male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Kravok enters the room using a bandana to cover his mouth.
Fortitude: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
Making his way through the smoke it does not seem to bother him mostly holding his breath so as not to inhale any smoke. But his constitution being pretty strong and the smoke light right now he is not too concerned.
He glances around the room to see if anything can be found if he does not see anything looks for a door or entry further into the store.
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
Fortitude
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
The Crimson Masque...has no problems with the smoke either, and tries to keep up with the Badger. He doesn't have darkvision, though.
Bribes always welcome
The room they enter seems to be a cleanup room. Tables with porcelain tops abound with various alembics, beakers, and tubes. A deep sink with a pump sits on a wall. A door sits closed on the other side of the room. There are shelves of boxes and jars along the walls as well. The flagstone floor slopes to a large rusty iron drain set in the center.
Actions?
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
The Masque crosses the room, glances at the jars and boxes and feels the handle to the closed door. Is it warm?
Perception 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0
Bribes always welcome
The doorhandle feels fine. The Masque squints at the jars, but it is dark, and the smell of the room reminds him of a bar he used to frequent, that had the most sexy elf waitress...
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Kravok takes a look at the jars on the table to look and see if they say anything.
Bribes always welcome
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
he takes a look around at the jars and boxes to see if there is anything of value.
If not he moves towards the next room Smashing down the door if locked.
Strength Check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Bribes always welcome
in the darkness it is hard to see anything among the racked carboys and alembic jugs. Kravok shrugs and puts a hobnailed boot to the door. His kick shatters the door, revealing a smoke-filled hallway. There are two doors on either side of the hall, and one at the end. The one at the end has smoke puffing from underneath it.
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
Like a crimson streak (or maybe an electric blue streak, I forget) the Masque is down the hallway, opening all the doors and peeking in, only proceeding to the room with the smoke emanting after clearing the previous two.
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Kravok readies his weapons and looks to the door on the left first.
If locked he uses hid special brand of key
Mad Badger's Key: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
then takes a look inside.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
Then the right door.
Strength Check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
looks inside
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Bribes always welcome
the Masque zips forward, only to find all doors locked. He touches the far door and finds it hot
Perception roll plz
Kravok nears the door on the left. He kicks it in, revealing an alchemists wet dream. Glass tubing loops and dips in intricate whorls, some attached to beakers still bubbling under spirit lamps. Jars of different substances line the wall. They are labelled in Abyssal
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Knowing Abyssal he takes a look at the labels and see if there is anything of worth taking.
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
If there is nothing that looks like it is of use he moves to the next room.
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
Perception: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4
Bribes always welcome
The Masque hears a lot of kerfuffle behind the door. Crashes, hollering, glass breaking
The Mad Badger squints in the darkness. The labels are in a spidery hand, and say things like: Catoblepas blood. Frezzig root. Jellysnake acid.
Assuming no interest
Kravok's next kick doesn't break the next door down. He'll need to do another. As he readies for another boot to the door, the door the Masque is by flies open suddenly
DC 15 Reflex or be knocked off your feet Masque
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
He does not take an interest unless he knows they may have worth on the market.
(Knowledge local?/ Appraise:?)
He moves to take another shot at the door when the door flies open he turns to see what may have done that. Readying DOOM to help him address any threat.
Bribes always welcome
Appraise might work, or any alchemical knowlege
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Having neither of those he moves to the hallway and tries to break down the other door.
When the door by Masque bursts open it catches his attention and moves towards it weapon at the ready.
Bribes always welcome
When the door flies open the Badger sees a dark looming humanoid shape in the room. It is backlit by the fire behind it, so it is hard to see more than blackness
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
"What do you want?" He says in Abyssal.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
He can't make out the figure with his darkvision because of the fire?
He moves to protect Masque from Attack DOOM firmly in his hands. he readies and action but does not attack yet.
Bribes always welcome
You know, I thought it would but the rules say no so ....
A large humanoid stumps into the hallway. It is all twisted, some sort of Gnoll mixed with ... Something Abyssal.
"I want you to stop robbing me mistresses store, thief!"
Still need that Reflex roll Crimmy
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard

He charges forward with DOOM in hand.
Attack with DOOM: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 9 + 2 = 121d10 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
I added +2 for charge, then I added +2 power attack so with 2 handed weapon it is 1.5 damage
Bribes always welcome
Sorry. Had to check the intimidate roll. It was ineffective.
The gnoll snarls, hefting a large falchion. He wears a set a spiky plate, the kind so favored by the folks on the planes.

