I have you guys at a quick pace to make up time as it is critical.

Okay, Jarl and Venkri. You turn around a bend and see six guards heading down a hall towards you. They spot you and ready for battle.

You are not far from the ship and could make it back to the hanger in six rounds.

You have the initiative on these guys.

Jarl manages to drop one foe. Venkru misses with the grenade and the guards manages to avoid damage.

They return fire in a vicious volley.

Jarl Takes 22 vitality and Venkru takes 16.

You are at one end and they are at the other. Luckily they don't have much cover but neither do you. If you pull back around the corner you can gain cover but that will use a move action to do so.

Make sure no one is reading spoilers not meant for you.

Venkru and Jarl:

You both pull back and head to the hanger attempting to lead the guards on.

I am going to speed this a bit

Venkru takes rear as Jarl is more hurt. Every so often Venkru pops a shot at the following guards from cover.

One shot does graze a guard but none of the guards hit Venkru.

They follow you all the way to the hanger.

You emerge out into the hanger, the guards are not far behind.

Those of you still sitting in the ship see Venkru and Jarl emerge into the hanger. They are moving quickly and with purpose.

Well that didnt take long...hmmm...I dont see the prisoners...guess it was a bust.

Kloh cranked up the engines and sent the droideka down to the boarding ramp to cover to the two soldiers.

Lets see what this baby has in the way of firepower.

Kloh you know the guns on this ship are too strong to fire within the hanger. Extensive damages and misses could cause explosions or collapses within the hanger endangering your ship and those on the outside.

Instead their is a hull mounted turret Like the One on the millennium Falcon in the Empire strikes back.

You can opperate this turret from the main console. It requires a standard ranged attack and functions as a heavy repeating blaster, damage and all. The ships controls and it being hull mounted, eliminates recoil however allowing you to shoot it as if you had the Multifire feat.

Venkru and Jarl come racing out into the hanger towards the ship. Not far behind them you see the six guards giving chase.

Kloh, take your actions and the Droideka's actions.

Kloh brought the turret around and opened fire on the men pursuing his pals.

Dont have my book with me but Im guessing the multifire feat reduces the multifirng penalty by 2? Ill wait before going that route.

Jarl tries to surge forward faster as the Droideka and the Turret fire laser death at the guards which are giving chase. He turns for one last parting shot though.

Venkru shoves Jarl, onto the ship, after he makes his last shot, hits the entry of the ship and gives the pursuing guards a parting shot as well.

"Time to go."


Jaira as soon as the guys are on ship, starts maneuvering to exit the hanger, giving a moment should any prisoners appear behind guards chasing Venkru and Jarl. After such a short moment just before any guards reach the ramp, if none appear she takes off.

under the fire from the hanger, three of the pursuers go down in the first volley of attacks.

Seeing they are out gunned. The remaining four guards retreat out of the hanger back into the hall and are now out of sight.

Multi fire feat reduces the penalty to firing multiple times by 2. It applies to auto fire, rapid fire, and dual wielding. The ship would have been able to make two attack roles at 3d8 damage.

Jarl turns to Venkru, "Thanks for that. I feel better mentally if not physically". That being said Jarl heads to find some medpacks to soothe the blaster shot that rocked him during the final encounter.

Kloh almost said something when Jaira took control of the ship to leave the hangar...I suppose she might have enough skill to handle a simple take off... but kept his mouth shut for now.


Jaira will hand it over to you if you ask, otherwise she continues to fly, and obviously is experienced.

Kloh grabbed hold of the yokes and did his part to guide the tug out of the hangar.

Do we have a rendevous location or are we just supposed to ghost for a while before returning to assist in the raid Jaira?

Okay, I made the pilot check for Jaira. tHat's who I was waiting on, time to move.

The ship exits the hanger narrowly avoiding the doors to the bay. You make for space.

Jaira turns to you and says. "We now have two options, we can either take this ship to the space battle and aid Zedora's fleet against Nym's. Nym has the superior fleet and it would be extremely dangerous. If we do well we could be further rewarded."

She looks around for a moment. "Or, we could simply take this ship and the captain and return to Zedora with our mission successful. What do you guys think?"

Time for deliberation. Which path? Since Jarl, Venkru, and Kloh seem to be my only players for the time being, I will rely on your choices.

"What kind of timeline are we working with? Kloh needs to get to the med bay, Jarl's hit pretty bad....I'm not 100% myself."


I'm sorry, it seems my post was eaten. That's the second time this week that a post showed up finished on my screen then was gone later. :(
Though my post amounted to the same thing the GM posted, plus a little.

As they clear the hanger letting everyone think a moment on the options,
"Infiltration team to fleet, mission accomplished, base defenses are down. We made out in a hijacked enemy ship, sending our code to you, mark us friendly please."

Jaira turned to Venkru, "Don't know, I coordinated the infiltration but not anything else, so I don't know about the timeline. I doubt it will be very long, though we are outnumbered."

