We can be the ones bot Ukrim if needed. We won't say no to more boots on the ground!

Dasur moves up in the battle line, jumping up and grabbing the nearby ledge. He hoists himself up with a strained groan, rolling over and colecting himself onto his feet.

The wizard, now above the other dwarf's heads, surveys the terrain for an opportunity to control the battlefield.

Double move to edge of nearest ledge

The drow captain ducks through the low opening of the cavern he appears to be using as private quarters. He wears a black lacquered chain shirt and carries a scimitar in his right hand and a helm tucked under his arm.

"Poor meetings, dwarven interlopers. Know that you are not welcome here. This pass is the holding of Baroness Satha of Vothys, and your kind have no business here. However, the Baroness is magnanimous, and should you turn back or take the eastern way, I will offer you safe passage for only the price of whatever gold you are carrying. Dasur listens to the drow's offer, before stroking his beard and nodding his head. He comments in Dwarven: "Given the circumstances and conditions, that's a generous offer. What a nice fellow."

"No, Dasur, not nice. He's forbidding us to pass and shaking us down."

"You wish to stop Dwarves from walking the ways of the Underdark? Your wisdom is even more lacking than your fashion sense! We'll gladly pay a price in metal for passage, but we lack gold, so you can have steel!"

Drawing in a deep breath, Snorri clangs his axe against the shield, steel ringing on steel in a clash of dwarven and human craft. An old, ancient battlecry in the old, forgotten tongue of the first High Kings rises to his lips. Immortal Earth, the mother of all their kind. "Athànata Kthonà!"

Raging Song - Inspired Rage, round 1/6. Each turn, you can choose whether to get benefits and drawbacks. Benefits: +1 to Will, +2 to Str and Con. Drawbacks: -1 AC, can't use abilities requiring concentration. You will not be fatigued afterwards.
I (and I alone) can still use abilities requiring concentration, and also get fast healing 2.

Two orcs step toward Snorri, attempting to take out the obvious battle commander. Their scimitars arcing toward him.

scimitar attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
scimitar attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

One missing completely with his wild blow, the other blow being deflected off of Snorri's armor.

Three of the orcs move to protect their commander, forming a wall of scale mail in front of the drow.

The drow himself draws upon magical energies, tracing patters in the air with his hands. His form seems to shake for a moment, and suddenly he is three drow, each mirroring his actions.

Mirror Image: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

The orc in the southwest entrance fires his crossbow at Glenda.

Crossbow attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Crit Confirmation: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Crossbow damage: 1d8 ⇒ 2

The orcs clustered in the middle are wearing scale mail and wielding scimitars two handed. The ones near the exit tunnels are wielding light crossbows and wearing scale mail.

Let's start a new round here, with everyone getting an action before I get another one. I think that will keep things from being confused. Added a link to the tactical map in the short campaign description at the top of the page.

Glenda steps up (5' step) next to Snorri to assist him in fighting the orcs. She keeps her shield up and to her left as she swings her warhammer high to the right (against the orc in front of Snorri). She focuses on battering the orc's weapon to open his guard for one of Snorri's strikes.

Passing on the raging song, considering spellcasting while mad is a bad idea!

As the dwarfs charge forward Dasur runs alongside them, albeit 5 foot higher than the rest. The orcs crash into Glenda and Snorri, but will soon learn it was a mistake to ignore the dwarf with the walking stick.

The wizard reaches into his spell component pouch and casts a handful of beautiful sand into their faces, completing the arcane ritual with words of power. "ແກ້ວປະເສີດທີ່ສ່ອງແສງສະຫວ່າງໃນຊ້ໍາ"

A blinding phantasmagoria of colors erupts from the sand- to the dwarfs it is reminiscent of watching the sun set from atop the battlements of a Sky Citadel. To the orcs, it is probably what they imagine the demons of the Abyss to look like.

Round 2

I think your dice have bipolar disorder or something, GM.

A wet thump concludes the sound of a bolt singing thorugh the air, followed by a cry of pained surprise from Dasur.

The quivering shaft is lodged firmly in the far right side of his gut, where he reflexively clutches it. "The air betrays us, carrying their bolts true! Beware its blasted machinations, trust in the stone!"

He grabs a handful of iron powder from his spell component pouch and tosses it over their future king. "ພະລັງງານໃນລະດັບຄວາມສູງ, ພະລັງງານຢູ່ໃນຫຼາຍ. ການຂະຫຍາຍຕົວແບບຟອມຂອງທ່ານແລະຮູ້ວ່າພະລັງງານນີ້"

A weird feeling in the stomach as Dasur's spell enlarges him, Snorri calls upon his own well of magic, attempting to overwhelm the drow's mind. "Is it through spells you wish to fight? Hypnè, phratrè tou Thànatou!"

Round 3

Dasur rushes past their battered leige, taking advantage of the opening created by the moving orcs. The wizard huffs and groans as the bolt lodged in his side seems to wiggle its way deeper into his flesh, but he gritted his teeth and pulled forth the brilliannt ruby amulet hanging from his neck.

He could see it in the multi-faceted glory of the trillium cut- this was the moment where prophecy could turn to ruin. A battle between the gods for the fate of the Underdark was being waged through the smallest of players.

He thrusts the ruby towards the orcs and drow, mentally commanding the focus to spill forth arcane power on their foes. An incandescent cone blasts forth to engulf their bodies in horrifically bright light.

Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to edit boxes on my phone. I'll get it up when I get to my desktop, but it's a 15' color spray cone that looks like the one on the right. This should hit two orcs and the drow only.

Round 3

As the drow and orcs tumble to the ground before him, Dasur finally notices their gnome companion. "Oh, Iverna, hello. How did you get back there? Ah, I suppose it isn't important right now." He shrugs, evocating a pained grunt and clutching his side.

Moving to lunge towards the drow but he collapses and Dagmar is down. Altering her course and lashing out at the orc standing over her.

Glenda steps over the unconscious orc to reach Dagmar and stands over the unconscious woman. She reaches down to tap Dagmar on the forehead and says, "Not yet."

Concentration: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22

Move action to Dagmar's square, standard action to cast stabilize. Cast defensively. Since Dagmar is unconscious and prone I should be able to stand in her square, which means Nalnera gets flank against the orc between us.

By my records I show Dagmar at -3 (Now stable, thanks! Glenda). Unless I'm missing something? Magic Missile for 5, Scimitar for 9. Snorri said -14?!