The Badger wades in with DOOM, but trips on Masque's prone form.
If you could roll a fumble confirm, Ser Badger
The Masque winces as the Badger's hobnailed boot kicks into his arm painfully. He scrambles to regain his footing.
I'm assuming you wish to get up. That is going to give Gnolly Pants an AoO
AoO on the Masque: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (13) + 19 = 322d4 + 10 ⇒ (3, 3) + 10 = 16
The wickedly edged falchion bites into Crim's side as he regains his footing
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard

male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Reflex Check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22

Good rolls. Your acrobatic check takes a full round, so no attack this round
The Masque throws his legs over his head as the gnoll stomps towards him. He Pistons his arms as his body rolls, throwing himself backward in a flip, landing lightly and preparing to fight.
The Badger windmills a bit, but stays ready. The gnoll snarls and attacks, his falchion stabbing out with blinding speed
ATK/DAM: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (20) + 19 = 392d4 + 10 ⇒ (1, 4) + 10 = 15

The serrated sword punches into the Badger. Blood wells from a deep wound
Your actions!
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
The Masque didn't feel entirely right about this fight, but as he looks over and sees Badger's entrails hanging from his stomach, he yells in rage and becomes a whirring blur of cape and blades.

just a question Crimmy. The Improved feint bluff roll. What does that do? I can't find a ruling
Bribes always welcome
Thanks!
The Masque's thrusts and flashing cape befuddles the large gnoll, who tries to look six different ways at once, rather unsuccessfully
Dex bonus denied
Despite his confusion, the spiked plate deflects the Masque's slender blade
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Is Badger now in combat? Can he get his full attack now or just one attack?
Bribes always welcome
he get full attacks! Swing away!

Of course Gnolly Boy does too next time...
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue

I should do another crit confirm on that 20 crit confirm, but that is just cruel...
The heavy falchion cleaves into Badger mercilessly
From his back comes another squeaky
"CURATIO!!!"
CCW: 4d8 + 8 ⇒ (2, 6, 3, 1) + 8 = 20
BATTER UP!
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Badger staggers back at the huge blow he just took. But it seems to just get the orc more angry.
"This is one of the better fights I have had in a long time. Too bad it will need to end ... for you."
Upper cut: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 311d10 + 22 ⇒ (2) + 22 = 24
down swing: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 231d10 + 22 ⇒ (6) + 22 = 28
Then reaches in for a bite while failing away.
Bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 71d4 + 19 ⇒ (2) + 19 = 21
Bribes always welcome
The Badger smacks the plated gnoll about. He snaps his jaws at the gnoll as he swings, his teeth barely missing the furry neck of his foe. Blood splatters the narrow hall as Kravok's heavy flail crunches into the gnoll's side, crumpling his plate. Despite taking a brutal amount of damage, the gnoll is still standing. He doesn't look like he will be much longer
We just need the Masque's actions and then he'll get another poke at you. Assuming he's still up.

He's readying his action and will attack soon. He is unaffected by the charm
male half-orc Barbarian-6th/1st Rogue
Badger gives him a questioning look. Already in a bloody frothing rage not sure he will parley with anyone at this moment.
Bribes always welcome
True. The Badger is in a rage. Do you want to try an attack or a spell Masque? I can retcon
Male Sexy 7th-level Bard
No. I tried and I failed. 'S alright.
'S just, we were walking around and saw this place on fire. We were looking for people...or merchandise...to rescue, weren't looking for a fight, really.
The Masque smiles.
