To be clear, Ramul's planning on hurling blasts into the darkness till the thing comes out, but to get things started...
Ramul takes up a position about ten feet from the darkness, hopefully giving the group enough to react should the thing respond to his attacks. Then he lets electricity flow through him for several seconds before unleashing a volley of blasts.

Cerio readies an attack with his motes, should the little bugger show its face.

You set up by the door and watch the unnatural darkness with resolve. Campus and Ramul start the show, with the former calling upon her god's power and the latter beginning a light show of epic proportions.
After Campus's divine call, you hear nothing. Then, after one of Ramul's strikes, still nothing. But as another, then another is hurled into the room, you hear it - a strange cacophony of children's wails, sobs, and sorrowful songs. It comes closer, until the creature steps out of the darkness. The small figure is clothed in cobwebs and wispy white trails of what once may have been clothes. It's emaciated body is covered in sickly translucent skin. You sense emotion but can't see it in the expression-less fox skull atop its shoulders. The horrible sound about it grows louder as it attacks!
Anyone within 10 feet is subject to its aura of sobs: -1 to attack, damage, and will saves. Since Cerio, Klassalka, and Ulfric had readied actions, they will trigger and you'll act right before the creature. Campus, sorry I only had you for one round, but feel free to assume you had readied an action after your initial channel, then your turn would be the same as above. Initiatives below.

Campus: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

Cerio shrieks when the horrible little fox skull appears, reflexively firing off his motes.
DC 16 Reflex save to negate 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 cold damage.

Ulfric Bjarnasson |

Unable to block its retreat, Ulfric will help Klassalka grapple it.
Grapple Aid Another for Klassalka: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
If I misread that and Klassalka wasn't going to try and grapple it Ulfric will simply stand and hope people will back up so it can move away from the doorway.

GM Nayr |

Campus, Klassalka, and Ulfric all fall upon the creature - the former stabbing and the latter two trying to grab it. Alas, the creature proves just slippery enough to escape the holds, and it smoothly dodges the strike.
Without any emotion on the odd skull, it surges towards Klassalka in a biting and grabbing frenzy.
Bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24
Damage: 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2
Touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Both attacks hit, and Klassalka immediately feels the odd effects she'd experienced before begin to take hold.
DC16 will save or become fatigued for 1 hour. And - another DC16 will save or lose your voice for 1 hour. Everyone's up! By the way, but the looks of the figure, at least one of Ramul's blasts hit it.

Klassalka Huhl |

Will vs Fatigue: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Will vs Voice: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Klassalka scarcely registers the bites- despite a minor wave of fatigue hitting her- as she goes for a second grab, not intending to let it get beyond her clutches a second time!
Grapple check: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 2 + 2 - 1 = 23

Cerio Dreswitch |

Cerio fires again, unable to fathom the poor luck they're having with this guardian of the dark.

Ramul forms another ball of electricity in his hands before sending it in the creature's direction. He can tell he's already weakened it some, hopefully their combined efforts will finally be able to end its threat.
Electric Blast: 1d20 + 6 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 1 - 4 = 18 (+1 from Point-Blank Shot, shooting into melee, against touch)
Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 2 + 1 = 8

Reflex save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
The creature is able to somehow squirm in Klassalka's grasp enough to avoid the effects of Cerio's spell, however, it has no such luck against the ensuing attacks from Cerio's allies. Ulfric and Campus both stab at the creature with powerful, focused strikes, and Ramul's blast slams into it, eliciting even more squirming.
Desperately, the creature tries to wriggle out of Klassalka's grasp.
CMB: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Her iron grip holds fast against the much weaker and smaller form.
Everyone up! He's hurt bad, and still held in place.

Ramul tries to aid in finishing off the creature, but his blast misses its mark. He only hopes he manages to avoid his companions as well.

Cerio summons another cascade of cold against the creature, wondering if his powers are any use at all.
Black Motes: DC 16 Reflex save to avoid 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 cold damage.