Jarl will slap on a MedPac and forces himself up off of the bunk. Switching on his commlink, "I am going to go question our prisoner, perhaps she has some knowledge about formation or tactics for Nym's fleet. If we can bring that to the game we could provide a big advantage to the fight".

jarl heads to the Brig where Captain Dwenna is locked up and rouses her. "Time to save yourself Captain. I want some information out of you. Give me what I want and I will put the word in for you, don;t give me anything then you might be taking a trip to the airlock - before we land. Spill it, what do you know about Nym's fleet tactics?!"

Jarl will keep the comm on so that those in the cockpit can hear her response.

Intimidation if necessary 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Kloh plotted a course out of the atmosphere and towards the closest planetoid in the system...something we can hide behind...

We'll stay off the grid until we have a plan and are patched up.

As Kloh begins to bring the ship about and the message reaches Zedora command.

Jarl interrogates the prisoner and gets this to transmit.

Dwenna comes to only to see Jarl standing over her. She seems quite confused. "Oh my. Uh wow, %$#%. So now what?" She seems more than a bit nervous.

You begin your questioning. Present yourself in an very intimidating fashion as you ask your question. She seems to believe you completely and is quite intimidated. "Okay, okay. I know Zedora's reputation in slavery. If you can promise to defeat my employer and defend me from yours, I'll help you."

She takes a breath. "Nym has an escape plan and once his fort is breached, Nym will flee. He has a rendevue location he will meet up with any survivors. I can give you the coordinates. If you head there now and use my confirmation codes, you can get close enough to destroy him in one go. If you defeated the base, then it is likely Nym will flee soon. He will use his fleet as a shield to bypass Zedora and escape. What's left of us will be right behind him. From there he will seek aid from the rebellion and some of his other more powerful friends. That'll be your only chance to take Nym out in one go."

She takes a breath. "There, I told you what you need to know to defeat Nym for good. Without him, his empire will crumble. Now, I am willing to guess you won't simply let me go. Is that right? If not, can you find a place for me in your job?"

Jarl heads to the cockpit, "You get all that Jaira?"


"Sounds like we get to have some more fun after all. And I always knew the captain would come through for us." Jaira grins wickedly and makes a few personal adjustments to the controls as they fly to the coordinates indicated.

Venkru grab supplies and heads to Kloh since he does not seem like he is coming to the medical bay.....

According to the Coordinates, it would take two hours for the ship to arrive at the meeting place.

Two hours should be plenty of time to get a full accounting of this tug's weapon systems and patch up a bit.

Kloh will run a full diagnostic and test the shields.

With that info in hand the Nautolan inputs the coordinates into the NavCom and set a course.

Jarl heads to the cockpit once he re-secures the Captain.

Sitting down he addresses Jaira, "How much of Zedora's forces do you think he will peel off to meet us at that rendezvous point? It would certainly be a sweet victory to cut things off without a prolonged battle across the galaxy".

"We have been lucky, more than once. How is this ship operating? Every circuit, everything, no surprises later on. Locked out all the former captain's over-rides? Manual over-rides?"

You don't receive vidcomm message from the fleet. Instead one of Zedora's commanders sends you a text message pointing out the fleet is fighting for it's very survival against Nym's forces. They are persistent and dangerous that way. It stands to reason that if this continues, Zedora's flagship may be the only ship Zedora will have left. There will be no allies supporting you if you choose to go.

With the coordinates set, it is clear it is do or die. You make the jump.

You have a few hours to plan. According to Dwenna, there could be allies of Nym's waiting and you should use the ship's signature to keep any other of Nym's ships from attacking. It will have to be a hit and run. Destroy Nym's ship as soon as it arrives and make a run for it.

You ready?


Jaira responds by way of txt msg, to Zedora's commander informing of her intentions to sneak close and take out Nym. She spends the time in flight, where ever the extra time came from, to get to know the ship and her systems.

We're probably going to need Dwenna up here in case Nym wants to speak to her as we arrive. That's going to be tricky but I'm sure she's rather switch sides then end up outside the airlock. We need all the pertinent codes and call signs from her before we get in system.

Kloh's fingers flew over the control's. The Nautolan didn't enjoy sharing piloting duties with anyone but understood that some sub standard crafts required it...I'll have to look into some slave circuits...

Okay moving on. The ship barrels through hyperspace and eventually emerges at the meeting place. As expected. There is a small force already present. The comm comes to life. "Captain Dwenna." a voice chimes in. "Good to see you have made it. Is Nym alright? Is he on his way?"

Kloh's hands hovered near the shield controls...this is it...she either goes through with the bluff or makes her play... even as he started mentally working on a hyper jump logarithm...just in case...


Jaira gestures to the captain to answer the guy while her other hand rests on her pistol (set to stun, though she hasn't said so).
