OR

We could fast forward into a new arc, fading to black on the last with a simple summarized story. This would give the GM a lot of liberty and material to create the new arc and have backstory leading up to it.

I'm particularly fond of Kreshell. That said, if it puts too much strain on the story I can make a new character. I have a character concept idea. Hopefully, if it comes to pass that I am to create it, it does not step on toes.

I enjoy the SW setting, so would be happy however this progresses.

And a fast-forward *would* help justify what everyone seems to want so much of: more character levels . . . .

Hmmmmmmm . . . .

The idea I keep coming back to is a hot-shot pilot with generous helpings of technical genius; all resulting from them being force-sensitive, that's how their connection to the force manifests.

The problem is , I'll need a bit of help with figuring out what spheres to use...

Spaz --

We can totally make that happen!

For the purposes of Proficiencies, where do we consider Firearms? My gut says that they should be Commonplace and that the Firearm Proficiency Equipment Talent should be largely unnecessary?

Essentially, any existing martial tradition that gives you longbow proficiency would be the equivalent of good blaster rifle proficiency. If you're going for blaster cannons, top-end sniper blasters, or explosives, then find an exotic ranged weapon proficiency. Simple ranged weapon proficiency will cover most blaster pistols and basic blaster rifles (crossbow-ish rate of fire).

Liberty's Edge

I have a few concepts on how to rebuild Vadi (for the moment I'm keeping the name, I'll decide later if I want to change): one is a Black Powder Brawler fighting with blaster and fisticuffs, another a Vector to aggressively use Telekinesis.
Although I am also tempted by Hasted Blade, Technician and Prodigy.

I've statted up my Nautolan Technician. I still need to write her background but I'm going with her as a somewhat technology-focused scoundrel. Bit of a jack of all trades / Rogue type. Some piloting, some stealth and theft, some gadgets, little bit of gun play.

Withdrawing interest. Happy gaming, all!

Welp. This is great.

Folks, I'm hitting full stop on this *again*. I just got carjacked at gunpoint, and work has gotten very complicated in the past week, above and beyond that. I'm tapped out.

I'm sorry.

yikes!

All the best, take care !

Oh man that's rough, Syrus, I hope things get better soon!
