I am on board or not.. damn +0 BAB for making me use a standard action to draw!!

I'd assume'd you would have been near the top of the ladder because Kelris called you up.
Aura's dagger slips between the scales of Curtzog's armor, causing him to curse and sputter as it leaves a clean line along his side. "Repel boarders! I repeat, repel boarders!" His greatsword clears his back and is waved about rather impressively, the speed it is moving allowing it to sing as it cuts the air.

The hold of the At Sea has been outfitted to allow for easy access from above and a mixture of live and boxed cargo. Iron rings attached to the inside of the hull on both sides provide anchor points for manacles.
Along the port side, iron cages have been bolted to the floorboards
and hull. Barrels of potable water and crates filled with dried carnivore feed are packed into several sections of the hold. There are two doors toward the stern. Four slaves are chained to the starboard side's iron rings. Three are Keleshite and Vudrani humans, the last is a gnome who has been gagged in addition to the manacles holding her in place.
A half-elf holding a rapier stands beside the stairwell threatening you. Inside an open cage on the port side is a squat, powerful, and vaguely canine beast. Foul-smelling fluids ooze from weeping sores across its scaly skin.