Klassalka Huhl |

Klassalka digs in her grip and leans backward, slamming the creature to the ground to pin it.
Grapple check: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 1 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 + 2 + 2 - 1 + 5 = 27 (as before, +5 because already grappled. If successful, it's at -4 AC and loses dex bonus)

Reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Among the array of attacks aimed at the little creature, only Cerio's black motes land on it. But, that proves to be enough, as the creature falls limp in Klassalka's arms. Klassalka carries through with her maneuver in an attempt to pin the creature to the ground, but instead smashes its bones into dust as whatever unholy power had imbued it does so no longer.

Ramul relaxes a bit as the creature finally dies. The fight was much more difficult than the kineticist would have liked. It doesn't bode well for any other evils they may yet encounter in the asylum.
"We'll have to make do, Campus. Now if only we could get rid of this blasted darkness."

Ulfric Bjarnasson |

Trying to see if there's anything that could still harm them in the darkness, Ulfric goes to the door and sweeps the room with detect evil.
"We can at least check for magical items, if one of you could detect magic over the room." Ulfric says "Me might miss anything normal, but I don't really feel like stumbling through the darkness."

Ulfric's detections come up with no evidence of evil. Further detection for magical auras also bring up nothing...the room seems to be clean.
As you go about your search, you find that the room begins to lighten of its own accord. Within about a minute, there's a faint ambient light that is cast into the room.
As if an explosion tore this room apart, furniture, racks of blunt weapons, padded restraints, and glass lamps lay shattered to pieces and scattered to the corners. The walls are bare and room's center lies perfectly open. There is a pair of doors to the north, and a single door to the east within the room.

Cerio stares slackjawed, astounded that he'd actually hit.
"Thar." He points to the single door. "Prolly a closet. Make sure there ain't no bogeymen gon' jump out behind us. "

Campus can see a low desk sitting behind a window that passes into a room beyond. Behind it an empty door frame opens into a ransacked storage room, its floor covered in broken class and opalescent stains. Ulfric does not detect evil on the other side of the door. While Campus gets the general idea of a layout of the room beyond, she can't see around the other walls into the northern chamber.

Ulfric leads into the room, which appears to be a nurse's station of some sort. In the northern end of the room are multiple overturned glass-front cabinets that apparently once housed the multitude of supplies now strewn about the floor. The room is a dead end, which may be why there are currently three occupants within, looking about in confusion.
The three men, dazed with a glassy look in their eyes, look up as you enter, and raise their clubs in what looks to be a muddled defense.

Ulfric steps into the room, pulling out his sword and shield.
"Lay down your arms and surrender! We mean you know hard but circumstances dictate that we give no chances!" Ulfric roars as we swings his blade at the one closest him.

Ramul is dismayed as his companions rush to attack the men. Hadn't Ulfric already determined that there was no evil to be found in this room?
Deciding to try a more diplomatic approach, Ramul says to the men, "This doesn't have to end with violence or death. Let's talk about this. Maybe we can work something out."

"Erm hi fellers. Ya'll lost, too?" Cerio smiles a yellow smile from the back.

The group launches into action, their experiences within the asylum causing them to doubt the nature of anything they see. Klassalka lands a mighty punch on one of the men, knocking him back and onto his backside. The man sputters and coughs, and a halo of smoke wafts out about his head.
Campus launches an attack at another, but snags her spear on a table leg and misses. Ramul and Cerio meanwhile attempt to calm the situation even as Ulfric hurls threats and slashes with his sword, slicing into one of the men and drawing blood.
The man on his backside looks up at Klassalka as if to say "what gives", while the man whom Ulfric cut looks down at the blood welling up on his arm in complete fascination.
The third man stands with a club in hand, though he seems uneasy on this feet. His eyes widen as he sees the forces arrayed against him. Whoa...you guys don't look like big fluffy bears. Vin said he heard bears.

Noticing the oddity, Ramul says to his companions, "I don't believe these fellows are entirely in control of their own faculties. They likely don't actually mean us harm. They're just deluded at the moment. Perhaps we should withdraw and come back when they're more in control of themselves."

Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
"Lets get them out of this room." Ulfric says to his companions. "I am sorry for harming you, let me help."
Ulfric will lay on hands the man he cut, and try to guide him out of the room.
