Apologies for slowing down over the weekend, a very busy few days (including a second trip to see Mad Max in iMax) coupled with the Paizo site being quite unstable – everything seems to have calmed down a little now though.

EaClairaudience / Clairvoyance needs the place where you are watching to be familiar – or at least an obvious location… so I’m going to allow you to place it along the corridor, beyond where it turns out of sight…

The corridor is a relatively narrow passageway and, coupled with the poor lighting, is not an appealing prospect as somewhere to encounter something unfriendly… so, it is bad news indeed when Ea – her eyes unfocussed as she looks beyond what may be seen – confirms that something is approaching…

    Ea:
The passageway beyond the corner is equally tight and narrow… and, moving slowly along it, a phosphorescent green serpent… it is large enough that it fills the entire corridor – and, as you look a little closer, seems slightly translucent – as it moves along the passageway, you can still just about make out the shape of the corridor through its body.

The odd mix of levity, frustration, and pre-battle rage tickled along the warrior's spine, setting him on edge with an unusual clarity.

His veined muscular arms bulged as his blood began to flow vigorously. He chopped at the air between him and the massive snake with rapid circular swipes that hummed with every stroke.

...the gas continues to pour from the open mouths of the snakes - filling the room with a choking vapour...

Everyone must make a DC22 (yes, it has gone up!!!) Fortitude Save or be Staggered - if you are already Staggered, you will fall Unconscious.

Everyone may take their turn now.

Once more fighting off the effects of the strange creeping gas, Murassa charged his off hand with sparking energy before rushing forward and attacking with both spell and blade.

Move action to move towards the serpent thing, then attack with weapon and shocking grasp spell.
